Welcome to the Summer Newsletter
Carnicom Institute is a non-profit organization working solely for the benefit of humanity and the public interest. Our goal is to provide the public with beneficial and responsible information concerning human health and the environment. The Institute is extensively active in conducting scientific research and public education relating to the consequences of geoengineering and bioengineering. Conference Announcement
This conference is a non-collaborative collective effort of 16 experts blending science, reason and metaphysical elements to share knowledge to help create a better understanding of the aerosol spraying campaign and more. Each speaker will provide information generated from their personal research, studies and investigations.
Conference Speakers:
Mr. Clifford Carnicom is the closing speaker of the conference. He will make a connection between geoengineering and bioengineering and further discuss the impact and effects on human health related to Morgellons.

Research Report
Carnicom Institute is pleased to announce that the final stages of preparation for the Morgellons Research Project are complete. During the next few weeks, we will be receiving the first sets of scientific data from our participants. More individuals are still needed to qualify for this project. A group of individuals who are in good health are also needed as participants. The healthy individuals will serve as our control group. If you are in good health and are willing to donate your time, we would truly appreciate your participation.
We believe a greater understanding of the Morgellons Condition is vital, and must be accomplished for the benefit of us all. We hope that you will offer us your help. Get Involved Now!
Environmental Filament Study
A unique environmental filament material has been documented on numerous occasions for more than a decade. It has been found in both an airborne form and at ground level. Carnicom Institute is conducting a comprehensive scientific investigation of filament samples. We are asking the public to provide these samples and we need your help. On May 30th researcher Clifford Carnicom was the featured guest on blogtalkradio, interviewed by Szusan Wong, Phd. The discussion focused on aerosol spraying and the artificial manipulation of the Earth and its biology. • Legal/Paralegal: Assist in evaluation of laws, rules and regulations; evaluate complex documents as patents, federal & state tax and non-profit compliance.
• International Team: Extend the frame of Carnicom Institute to other nations.

History of Carnicom Institute
On November 13, 2008, Carnicom Institute became a domestic nonprofit corporation chartered in the state of New Mexico. On March 8, 2009, Carnicom Institute received approval from the New Mexico Attorney General’s office to operate as a nonprofit organization. In August, 2011, Carnicom Institute received formal notice that its request for 501 c3 status pursuant to IRS Code had been approved. What this means is that all donations to Carnicom Institute are tax deductible as charitable contributions.
