Russia can now keep a close eye on Europe and the Atlantic area – with a new radar in its western-most region – the Baltic territory of Kaliningrad between Lithuania and Poland. Flicking the ‘on’ switch, President Medvedev said it can be more than just a response to NATO’s missile shield in Europe. RT gets the details from correspondent Natalya Novikova.
