The world’s first geneticallymodified humans have been created, it was revealed last night.
The disclosure that 30 healthy babies were born after a series of experiments in the United States provoked another furious debate about ethics.
So far, two of the babies have been tested and have been found to contain genes from three ‘parents’.
Fifteen of the children were born in the past three years as a result of one experimental programme at the Institute for Reproductive Medicine and Science of St Barnabas in New Jersey.
The babies were born to women who had problems conceiving. Extra genes from a female donor were inserted into their eggs before they were fertilised in an attempt to enable them to conceive.
Genetic fingerprint tests on two one-year- old children confirm that they have inherited DNA from three adults –two women and one man.
The fact that the children have inherited the extra genes and incorporated them into their ‘germline’ means that they will, in turn, be able to pass them on to their own offspring.
Altering the human germline – in effect tinkering with the very make-up of our species – is a technique shunned by the vast majority of the world’s scientists.
Geneticists fear that one day this method could be used to create new races of humans with extra, desired characteristics such as strength or high intelligence.

MRG researchers are finding more and more links to DARPA Creations. After all, we are running full circle. DARPA created the internet, had one of the “best and brightest” in their fold, and now she is going to Google. Any connection? There just might be. The computer will run this operation. But, first “living foundries” are in the works. Of course, one would have to have the foundation of this new super blueprint templated. So, foundries with the tools to create whatever product is patterned will be produced. So, when we see the patterns and the flow from start to finish of the creation “new genetic products”, with an inventory of parts, then we begin to see the “work in progress”. These are old terms used to create useful, functional products for human consumption and use, now have crossed the boundary of human as template. Morgellons fits nicely in here. So, the artifacts are what was left after the creation, experimentation and modeling. The following report says this is new, but, since this technology is way ahead of civilian reality, it is new to civilians, but, certainly is not for the the Creators.

The Defense Advanced Projects Research Agency (DARPA) – often described as the mad scientist research arm of the Pentagon due to their fantastical projects like weaponized hallucinations, dirt cheap miniature spy computers, increasingly lifelike humanoid robots and more – is now in the process of developing a kind of factory for man-made organisms.
Their new program, called “Living Foundries,” was originally announced last year and aims to create a type of assembly line for genetically engineered products – assumedly for military applications since that is what DARPA is all about.
DARPA recently announced eight research awards totaling some $15.5 million in funds as part of this initiative including:
$3.6 million to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)
$691,559 to the University of Texas at Austin
$2.1 million to California Institute of Technology
$1 million to the Foundation for Applied Molecular Evolution
$3 million to J. Craig Venter Institute, Inc. (JCVI)
$964,587 to J. Craig Venter Institute, Inc. (two separate awards)
$907,269 to the President and Fellows of Harvard College
$3,195,958 to the Leland Stanford Junior University
The two awards to JCVI shouldn’t be all too surprising given that Dr. Venter is well known as one of the first scientists to sequence a human genome. Furthermore, his lab was the first to develop an entirely synthetic organism in 2010.
The goal of the Living Foundries program is to radically transform the currently slow and expensive process of genetic engineering into a standardized and streamlined factory-like process.

Molecular mechanisms: Researchers light up interactions between neurons

Neurons relay information across the brain by releasing molecules, called neurotransmitters, across synapses, the junctions between neurons. Neurexins and neuroligins, which jut out of the transmitting and receiving ends of neurons, respectively, bind to each other on neighboring cells, stabilizing an active synapse.
Researchers induced some live neurons, removed from a rat hippocampus, to express an engineered version of neurexin-1 (NRXN1) that can add a small molecule called biotin to another protein. They then induced other neurons to express a modified form of neuroligin-1 (NLGN1) that has a biotin-receiving domain. When the two proteins bind at a synapse, the modified NRXN1 attaches biotin to the modified NLGN1.
Using this clever technique and a fluorescent dye that binds to biotin, the researchers can look at the live interaction between NRXN1 and NLGN1. They can also detect the number of interactions by quantifying the fluorescent signal.
When the neurons release neurotransmitters, the researchers found, the engineered proteins interact more. This suggests that NLGN1-NRXN1 interactions increase in an active synapse.
Using dyes to distinguish interactions before and after activation, the researchers show that neuron activation increases the amount NRXN1 and NLGN1 at the cell surface. They also show that molecules already at the synapse cycle back into the cell less frequently.
Several proteins in these families, including NRXN1 and NLGN4, have been implicated in autism. The researchers use their imaging technique to show that a known mutation of NRXN1 reduces its interaction with NLGN1. The new technique could similarly allow researchers to visualize synapses in mice with autism-associated mutations in NRXN1 and other synaptic proteins.

