The U.S. Health and Human Services published a 46-page draft proposal and notice in the Federal Register recently regarding more mandated vaccines for adults, and especially pregnant females; employer-enforced adult vaccinations; and probably for getting faith-based groups to uptake and not oppose vaccines/vaccinations.

There is an open public comment period that ends March 9, 2015, for consumers to register their comments, etc. per instructions at this website.

How to file your comments

Electronic responses are preferred and may be addressed to: Rebecca.Fish@hhs.gov.

or

Written responses should be addressed to: National Vaccine Program Office, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, 200 Independence Avenue SW., Room 733G, Washington, DC 20201. Attn: HHS Adult Immunization c/o Rebecca Fish.

The opening paragraph of the Executive Summary of the “National Adult Immunization Plan” draft dated February 5, 2015 says,

Vaccination is considered one of the most important public health achievements of the 20th century and continues to offer great promise in the 21st century. Vaccines save lives and improve the quality of life by preventing serious infectious diseases and their consequences. However, the benefits of vaccination are not realized equally across the U.S. population. Adult vaccination rates remain low in the United States, and significant racial and ethnic disparities also exist. [1]

Probably, nothing is more blatantly ridiculous and scientifically incorrect than the very first sentence. Infectious disease after disease waned to extremely low levels of almost no infection and contraction rates numerous years before 20th century vaccines were even invented. This website contains more than two dozen charts and graphs indicating those documented historical facts.

However, vaccine makers unabashedly take credit for something that has become more of a health problem than a scientific advancement, in my opinion. All vaccines are super-saturated with horrendous neurotoxins and other toxic chemicals, non-human animal-source DNA, unknown viruses, fetal cell lines—aka diploid cells, and mycoplasmas, plus other ‘ingredients’—probably genetically-engineered-nanoparticles, which I discuss in detail in my 2013 book Vaccination Voodoo, What YOU Don’t Know About Vaccines.

Readers may want to know/have the peer-review published science papers cited in the book in order to corroborate damage vaccines and their ingredients cause, as part of their comments to the above HHS request.

Apparently and according to the HHS’s National Vaccine Plan (NVP),

While the NVP provides a vision for improving protection from vaccine-preventable diseases across the lifespan, vaccination coverage levels among adults are not on track to meet Healthy People 2020 targets. The National Vaccine Advisory Committee and numerous stakeholder groups have emphasized the need for focused attention on adult vaccines and vaccination.

That’s what the new Federal Register publication is all about! Apparently, the feds want adults to get as many vaccines as MDs are pumping into children.

ANNAPOLIS (WUSA9) – Lawmakers are considering a measure to legalize marijuana in the Free State. The Marijuana Control and Revenue Act of 2015 will be discussed at a hearing before the House Judiciary Committee. The measure is sponsored by Baltimore Del. Curt Anderson (D) who is hoping the third time is a charm. Delegate Anderson tried twice before and both measures failed.

This year’s proposal, like the others, would allow adults (21 years or older) to legally possess one ounce of marijuana even grow up to 6 plants at home. The bill would tax and regulate marijuana just like alcohol. It would require the State Comptroller to establish rules and regulations for the operation of cultivation facilities, product manufacturers and retailers. The proposed legislation would also create an oversight commission to monitor marijuana businesses.

US “Easing Into” War with Syria Using ISIS Boogeyman

Land Destroyer

The US is a few “accidental” airstrikes away from total war with Syria.

February 21, 2015 (Tony Cartalucci – NEO) – The US is reportedly working with Turkey to provide militants inside of Syria with radios to call in US airstrikes to help in their “fight against ISIS.” Despite the obvious reality that these militants are in fact fighting alongside ISIS and are primarily fighting the Syrian Arab Army, and that such airstrikes are inevitably going to be called in on Syrian, not ISIS targets, the US is nonetheless attempting to assure the world this is not the case.

The London Telegraph declared in its article, “Moderate Syrian rebels ‘to be given power to call in US air strikes’,” that:

The US is planning to train some 5000 Syrian fighters a year under the plan as part of an effort to strengthen the fractured rebel movement against the government of President Bashar al-Assad and extremist groups.

