Satan Is Targeting The Children To Have No Identity – Turkish Girl

from pressTV:

The French government has put off plans to reform its family policy following fresh demonstrations in the country that oppose last year’s gay marriage legislation.

“The government will not submit a family reform bill before the end of the year,” Prime Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault’s office said on Monday.

The move came just one day after over 100,000 people marched in Paris and the eastern city of Lyon to protest against the government’s new laws that ease abortion restrictions and legalize same-sex marriage.

Demonstrators accused the government of President Francois Hollande of having “family-phobia” and feeling relentless against the family.

They also asked the government to scrap an experimental school program aimed at combating gender stereotypes.

The protestors blamed the government for weakening the traditional family model, based on parents of opposite sex, and pledged to fight any move in favor of same-sex parents.

The protest rally was organized by anti-gay marriage movement “La Manif Pour Tous” (Demonstration for all).

Last week, an anti-government rally, dubbed “Day of Anger,” ended in clashes between police and protesters in Paris.

Thousands of French protesters attended the mass rally on January 26 in order to show their anger at Hollande’s presidency.

Hollande, who took office in May 2012 with pledges of economic and foreign policy reforms, has become the most unpopular French president on record as he has failed to fulfill the promises he made during his election campaign.

A recent poll, conducted by Ipsos-Steria and published by the French newspaper Le Monde, indicated some 85 percent of respondents were convinced that France is currently in a state of pessimism.

Moreover, a survey conducted by French Institute of Public Opinion (IFOP) has indicated that Hollande’s approval rating has dropped to 20 percent.

Alaska Possibly Next State to Legalize Recreational Marijuana

by Christina Sarich
Natural Society

Feb 9, 2014

Washington and Colorado have already legalized recreational marijuana, and Alaska is on its way to be the next state to follow the act. Twenty other states already allow medical marijuana use, and President Obama has talked of letting states regulate themselves in this matter, though pot still hasn’t been declassified as an illegal drug federally.

With plenty of signatures to put the initiative before legislators, the law would allow anyone 21 years or older to possess up to an ounce of marijuana and grow up to six Cannabis plants, paving the way for cancer treatments, muscular dystrophy symptom relief, and recreational use – but also a veritable treasure trove of tax revenue for the state.

Gail Fenumiai, director of the Alaska’s Division of Elections has commented that the state requirements for signatures has been met, and now “ It’s a matter of officially getting the certification documents signed by the lieutenant governor.”

A Turkish plane was forced to land after a Ukrainian passenger claimed to have a bomb and attempted to reroute the commercial airliner to Sochi, Russia, according to reports.

The alleged hijacker, identified as a male Ukrainian citizen, said he was armed with a bomb and was fooled into believing the plane actually landed in Sochi when it was diverted to Sabiha Gokcen International Airport in Istanbul, according to CNNTurk.

How the crew tricked the hijacker remains unclear.

The alleged hijacker is a Ukrainian citizen born in 1969, according to Ukrainian Deputy Foreign Minister Vasyl Zvarych.

The passenger claimed the bomb was in the plane’s baggage compartment and that he was carrying the detonator, according to reports from Turkish media.

The pilot sounded an alarm and a Turkish F-16 military jet was quickly scrambled, forcing the plane, with 110 passengers on board, to land, according to AFP.

The Wall Street Journal reports that it was actually two F-16 fighter jets that accompanied the Pegasus Airlines flight as it flew into Istanbul, citing Turkish state media outlet Anadolu.

CNN reports that Turkish officials did not have details on why the alleged hijacker sought to divert the plane to Sochi.

At the time of writing, it is also not clear if there were actually any explosive devices discovered on the plane, according to The New York Times.

The man was taken to the Instanbul Security Headquarters, according to reports.

Zvarych was not convinced that the incident was actually any attempt to commit an act of terrorism, though he said the Ukrainian security services would be looking into the case.

The Ukrainian security service, the SBU, said in a statement that the alleged hijacker was heavily drunk, according to Interfax.

“He tried to enter the pilot’s cabin, calling out, ‘Let’s fly to Sochi,’” an SBU representative said, according to Interfax.

“Whatever the alleged hijacker’s intentions or actions, the timing of the incident is bound to raise already-high tensions about security at the Sochi Olympics, which began Thursday,” the Wall Street Journal reports.

Cihan News Agency of Turkey published a photograph of the alleged hijacker, according to CNN, though Turkish officials have yet to confirm the authenticity of the image.

Despite a great deal of media coverage of the attempted hijacking, the opening ceremony went forward without any apparent awareness of the reports on the part of the participants.

VIDEO — Jews v Cops: Ultra-Orthodox protest against plan to draft them into IDF

RT
Feb 9, 2014

Israeli police used water cannon on ultra-Orthodox Jewish protesters on Thursday in the southern city of Ashdod, following demonstrations against plans to enlist them in the military. Police also claimed that highways were being blocked across the country as part of the protest. In Ashdod, demonstrators hurled stones at police, injuring two. While in Jerusalem around 400 ultra-Orthodox Jews tried to block the entrance to the city. The trouble follows a Supreme Court ruling this week ordering funding halted to ultra-Orthodox seminaries whose students dodge the draft.