Keeping up with the latest technology that is finally being relayed to the public, is often disheartening, knowing that this experiment has been done in the open. This geoengineering is not just the environment, but, every living thing upon it. All of nature is being revamped, a re genesis, a new creation in the making, despite the loss of life in this venture. That was the risk involved. And a planned risk. US Climate Change Procedure Based on UN’s Geoengineering Governance and Technology Policy

Use of geoengineering is supported by members of the scientific community working in line with the climate change alarmists. These modifications extend to plate tectonics, ocean fertilization, cloud seeding, Co2 sequestration and military weaponry.
Project Cirrus (PC), a.k.a. Project Stormfury), was conducted by the US government between 1962 and 1983 in an attempt to manipulate the weather by affecting hurricane behavior.
PC was headed by General Electric, the US Army Signal Corps, the Office of Naval Research and the US Air Force .
The Government Accountability Office (GAO) states in their study that “climate engineering technologies, focusing on their technical status, future directions for research and potential responses.” The GAO reviewed the scientific literature and government reports, consulted experts with a wide variety of backgrounds and viewpoints, and surveyed 1,006 adults across the United States.
The GAO concluded that “climate engineering technologies do not now offer a viable response to global climate change.”
Areas of study were:
- Carbon dioxide removal
- Solar radiation management
Solar radiation management (SRM), a technique for blocking the sun’s light in order to prevent access heat from affecting the Earth’s surface, has been used in many countries including:
- The United States
- Brazil
- Costa Rica
- England
- Most European countries
SRM consists of spraying crystals and toxic chemicals such as sulfate aerosols and barium into the upper atmosphere.
For more than a decade, first the United States and then Canada’s citizens have been subjected to a 24/7/365 day aerosol assault over our heads made of a toxic brew of poisonous heavy metals, chemicals, and other dangerous ingredients. None of this was reported by any mainstream media. The US Department of Defense (DOD) and military have been systematically blanketing all our skies with what are known as Chemtrails (also known as Stratospheric Aerosol Geoengineering).
The GAO admits that current geoengineering techniques are immature and that many of them could have potentially negative consequences. Yet, the consensus of governmental agencies has chosen to disregard the health hazards to the general public in favor of the continued use of geoengineering.
Scientists in support of geoengineering, knowing “major technology risks or limited future climate change” show their bias toward the “science”. The GAO have looked toward the private sector because governments and corporations working with them subvert their findings and conduct experiments worldwide without consent.
According to the Geoengineering: Governance and Technology Policy (GGTP) report, produced by the Congressional Research Service, the US government “has joined with other nations . . . as a participant in several international agreements on climate change.”
The experimental aspect of geoengineering in the US is directed in the “absence of a comprehensive [climate change] policy” that will “modify the Earth’s climate” and make these technologies available to “foreign governments and entities in the private sector to use unilaterally without authorization from the US government or an international treaty.’
Oversight concerning geoengineering research and experimental projects is allocated to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Department of Energy (DoE), Department of Agriculture (DoA), and the Department of Defense.
Although there is no provision, many of the UN’s international treaties relating to climate change, maritime pollution and air pollution are used to govern the pursuit of geoengineering.
In 2010, the UN’s Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) outlined the necessity of geoengineering for the sake of saving the Earth’s biodiversity.
The US government, using the UN’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) as their guide, has created policies to mitigate the fabled effects of man-made climate change.
The GGTP states that:
geoengineering technologies, applied to the climate, aim to achieve large-scale and deliberate modifications of the Earth’s energy balance in order to reduce temperatures and counteract anthropogenic (i.e., human-made) climate change; these climate modifications would not be limited by country boundaries.
In 2009, the Congress’ House Science and Technology Committee discussed:
potential environmental risks and benefits of various proposals, associated domestic and international governance issues, evaluation mechanisms and criteria, research and development (R&D) needs, and economic rationales supporting the deployment of geoengineering activities.
The United Kingdom (UK), Germany, and India provided scientists that supported the engagement of geoengineering technologies in the name of reducing emissions, preserving “climate sensitivity”, and climate thresholds under the pursuit of political, social and economic mitigation strategies.
The UN’s assertion that climate change is directly causal to humans has inspired mandates for geoengineering governance. This scheme does not rely on scientific data or research studies, but rather real world experiments with chemtrail technologies conducted by governmental agencies and private sector corporations employed by policymakers and international entities.
Through the covering of governmental policy, the UN hopes to design technologies to control the climate; advance geoengineering options in lieu of effectively mitigating greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions (for example, could result in a number of adverse effects, including ocean acidification, stresses on biodiversity, climate sensitivity shocks, and other irreversible consequences); engage the private sector corporations by enticing them with government subsidies while examining their ownership models, intellectual property rights and trade and transfer mechanisms for the dissemination of geoengineering technologies.
While the UN anticipated that the general public would become aware of their schemes (as is happening now) they planned a propaganda campaign to assert transparency while hiding the actuality of critical technologies to avoid liabilities and compensation to the public for adverse effects of geoengineering.
To cover up their unethical impact on the Earth, the UN created “ information” to be made available to the public and hired scientists to praise their deployment of geoengineering.
John Holdren, US Science Adviser to Obama, has come out publicly to claim that geoengineering will assist the planet in stabilizing its weather with regard to global warming.
Holdren says geoengineering is a perfectly viable way to cool the planet’s temperature. He fully supports the process of releasing particles of barium, magnesium, aluminum, nano-fibers, bacillus blood spores and other chemicals to reflect sunlight away from the Earth.
The implementation of geoengineering, a scheme of the UN’s decisive endeavor to create global governance, is not only fully supported by the US government, but the UN’s direct policies and procedures are literally adopted as strategies of the Obama administration.

