Water Eaton Copse, nr Hannington, North of Swindon, Wilts. Reported 12th May 2012 – Oilseed Rape.

The third formation of the year was reported on May the 12th and was located at the rather elaborately named ‘Eaton Water Copse’ (near to Hannington) in Wilts, just North of Swindon. While there are many that would argue that Swindon does not have many endearing qualities, one only has to look at the countryside surrounding it to see that even though its town centre may not be the most picturesque, its encompassing landscape more than makes up for it. The rolling hills and grand expanses of farmers fields; a collage all shapes, sizes and colours, make a beautiful frame for the concrete and red brick town centre.

Swindon holds a very special place in my heart, not because I have ever spent much time there, or because I have any particularly fond memories of events there, but because it is the home of one of my favourite literary heroines ‘Thursday Next’ – Jasper Ffordes wonderfully funny, clever and unconventional creation. Sorry I digress!

The formation was a quintuplet; this is a ‘five dot on a dice’ design, one circle in the centre and four circles surrounding it in equidistant positions. It is a classical crop circle design-type. There has been a whole catalogue of variations on this pattern, with circles of varying sizes, some connected by a ring, others not, even one where (most unusually), the four orbiting circles touched the centre circle. Researcher and geometer Michael Glickman affectionately identifies them as the mother circle (in the centre) and her daughters (orbiting circles). This is so endearing that it is now how I think of them as well!

Drawing of the Eaton Water Copse formation. Ink on cartridge paper, finished with a watery blue watercolour in honour of its pretty location name.

A glimpse through any of the early books about the phenomenon will throw up a whole raft of quintuplets. While the quintuplet is essentially about the number four (it is four-fold in nature), it does have a curious connection to five through its anchoring centre circle. The quintuplet has long fascinated crop circle researchers/geometers (as evidenced above), because it has been such a reoccurring design, but it was geometer Allan Brown that really propelled the quintuplet into superstardom. He showed that almost every quintuplet-shaped crop circle carried a hidden property. That hidden property was that they all Squared the Circle.

Annular Eclipse of Sun on May 20, 2012

An annular eclipse of the Sun occurs on May 20, 2012.  The path over western United States where  partial eclipse will be visible, is mapped (picture, right), thanks to eclipse-maps.comAn annular solar eclipse occurs when the Moon’s apparent diameter is smaller than the Sun, causing the Sun to look like an annulus (ring), blocking most of the Sun’s light. An annular eclipse appears as a partial eclipse over a region thousands of kilometers wide,”  according to Wikepedia. Yes, there’s a dedicated page to May 20th eclipse at Wikipedia and eclipse-maps.com, at the latter website there’s also an excellent history of solar eclipse maps.  Where’s the best place to be for viewing? The large swath (brown area in picture) from Medford, OR to Lubbock TX.   The fun starts at 5:08 PT Sunday in Oregon and concludes in Texas at sunset.  The United States will experience partial eclipse in most areas except for the East Coast. An annular eclipse is called a “ring of fire” (picture, left) – don’t miss it!

Magnetic bacteria may help build future bio-computers

BBC News
May 7, 2012

Magnet-making bacteria may be building biological computers of the future, researchers have said.

A team from the UK’s University of Leeds and Japan’s Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology have used microbes that eat iron.

As they ingest the iron, the microbes create tiny magnets inside themselves, similar to those in PC hard drives.

The research may lead to the creation of much faster hard drives, the team of scientists say.

The study appears in the journal Small.

As technology progresses and computer components get smaller and smaller, it becomes harder to produce electronics on a nano-scale.

So researchers are now turning to nature – and getting microbes involved.

Marijuana and Cancer Relationship – Marijuana Destroys Cancer Cells

by Patrick Gallagher

marijuanaleaf 220x137 Marijuana and Cancer Relationship Marijuana Found to Destroy Cancer CellsThanks to the available findings of a 2006 study showing that cannabis actually reduces the number of cancer cells, medical marijuana users can now feel even better about the widely abolished pain relief ingredient found in the plant. The relationship between marijuana and cancer has always been up for debate, but with the use of a specially crafted oil made from the buds of the Cannabis Sativa plant, scientists confirmed that the plant’s primary psychoactive chemical tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) destroys any and all malignant cancer cell growths in several patients. Details on the marijuana and cancer prevention connection aren’t exactly known, but further, more extensive testing will reveal exactly what may be causing this seemingly miracle cure.