The Wall Street Journal reported that the initial training would focus on helping rebels hold ground and resist fighters allied with the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (Isil).

The Telegraph would also report:

Four to six-man units will be equipped with rugged Toyota Hilux vehicles, GPS and radios so they can identify targets for airstrikes.

Even in the Telegraph’s article, it is clear that this plan will inevitably be aimed at the Syrian government and its troops, the only secular force in the region fighting Al Qaeda and its spin-off, ISIS.

As several hundred social conservative protesters loudly rallied against Ontario’s new sex education curriculum outside the legislature, the debate inside was even more heated.

Progressive Conservative MPP Monte McNaughton (Lambton-Kent-Essex), a leadership hopeful, attacked Premier Kathleen Wynne on Tuesday for not doing enough to consult parents before implementing the new syllabus that takes effect in September.

McNaughton told the house that the premier should not be imposing views upon mothers and fathers concerned about the revised program designed to protect children by better informing them about sex.

Wynne, Ontario’s first openly lesbian premier, suggested the Tory MPP was being homophobic.

She rhetorically shot back at McNaughton that perhaps he thought she wasn’t qualified to weigh in on the subject because she’s a woman, a mother, a grandmother, a former school trustee, a past education minister or that she has a masters of education.

As Wynne thundered at the Tory member, Liberal MPPs heckled that that wasn’t “the real reason” he was complaining.

BREAKING — Dell Expands Bitcoin Payments to UK and Canada

CoinDesk
(@pete_rizzo_) | Published on February 19, 2015 at 15:35 GMT

UPDATE (19th February, 2015 17:00 GMT): Updated with comment from Dell CIO Paul Walsh.

dellDell has announced it has expanded its bitcoin payments program to consumers in the UK and Canada.

The announcement was revealed today at eTail West, an annual e-commerce conference, during a keynote address by CIO Paul Walsh.

In remarks, Walsh suggested that the decision was prompted by customer demand and the positive feedback the company had so far received for its US offering.

Walsh said:

“We’re hearing from our customers around the world that they want the option to use bitcoin when buying Dell products, so we are excited to deliver bitcoin as a payment method on Dell.com to our customers in Canada and the UK.”

Dell has been accepting bitcoin for purchases via its US store since July 2014. The company will continue to receive local currency from Coinbase in exchange for bitcoin orders, in this case GBP and the Canadian dollar.

Earning $56.9bn in revenue in 2013, Dell remained the largest merchant in the bitcoin space until December when it was replaced by tech giant Microsoft.

The news also follows the decision by e-commerce leader Overstock to expand its bitcoin payment option to global consumers, though it has since reported struggles encouraging international customers to use bitcoin.

UN Presses for “Truce” to Save Embattled Terrorists in Aleppo

Land Destroyer

Syria is winning the war and has absolutely no reason to show mercy for opponents that have no intention to show any for it and its people.

February 18, 2015 (Tony Cartalucci – LD) – Curious is the United Nation and NATO’s sudden interest in peace. Both organizations are suing for truces on two separate battlefields, one in Ukraine in Eastern Europe, and another in Syria’s northern city of Aleppo amid a regional conflagration in the Middle East. It is curious because talks of “truces” were completely absent just as recently as 2011, when both organizations, the UN and NATO, backed hordes of terrorists sweeping across Libya, committing abhorrent atrocities including the systematic, genocidal extermination of Libya’s black communities.

Image: No “ceasefire” or “truce” was proposed by the UN or NATO, because the terrorists they were backing were winning. Such calls are meant not to alleviate human suffering, but to preserve, buy time for, and rebuild forces committed to expanding such suffering.

There was also the encirclement, intentional starvation, and denial of humanitarian aid, along with the bombardment of Libyan cities like Sirte, which also saw no protests or calls for “ceasefires” by the UN or NATO. In fact, as terrorists enforced blockades on the ground to starve residents to death, NATO bombed the encircled cities relentlessly from the air for weeks. The eventual fall of Sirte, for example, would leave behind an utterly devastate city and a decimated, scattered population. Other cities, like Tawarga, had their entire populations, down to the last resident, either killed or forced to flee.
