He’s raring for war and President Francois Hollande says there will be no vote on the matter despite a recent poll suggesting that three in four French people want parliament to have a say on attacking Syria. Perhaps wary of a UK-like defeat by lawmakers, Hollande’s adiministration insists he alone has the power to order an attack. RT’s Tesa Arcilla reports.