Shedding Some Light on the Marijuana and Cancer Relationship

Back in 2006, the study was developed by a team of medical researchers at the Virginia Commonwealth University’s Pharmacology and Toxicology department on leukemia patients. The researchers essentially outlined that if taken daily for an extended period of time, cannabis oil actually reverses the growth of cancer and possibly leads to remission in the patient – with zero added side effects. Typically when a leukemia patient enters a hospital for admission and treatment, they are given a very extensive chemotherapy treatment, usually paired with a radiological treatment. Instead of considering any possible treatment involving marijuana and cancer, doctors use these not only ineffective, but also dangerous treatments. Cannabis, on the other hand, as shown in the study, has virtually no side effects. It is  especially safe and effective when administered in a clean, medically sound environment and in the form of oil.

Other studies have been made over the past decades much like this one: Manuel Guzman located in Madrid, Spain discovered that cannabinoids substantially inhibit the growth of tumors in a variety of lab animals. In the study he also found that not one of these tested animals endured any kind of side effects seen in many similar chemotherapy treatments. It is becoming increasingly clear that you can sidestep any of the misery associated with traditional cancer treatments and embrace the potent, effective healing powers of THC – not to forget about the positive attributes surrounding cannabis’ other primary cannabinoid, cannabidiol (CBD).

If the results don’t appeal to you, then maybe the 2,500 total studied patients throughout these 37 controlled studies will blow the lid on the myth that cannabis is and can only be used as a “dangerous” drug. None of the patients reported any kind of adverse side effects from the use of THC and based medication – further adding to the benefits of medical marijuana and strengthening the positive connection between marijuana and cancer.

The real irony in the situation here? The combined governments of the world are the primary authority behind more than 30 studies like these completed throughout the years – and kept them secret from the general public. It wouldn’t be very conducive for our government if word got out that a schedule 1 narcotic could actually help people.

Fukushima: Find the corium? Maybe in a few thousand years or so

by Christina Consolo
Contributing writer for End the Lie and host of Nuked Radio
April 28, 2012

So another week or so has gone by since I wrote my first piece on Fukushima for End the Lie, and still no progress has been made at Fukushima, although they did throw a sheet over the spent fuel pool of Reactor #4.

They are talking about building a 100-foot long wall under the reactors and digging some wells on the property to deal with the radioactive water problem. For now, it just pours into the ocean, 24/7 and keeps steaming out of the ground after which it is carried into the air which then sends it blowing around the planet.

Of course none of the things Tepco did in the past week brought them any closer to containing, circumventing, repairing, or fixing the rickety structure that is Reactor #4 (see photos).

In the past thirteen months, a lot of what Tepco has done has failed miserably. For example, the machines brought in to “clean” the radioactive water kept breaking because the radiation is so high. The robots sent in the reactor buildings to assess the situation also kept breaking, because the radiation is so high. The drone they tried to fly over the site to take air measurements crashed into the roof of Reactor #2 last year, because the radiation is so high.

Humans can’t get near the reactors and/or corium either, because… yeah, you guessed it, the radiation is so high.

So, what is corium?

Corium is a lava-like molten mixture of portions of nuclear reactor core, formed during a nuclear meltdown, the most severe class of a nuclear reactor accident.

It consists of nuclear fuel, fission products, control rods, structural materials from the affected parts of the reactor, products of their chemical reaction with air, water and steam, and, in case the reactor vessel is breached, molten concrete from the floor of the reactor room.

In the case of Fukushima, the corium melted out of the reactors, probably the first day. It has been estimated to be 30-40 ft under the reactors, although this topic has been extensively debated.

