U.S. NEXRAD Stations Generate & Feed Clouds to Canada Doppler Stations
by Joseph Cek
Geoengineering Watch: Calgary, Alberta
July 17, 2013
We can clearly see clouds being generated as plumes in Oregon and Washington NEXRAD Stations, which are then driven north east into British Columbia, with the help of Canada’s Doppler stations co-operating to bring this cloud system into Alberta. Most of the moisture and clouds are being driven north east from the Spokane, WA Station towards the Vernon Doppler station to end up in Alberta and eventually Calgary.

Literal Smart Dust Opens Brain-Computer Pathway to “Spy on Your Brain”
by Nicholas West
Activist Post
July 19, 2013
Some might have heard about Smart Dust; nanoparticles that can be employed as sensor networks for a range of security and environmental applications. Now, however, literal Smart Dust for the brain is being proposed as the next step toward establishing a brain-computer interface.
The system is officially called “neural dust” and works to “monitor the brain from the inside.” Inventors are attempting to overcome the hurdle of how to best implant sensors that can remain over the course of one’s life. Researchers at Berkeley Engineering believe they have found a novel way to achieve this:
This paper explores the fundamental system design trade-offs and ultimate size, power, and bandwidth scaling limits of neural recording systems.
A network of tiny implantable sensors could function like an MRI inside the brain, recording data on nearby neurons and transmitting it back out. The smart dust particles would all contain an extremely small CMOS sensor capable of measuring electrical activity in nearby neurons. The researchers envision a piezoelectric material backing the CMOS capable of generating electrical signals from ultrasound waves. The process would also work in reverse, allowing the dust to beam data back via high-frequency sound waves. The neural dust would also be coated with polymer. (Source)
The investment in neuroscience has received a $100 million dollar commitment via Obama’s BRAIN project, while Europe has committed $1.3 billion to build a supercomputer replica of the brain in a similarly comprehensive and detailed fashion as the Human Genome Project mapped DNA.
Concurrently, there is massive long-term investment in nanotech applications via the National Nanotechnology Initiative 2011 Strategic Plan. This 60-page document lays out a projected future “to understand and control matter” for the management of every facet of human life within the surveillance matrix of environment, health and safety. Twenty-five U.S. Federal agencies are participating.
The concept of Smart Dust has been applied and/or proposed for use in the following ways, just to name a few:
- Nano sensors for use in agriculture that measure crops and environmental conditions.
- Bomb-sniffing plants using rewired DNA to detect explosives and biological agents.
- “Smart Dust” motes that wirelessly transmit data on temperature, light, and movement (this can also be used in currency to track cash).
Their idea is to sprinkle electronic sensors the size of dust particles into the cortex and to interrogate them remotely using ultrasound. The ultrasound also powers this so-called neural dust.
Each particle of neural dust consists of standard CMOS circuits and sensors that measure the electrical activity in neurons nearby…
The neural dust is interrogated by another component placed beneath the scale but powered from outside the body. This generates the ultrasound that powers the neural dust and sensors that listen out for their response, rather like an RFID system.
The system is also tetherless–the data is collected and stored outside the body for later analysis. (source, MIT)
Read “tetherless” as “wireless” — or remote controlled analysis of the human brain, thus opening the door (theoretically) for remote mind control. As I’ve highlighted before, this is a two-way street — some people might feel content, for example, with sending their brain’s information out to a doctor for evaluation, but this sensor network could also transmit data back, as is admitted here:
That’s why Seo and co have chosen ultrasound to send and receive data. They calculate that the power required to use electromagnetic waves on the scale would generate a damaging amount of heat because of the amount of energy the body absorbs and the troubling signal-to-noise ratios at this scale.
By contrast, ultrasound is a much more efficient and should allow the transmission of at least 10 million times more power than electromagnetic waves at the same scale. (emphasis added).
In case anyone believes that this has little chance of success, MIT highlights that one of the authors of the research has already achieved this with a remote controlled beetle.
The human brain is clearly of vast, perhaps infinite, complexity — and this is without even introducing concepts such as “the mind” or “the soul.” Nevertheless, it is clear that the reductionists are doing their very best to “Solve the Brain” — measuring it, mapping it, and making sense of it. (source)
Are we to believe that “controlling it” has been left off the list for mere ethical reasons? Not likely.

