MUST READ — City Council Votes to Ban Mind Control Weapon Use Against Residents

It’s hard to even guesstimate the number of people, not just in America but around the world, who feel they are being targeted by space age directed energy mind control weapons and gangstalked by minions of governments and shady groups for scientific experiments and other seedy ends.
The numbers are at least in the hundreds of thousands at this point.
Every once in a while, a little piece of this trend rises to the surface and makes its way into mainstream headlines, if even at a local level as is the case with the recent news that the Richmond, California City Council which just passed a resolution “in support of the Space Preservation Act and the Space Preservation Treaty to permanently ban spaced-based weapons”.
Few societal threats escape the watchful eye of the Richmond City Council, so it was no surprise Tuesday night that it voted its opposition to airborne weapons systems that have allegedly targeted residents with mind-control technology. You read that correctly.
After a dozen professed victims told of pain suffered from chemtrails, particle beams and electromagnetic radiation, the council voted 5-2 in favor of Councilwoman Jovanka Beckles’ resolution “in support of the Space Preservation Act and the Space Preservation Treaty to permanently ban spaced-based weapons,” with Mayor Tom Butt and Councilman Vinay Pimple dissenting. [What unfortunate names…]
“I’m just a dumb city council person,” Butt said, “and this is way, way over my head. I frankly think it’s way out of the purview of what this city council should be taking up.”
Colleague Nat Bates was more understanding: “I’m going to support the resolution for the simple reason that we have voted on a lot of dumb ideas.”
With a population of nearly 108,000 people in 2013, Richmond is no small town… and this is just one example of one town in one state in our country where at least a dozen people felt the need to speak out about what they believe is happening to them.
While these council members can poke fun and make light of this, guaranteed the people suffering what they believe is never ending electronic harassment by the government don’t think it’s very humorous at all.
And the numbers of those people who do believe that appear to be growing exponentially.
The purpose of the Space Preservation Act of 2001, introduced by former U.S. Representative Dennis Kucinich, was to reaffirm it “is the policy of the United States that activities in space should be devoted to peaceful purposes for the benefit of all mankind.”
The bill would have permanently banned all space-based weapons and the termination of testing and developing them. It further specifically defined “weapon” in part as a device capable of “Inflicting death or injury on, or damaging or destroying, a person” via “the use of land-based, sea-based, or space-based systems using radiation, electromagnetic, psychotronic, sonic, laser, or other energies directed at individual persons or targeted populations for the purpose of information war, mood management, or mind control of such persons or populations.”
It further noted that this would include “exotic weapons systems” such as electronic, psychotronic, or information weapons; chemtrails; high altitude ultra low frequency weapons systems; plasma, electromagnetic, sonic, or ultrasonic weapons; laser weapons systems; strategic, theater, tactical, or extraterrestrial weapons; and chemical, biological, environmental, climate, or tectonic weapons.

How Blockchain Tech is Inspiring the Art World

Since its creation in 2009, bitcoin’s blockchain has proved that value can be moved across a network that cuts out the traditional ‘middle men’.
While the broad strokes of distributed ledger technologies like bitcoin are a hot topic, it’s not just Wall Street or multi-national corporations that are paying attention.
Artists are also exploring how the experimental technology can provide new ways to track and verify ownership through tools like smart contracts – authenticated by cryptographic data.
Blockchain authentication
Stephan Vogler, an artist and entrepreneur based in Germany, thinks the blockchain may be the answer to the art world’s perennial problem, authenticity.
Forgery is rife in the art world. While traditional forms of licensing would create a tradable commodity, he said, buyers could not be certain the license was authentic – nor would they be able to assert whether the author had created multiple copies of the piece.
“Bitcoin offers a solution to this problem. Just like bitcoin can replace banknotes, it can replace the piece of paper with the license text on it. I see great potential in bitcoin and its technology.”
He continued: “The blockchain is the first decentralised trustable database, which can track the ownership of virtual properties in a reliable way.”
By placing a hash value – a set of cryptographic functions that enable people to identify data – of his digital artwork on the bitcoin blockchain, the artist enables potential buyers to verify that the artwork has been licensed.

[UPDATE/CORRECTION 21/06/2015 pertaining to a quote I mentioned in this discussion:
“To achieve world government, it is necessary to remove from the minds of men their individualism, loyalty to family traditions, national patriotism, and religious dogmas.”
Brock Adams, Director UN Health Organization (1945)
According to here, here, here, here, here, and here this quote was actually not from Brock Adams, but rather from a George Brock Chisholm, the first Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO). According to here, this Chisholm quote was from “a Speech given at the, Conference on Education, Asilomar, California, September 11, 1954″. If anyone finds a copy of this speech, please send me the link through this contact form.]
[UPDATE 27/06/2015: I remain a voluntarist and do oppose statism – and this was roughly discussed in this Boiler Room episode – however to clarify some interesting points about anarchy and to do justice to the topic, in light of new information that I have recently come across I must say that Clint Richardson raises many good points about statism and sovereignty as he clears up misconceptions about anarchy, statism and voluntarism in this excellent podcast: Debate: Clint Richardson vs. Mark Stevens – “Anarchy: A Modern Fallacy?” – #231 – Gnostic Media]

When Stephen Harper gave a prepared speech to the Israel parliament last year, he equated lack of support for Israel with anti-Semtism. He said: “[T]his is the face of the new anti-Semitism. It targets the Jewish people by targeting Israel and attempts to make the old bigotry acceptable for a new generation. Of course, criticism of Israeli government policy is not in and of itself necessarily anti-Semitic. But what else can we call criticism that selectively condemns only the Jewish state and effectively denies its right to defend itself, while systematically ignoring – or excusing – the violence and oppression all around it?”
NATO Puppets Plan to Invade Syria … Soon
via Activist Post
May 9, 2015
Reports are now filtering in that preparations for a direct military assault on Syria are being made by Turkey in concert with the Saudis and Qataris. These reports are suggesting that the military offensive will take place within the next few days. Some reports speculate that such action could take place further down the road in late June.
At this moment, Turkish forces are reportedly gathering at the nation’s southern border and Syria’s northern border in a fashion that can signify little except the posturing for military action.
While this article is in no way attempting to make predictions regarding possible military action, to provide dates, or even the hint that these possible attacks will definitively take place, the stage has clearly been set for some time for us to contemplate the possibility of such an attack.
Indeed, in the last few weeks, geopolitical alliances and talks have begun to coalesce so as to indicate that such an attack is not only possible but probable in the near future. After all, the US and NATO have attempted to gin up support for a direct assault on Syria since early on in the crisis when it became apparent that proxy armies of terrorists alone were not going to accomplish regime change.
The plans – at least from Turkey’s side of the fence – appear to be twofold. First, the plan to attack Syria has been part of the NATO agenda from the moment the death squads were routed by Assad’s forces and Turkey has always been a major playing in this regard.
Secondly, Prime Minister Recep Erdoğan’s own governing party has been suffering under a number of scandals, criticisms, and failures over the last several months and, as is the case in every country, a foreign war is more than helpful in diverting the attention of the local population away from domestic concerns. While certainly not the cause, plunging support from the Turkish public is certainly a stick used to prod Erdoğan into further action.
Emboldened by their illegal war in Yemen and their ability to massacre civilians abroad with little condemnation, the Saudis are apparently feeling more capable of acting against Syria directly and especially in concert with the Turks and Qataris. These attacks on Syria would undoubtedly take place – much like the Yemeni strikes – with US backing and support.