Here’s the latest installment of an escalating disinformation campaign to “acclimate” the populace to the aerial spraying program under way for years in many parts of the world.
An increasing number of articles with supposed scientists conjecturing “what if” scenarios where a whited sky by metallic particles “might” help mitigate global warming have appeared lately.
This is also the second time the Daily Mail has published a chemtrail admission article claiming these spreading consistent chemical trails are some kind of natural phenomenon due to commercial jets and atmospheric conditions.
They’ve never done this before the aerial bombardment of chemtrails started in the mid-90′s. I supposed they’ll blame it on “climate change” next, and wrap it up in a nice self-reinforcing package of pseudo-scientific BS.
For those of us well aware of this ongoing poisoning of our skies this tripe is enough to make you sick, as lying, paid-off so called scientists lay out their lying propaganda without compunction.
The transatlantic jet trails visible from space: How ‘contrails’ can stay in the sky for up to 14 hours
Like a giant game of crosses without the naughts, these incredible jet engine trails can be seen criss-crossing the Atlantic from space.
NASA’s Terra satellite captured these two amazing images of aircraft trails, or ‘contrails’ as they are known, spreading across the sky off the coast of Newfoundland, Canada.
The spectacular effect forms in the wake of passing aircraft due to the extra particles and water vapor contained in their exhaust.
NASA said these it has observed these clusters of contrails lasting as long as 14 hours, though most get a shorter lifespan of four to six hours.
Climate scientists are fascinated by long-lived, spreading contrails because they reflect sunlight and trap infrared radiation.
A contrail in an otherwise clear sky reduces the amount of solar radiation that reaches Earth’s surface, while increasing the amount of infrared radiation absorbed by the atmosphere.
These opposing effects make it difficult for scientists to pin down the exact effect contrails have on climate.
‘Overall, contrails create additional cirrus cloud cover,’ said Patrick Minnis, a senior scientist at NASA’s Langley Research Center.
‘Current estimates indicate that contrails have a small warming effect, but the extent of the additional coverage and the amount of warming remain quite uncertain.’ Source

What’s absurd is the treatment of the world’s population as complete morons. Worse yet is they get away with it. Why?
People can’t bring themselves to think their government would do such a thing without their knowledge, so an alternate explanation is happily received. Apparently cause and effect aren’t our concern.

Reality check: When the power grid goes down, all grid-tie solar systems will go down with it

