Latest ‘Domestic Terror’ Sniper Attack in California is Likely a Government False Flag

RELATED: False Flag: New Details Emerge on Santa Clara County ‘Military-Style’ Power Grid Attack

21st Century Wire says…
[Feb 8, 2014]

It’s phenomenal story on paper, but when you read between the lines, it’s almost 100% certain that this latest ‘domestic terror’ event in the Silicon Valley, Northern California was a government-sanctioned operation.

This attack happened nine months ago in April 2013, but was only publicly acknowledged by authorities this week.

The Wall Street Journal reports
that a former Federal Energy Regulatory Commission chairman Jon Wellinghoff has finally admitted that a group of snipers shot up PG&E Corp.’s Metcalf transmission substation, located inside Santa Clara County, last year in 2013.The attack was incredibly quick and executed with total precision – an attack which lasted only 19 minutes. In that short space of time the shooters were able to  knock out 17 transformers causing a power-down and a closure of that power station.

According to Wellinghoff, the attack was “the most significant incident of domestic terrorism involving the grid that has ever occurred (in the U.S.)”.

Some of the evidence found at the scene included more than 100 fingerprint-free shell casings, as well as a small piles of rocks, “that appeared to have been left by an advance scout to tell the attackers where to get the best shots.”

The talking points surrounding this story are predictable – led by calls for “a tighter security envelope around our nation’s infrastructure”, followed by, “why isn’t the federal government doing more to protect us?”

Another security breach, right?

If you consider the obvious probability that a team of snipers that well organised and effective would be a highly trained group of shooters (most likely trained military assets), then this naturally points right back to the US government as the prime suspect for this attack.

The mainstream media and some alternative media outlets are reporting this as a “real terror attack on US soil”, but have yet to reason what the motive would be in this conspiracy to take out a power station – we say conspiracy because authorities clearly admit that this was an organised team effort – and definitely the work of trained professionals.

This event can only be described then, as a false flag attack on American soil.

What is the motive? Authorities would to have the public believe that the motive is that a few civilian men wanted to combine target practice with fomenting general chaos.

Who would be the beneficiaries of an incident like this? Top of the list would be the Department of Homeland Security who is desperate to retain its incredible tranche of funding at a time when a number of federal budgets are being slashed. Next would be those involved in the corporate protection rackets like those major insurance companies who sell premiums to municipalities and large retail energy suppliers.

Rounding out the list of potential beneficiaries, you cannot forget about President Obama’s Department of Justice, currently run by an Attorney General Eric Holder, who has professed his own agenda for eliminating private ownership of fire arms – especially high-powered rifles, in America. Incidents like this only embolden men like AG Holder who believe the public must be ‘brainwashed’ to accept the agenda. We refer back to his speech on gun control here:

Those who still believe that this was the work of a home-grown terror cell, read between their own lines: according to the U.S. Navy investigation ordered at the request of  FERC chairman Wellinghoff, “it was a targeting package just like they would put together for an attack”.

‘Just like they would put together for a real attack’, he says?

Exactly, because this wasn’t a real terror attack.

America’s decent into feudalism in 10 easy steps

Feb 8, 2014

By Dave Hodges

Who Owns You?

(INTELLIHUB) – Who owns your life? Who retains the fundamental authority over your resources, speech and even thought processes? Prior to reading American Feudalism in Ten Easy Steps, I strongly suggest viewing the following four minute video which raises the question of who owns you?

Whatever Happened to the Consent of the Governed?

The founding fathers notion that our elected leaders only expressed power so long as they had the consent of the governed, has seen its day and the notion is as dead as a doornail.

Today, Americans are subjects, not citizens. We are enslaved, not free. The authority of the elite, as expressed through the collective power of the government , constitutes the sovereign authority in this country. The People, are no longer sovereign.

When one steps back and looks at the brilliant strategy being used to enslave us as concocted by the global elite, one can only marvel at their cleverness. The subjects of this country are being turned into feudal slaves in ten easy steps.

Alaska Possibly Next State to Legalize Recreational Marijuana

by Christina Sarich

Feb 9, 2014

Washington and Colorado have already legalized recreational marijuana, and Alaska is on its way to be the next state to follow the act. Twenty other states already allow medical marijuana use, and President Obama has talked of letting states regulate themselves in this matter, though pot still hasn’t been declassified as an illegal drug federally.

With plenty of signatures to put the initiative before legislators, the law would allow anyone 21 years or older to possess up to an ounce of marijuana and grow up to six Cannabis plants, paving the way for cancer treatments, muscular dystrophy symptom relief, and recreational use – but also a veritable treasure trove of tax revenue for the state.

Gail Fenumiai, director of the Alaska’s Division of Elections has commented that the state requirements for signatures has been met, and now “ It’s a matter of officially getting the certification documents signed by the lieutenant governor.”

