“Brown Rain”; “Fiber Snow” in California; Scripps Institute and “Marine Snow” — Operation Popeye!
A Sky observer reported recently
the northern Sacramento Valley was blanketed in a very strange brown “rain”… Cars were covered in brown gunk which is hard to remove... It looks like a very fine dark tan powder.”