(NaturalNews) A lot of people believe they are becoming “power independent” by installing grid-tie solar systems, but what many don’t realize is that virtually all such systems are designed to actively go offline when the power grid goes offline.
A “grid-tie” solar system is one that ties into the power grid, pulling electricity from the grid when needed, then pushing excess electricity back into the grid when the local customer isn’t using the full capacity being generated by PV panels (photovoltaic). As long as the grid stays up, it’s a clever solution because it reduces or even eliminates the customer’s electric bills while generating “clean” energy.
Because of the very fact that these systems are tied into the power grid, however, they all have a safety feature that disconnects them from the grid when the grid goes down. In other words, if the power grid goes offline, your entire grid-tie solar array becomes instantly useless and you can’t power a laptop computer even if you have $100,000 worth of solar panels sitting on your roof. In a grid-tie system, they all are instantly shut off.
Let me be clear, because some people reading this article seem to vastly misunderstand the issue: When the power grid goes down, your entire PV array is instantly disabled by your grid-tie inverters, and you cannot use your PV array for anything! Even if the sun is shining, you will have no power from it, period. Understand?
Some early comments to this story suggested that people could simply install a throw switch that would divert the PV array to local use only. This is NOT allowed by local electrical code! Such a system is very difficult to engineer in a safe manner and would almost certainly violate local codes in nearly all U.S. cities. It simply will NOT pass inspection and will not be allowed in most areas. I spoke with top solar consultants to confirm this. At best, such a system would exist in a “grey area” of regulatory approval, I was told.
Again, most people reading this story still do not understand what I’m saying here, and I’ve backed this up with conversations with top solar experts and equipment providers around the world. When the power grid goes down, virtually all grid-tie systems go down with it. Your solar panels are instantly rendered useless and cannot be used until the city power grid is restored.
It’s a “safety” feature
Four out of five people reading this will not believe this information because it is so counter-intuitive. I spoke with architects and engineers who didn’t even know this information. They were all proven wrong. If you install a grid-tie solar system, the entire system is immediately useless when the grid goes down. You will have zero power, even if the sun is shining. Your solar array only functions when grid power is up, get it? That’s the way grid-tie systems are hard-wired. There is no BYPASS function. Grid down = solar array down, period.
What’s the reason behind all this? Because if the main power grid is down, the assumption is that a power line worker may be working on the line somewhere. If a local solar customer is feeding electricity back up the line, that can be dangerous — even deadly — to a power line worker. Thus, all grid-tie solar equipment sold today includes the “safety feature” of automatically shutting down when the grid goes down.
Or at least that’s the official explanation from the solar power companies, because there’s no explanation as to why these inverters have to shut off the local supply of power from the PV panels. Why not let the homeowner continue to have electricity from their own solar panels even if the power grid is down?
Off-grid systems
“Off-grid” systems allow precisely that. These systems, which do not tie into the power grid, run on a combination of solar panels, batteries and often a backup generator running on gasoline, diesel or propane.
Off-grid systems are ridiculously expensive to own and operate, mostly due to the cost of batteries. Today’s battery technology remains stuck in the 1800’s, meaning that even so-called “deep cycle” batteries will still last only 5 – 10 years. If you do the math on the cost of batteries for a typical off-grid system running a household of four people, you’ll come to the surprising figure that batteries alone can cost you $500 / month, each and every month that you use an off-grid system (that’s the total cost of the batteries divided by the number of months they will last).
That’s why most people don’t go with off-grid systems. Grid-tie systems cost significantly less, especially with solar panels now at rock-bottom prices thanks to China dumping them onto the U.S. market below manufacturing cost. (Right now is a great time to buy solar panels, before new tariffs kick in.)
Batteries can be eliminated in such a system by having a standby generator. The solution I personally recommend, as I have researched this in considerable detail, is to purchase a 20kw Generac generator and acquire a 1,000-gallon propane tank to power it. If you practice some simple energy conservation techniques (such as limiting use of air conditioners or heaters), you can run a typical household for 2-3 months on 1,000 gallons of propane. And if you have solar panels to help along the way, that could be stretched to 4-6 months since you’d only be using the propane fuel at night or when the sun isn’t shining.
Only an off-grid system gives you true energy independence.
Many people who buy grid-tie systems mistakenly think they’re buying off-grid systems
The kicker in all this is that many people mistakenly think they’re buying one kind of system when, in reality, they’re buying the other kind. Solar installation companies that install grid-tie systems do not necessarily inform their customers that their systems will not function when the power grid goes down. So these customers, even after spending $20,000 to $80,000 or even more, end up with a system that’s 100% dependent on the power grid!
There’s going to be a rude awakening for these people when the power grid goes down and their solar systems refuse to function. Because, for most people installing solar systems today, the whole idea is to have power when the grid goes down.
And how likely is the grid to go down? Cyber security expert David Chalk says there is a “100 percent chance” that the grid will go down in the near future due to vulnerabilities to cyber terrorism. I recently interviewed him about this subject, and you can watch that interview at:

Off-grid solar equipment is in short supply
As you probably suspected, the kind of solar equipment used to build off-grid systems — the kind that function without the power grid — is in very short supply. Manufacturers in Germany, Japan and China are backordered for months. Free inventory is virtually zero. Install times for new systems can now stretch out as long as six months in some cities.
If you want an off-grid solar system and you’re not already in the queue to get one, there’s very little chance you can have one in place before the prophecy date of December 21, 2012… if that even matters to you. I personally don’t put any special weight on that date, but I do believe our world is becoming increasingly unpredictable. Those who want to be safe, prepared and living with a source of electricity need to take steps now to install off-grid systems.
Don’t rely on solar installation companies to know what you want. In most cities, they automatically assume customers just want “grid-tie” systems to reduce their electric bills. So if you don’t insist on it, you’ll end up buying a grid-tie system that becomes a useless heap of dead electronics on the day the power grid dies.
Additional notes: Yes, even off-grid systems are vulnerable to solar flares and EMP attacks (dir/Technology/Solar-Panels-Sunlight-Energy.jpg). There’s no protecting fragile electronics from such events unless you keep a spare set of redundant equipment protected inside Faraday cages or wrapped in aluminum foil and stored inside galvanized aluminum trash cans. Even then, you’d have to figure out how to reinstall everything from the ground up, which would require an expert electrician.