Russia threatening to intervene militarily in Ukraine

Russia threatening to intervene militarily in Ukraine

A senior Kremlin aide accused the United States on Thursday of arming Ukrainian “rebels” and, urging the Kiev government to put down what he called an attempted coup, warned Russia could intervene to maintain the security of its ex-Soviet neighbor.

Sergei Glazyev, an adviser to President Vladimir Putin with responsibility for relations with Ukraine, told a newspaper that U.S. “interference” breached the 1994 treaty under which Washington and Moscow jointly guaranteed Ukraine’s security and sovereignty after Kiev gave up its Soviet-era nuclear arsenal.

His characteristically confrontational comments, on the eve of an expected meeting between Putin and Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovich at the opening of the Sochi Winter Olympics, could add to tensions with Washington, and within Ukraine.

Asked by Kommersant-Ukraine daily whether Russia might “actively intervene” if the country’s crisis deepened, Glazyev recalled the Budapest Memorandum of 1994: “Under the document, Russia and the USA are guarantors of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine and … are obliged to intervene when conflict situations of this nature arise.

“And what the Americans are getting up to now, unilaterally and crudely interfering in Ukraine’s internal affairs, is a clear breach of that treaty. The agreement is for collective guarantees and collective action.”

He did not specify what action Russia might take.

Feds make first step towards hemp legalization

RT USA

The United States federal government may not be ready to sanction marijuana use, but a new agriculture bill is set to legalize preliminary stages of hemp production in states that allow the practice.

A new farm bill, passed by Congress on Tuesday, would allow universities and state agriculture departments to establish industrial hemp growing programs. If these research programs go well, they could pave the way for commercial hemp farming to become a reality.

Hemp is a plant in the same family as marijuana, though it lacks its cousin’s high levels of THC and is therefore much less potent. It’s used to create numerous products, including cooking oil, clothing, paper, and rope. According to the Associated Press, the US imported about $11.5 million in hemp products in 2011.

“This is big,” Eric Steenstra, president of advocacy group Vote Hemp, told the AP. “We’ve been pushing for this a long time.”

Although hemp used to be grown in the United States, its cultivation was outlawed under the 1970’s Controlled Substances Act. Supporters of the decision’s review believe, however, that allowing states to move forward with industrial hemp will help the country gain a slice of a market that’s currently controlled by China.

“Oregonians have made it clear that they believe industrial hemp should be treated as an agricultural commodity, not a drug,” Rep. Earl Blumenauer (D-Ore.), who helped author the amendment, told The Oregonian in a statement. “By including language easing restrictions on industrial hemp in states where it is legal, Congress sends an important message that we are ready to examine hemp in a more appropriate way.”

As AP noted, 10 states have already passed laws enabling hemp cultivation, though federal law has kept those efforts from moving forward. These states are Colorado, Washington, California, Kentucky, Maine, Montana, North Dakota, Oregon, Vermont and West Virginia – some of which are preempting the farm bill’s passage by beginning to draft rules and regulations to govern hemp production.

According to The Wall Street Journal, some law enforcement groups are not pleased with the development. Because hemp looks so much like marijuana, they argue that legalizing its production could have an adverse effect on their effort to keep the illegal drug off the streets.

Meanwhile, some advocates, such as Steenstra, think the hemp provision indicates the federal government may be preparing to soften its position on recreational marijuana use. Others aren’t as convinced.

“On the one hand, I think it’s part of a larger agenda to normalize marijuana, by a few,” Kevin Sabet of the anti-pot group Smart Approaches to Marijuana told AP. “On the other hand, will it have any difference at the end of the day? I would be highly skeptical of that.”

Two states – Colorado and Washington – have already legalized recreational marijuana use, a list that seems poised to grow over the course of the next two elections. Advocates in Alaska and Oregon are hoping to take up legalization initiatives during the 2014 midterms, while 2016 could see the issue on the ballot in Arizona, California, Maine, and others.

US successfully tests B-61 atomic bomb — video included

The US has successfully tested an updated version of a B-61 atomic bomb in defiance of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, which calls for nuclear disarmament.

The National Nuclear Security Administration said in a statement that the test was conducted on Tuesday by the Los Alamos and Sandia national laboratories, National Journal reported.

The analysis “is a significant achievement and gives us confidence in our ability to move forward with our efforts to increase the safety and security of the bomb,” Don Cook, NNSA deputy administrator for defense programs, said.

The test was meant to verify how a new model of the B-61 bomb would work under routine conditions or accident scenarios, according to the NNSA.

The analysis also included the targeting accuracy of the revamped model of the nuclear gravity bomb also called Mod-12.

Engineering work for Mod-12, which has been underway for two years, is aimed at keeping B-61 bombs ready for potential use and bolstering their security.

The initial test “provides data for analytical model correlation and validation, insight into component environments and evaluation of developmental hardware,” the NNSA said. “The mechanical environment test series will assist in qualifying the final B-61‐12 design against the full suite of environments.”