There are 3 corium blobs, between 100-150 tons in size, at a temperature of approximately 3000 degrees Fahrenheit. Of course no one really this precisely, since humans/robots/cameras can’t get near it without dying or breaking.

With our current level of technology, we should know in a few thousand years. With new, as of yet non-existent technology, we might know sooner.

In fact, all that Tepco has seemed to be able to do is to keep pouring tons and tons of water on everything and monitor the gauges they have left (which they just say are broken when they read too high). And of course lie, lie and lie some more about everything.

The lying part is actually something that the so-called “powers that be” surrounding nuclear accidents all seem to get right, probably because they have had some practice (i.e. Chernobyl, Three-Mile Island).

But when a nuclear accident like Fukushima happens, which has the potential to kill everyone on the planet, the lying just isn’t acceptable anymore.

In fact, there is a little thing called “Crimes Against Humanity,” usually reserved for the likes of evil dictators and lying degenerates who conduct mass murders.

The management of Tepco certainly qualifies for this designation, as well as certain government officials in Japan, Canada, the US, and Europe. The list keeps spreading like a nuke plant evacuation zone, enveloping not only government leaders but the groups and/or agencies below them.

You know, the ones created to “keep us safe.” In the US, the taxpayers fund these agencies and programs, buy their equipment (which they often end up giving to domestic law enforcement agencies when they get tired of it), and pay people to run it.

In fact, we also generously provide those people with top quality health care, dental, day care, travel, tuition reimbursement, vacation time and retirement. In some cases we continue many of these benefits for the rest of their lives after they work for one of these bureaucracies.

The corporate controlled mainstream media, which is supposed to report on important news that can affect our lives, also qualifies under the label just as Tepco does.

Their lack of attention to this is inexcusable. It is their job to investigate. This includes our beloved weather reporters, who should have been researching and reporting on the fallout and radiation levels in their forecasts, for the past 13 months (instead of a few concerned people on YouTube).

The research was already done for them by the Civil Defense in the 1960s, when we were worried about getting nuked from Russia during the Cold War. In a future article I will name names for the Fukushima Crimes Against Humanities List, but I’m going to need a lot of space, and I want to make sure I don’t leave anyone out.

So in the meantime, what do we do?

We have to talk about this. We have to circumvent these government officials, useless agencies, and corrupt corporations in order to do our own research. We must ignore the establishment media. We must make our health a priority. We must become citizen journalists. We must use our common sense. We must avoid exposure as much as possible.

We must mitigate against the harmful effects of radiation. We must document what is going on right now. We must take pictures of mutations. We must write, post, meet, and brainstorm.

We need every single person that cares about the future of humanity in our effort. If you can even do just one of these things, it will help. We must become the solution. And the solution is to help each other.

I see more potential for dealing with the radiation problems than I see for fixing our political and economical problems. Many of them don’t even seem solvable, unless we start with a clean slate.

But there will be no clean slate for Fukushima. It will require adaptation, at the very least. There has never been a nuclear accident even close to Fukushima’s severity. And for right now, it is a disaster with no end in sight, that at any moment could become a million times worse.

But if we work together to find solutions, and share love, caring and concern for our fellow man, then regardless of the outcome, it will be okay.

Geomagnetic monitoring and random event generators showed the outpouring of concern, sympathy, and empathy after 9/11 was the highest ever recorded worldwide. Do you believe in the Global Consciousness? Science has proven that it exists.

Einstein was continually perplexed by his observations, where electrons from the same organic matter, when separated, continued to react together without delay and without an observable, physical connection to each other.

This has yet to be thoroughly explained, and represents a serious puzzle amongst the physics community. There has never been a better opportunity to activate this, whatever it is, than right now.

Do you believe that one person can make a difference? We need to find that one person. We are in uncharted territory, and although much of this is outside of our control, you can control how you react to it. Knowledge is a powerful thing, even for the powerless. And so is love.

Just because our leaders are acting like evil degenerates doesn’t mean we have to follow their example. When faced with a global threat the likes of which have never been seen before, we need innovative and creative ways of dealing with it. Nuclear power may have been a mistake, but it will never be a mistake to care for one another.