Study Confirms Male Circumcision is Genital Mutilation
prweb.com
July 22, 2013
A new study in the British Journal of Urology International shows that men with normal, intact penises enjoy more sexual sensitivity — as much as four times more — than those who have been circumcised. Circumcising slices off more of a male’s sensitivity than is normally present in all ten fingertips.
West Lafayette, IN (PRWEB) March 22, 2007
In every site tested, intact men have as much or more fine-touch skin sensitivity on their penis and foreskin than a man who has been circumcised. Circumcision removes the most sensitive portions of the penis.
This new study demonstrates what we have suspected for decades, that circumcision’s result — if not its intent — is reduced sexual pleasure for men. As such, it is a violation of a male’s right to bodily integrity. In large part, female circumcision does the same; even the mildest forms remove the most sensitive portions of the female genitalia. Females in the USA and many other countries are protected by law from all forms of genital cutting.
The mistaken belief behind circumcision is that it is cleaner, healthier, protects against disease, and will make males more tractable in a society.
Because circumcision has such a drastic effect on sexuality later in life, no infant or child should ever experience a non-therapeutic circumcision.

Big Asteroid Flies By Earth Tonight: How to Watch Live
by Mike Wall, Senior Writter
Yahoo! News
July 22, 2013
A newfound asteroid about the size of a football field will cruise past Earth tonight (July 22), and you can follow all the action live online.
The near-Earth asteroid 2013 NE19, estimated to be between 194 feet and 426 feet wide (59 to 130 meters), will pass within 2.6 million miles (4.2 million kilometers) of Earth tonight — about 11 times the distance between our planet and the moon. There is no danger that it will strike Earth on this pass, scientists say.
The online Slooh Space Camera will webcast live views of 2013 NE19’s close approach as seen from an observatory in the Canary Islands off the west coast of Africa. You can watch the asteroid webcast live here on SPACE.com at 9 p.m. EDT (0100 GMT Tuesday), courtesy of Slooh.
Asteroid 2013 NE19, which was discovered just last Monday (July 15), will be quite faint, making it a difficult target for backyard observers. But it should be readily visible in Slooh’s remote-controlled telescope, the group said.
“Slooh’s imaging technology and high-altitude location in the Canary Islands are well suited for a tricky object like this, which may be impossible for garden-variety setups to capture,” Slooh CEO Michael Paolucci said in a statement.
The Slooh asteroid webcast will feature commentary by host Paul Cox and other experts. Viewers can watch it directly from the Slooh website (www.slooh.com), and via a related iPad app.

MUST SEE — 7/21/2013 — HOAX “HAARP is shutdown” story being repeated across Media
Dutchsinse
July 21, 2013
video update here:
____________
ANOTHER false “HAARP closed” story has resurfaced.
July 15, 2013 — the ARRL (amateur radio site) put out an article saying HAARP has closed due to “budget” issues, and not meeting “clean air act” standards due to “diesel generators”.
Here is the false story from the ARRL :
http://www.arrl.org/news/haarp-facility-shuts-down
______________
Notice, the above article is written by an anonymous person (no name listed).
The false ARRL article also claims that HAARP shut down in May !
Where have we heard that before? Someone else actually started THAT false story back on May 8, 2013 — the false story was started by Suspicious0bservers — whole story on that here:
_________________
So, we have the ARRL article referencing the original bogus report by Suspicious0bservers from May, in addition to the false May shutdown information, adding in BS about Diesel Generators / Clean Air Act, saying that the base is ABANDONED (lol @ that)… saying there is no money as well.
There are, FOR SURE, budgets extending to the end of 2014 .. from the US Airforce, and DARPA as well. Disproving the ARRL articles claims about money.
budgets here:
http://www.saffm.hq.af.mil/shared/media/document/AFD-130408-064.pdf
http://sincedutch.wordpress.com/2013/07/16/7162013-bogus-reports-that-haarp-has-shut-down/
_________________
The main crux of the article is about FINANCES — saying no funding is available — thus the shutdown. This is now debunked by the above actual appropriations for the next 1 1/2 years.
Moving on… there is another glaring inaccuracy (lie) in the article.
The article supposedly quotes Dr. Keenan (director of HAARP) saying that “diesel generators” don’t meet the “Clean Air Act”, and listing that as ANOTHER cause of the shutdown.
One problem with that… there is only ONE diesel generator at the HAARP facility (not several as the ARRL article falsely claims). The single large diesel generator is inside the building, and for sure meets all air standards. Proving again, the ARRL article false.
Diesel Generator info here:
http://ntl.bts.gov/lib/47000/47200/47277/Boeker_HAARP.pdf
quote the .gov pdf file:
“Specifically, the noise generated by the on-site diesel power plant driving the HAARP antenna array was investigated in this study. This power plant consists of a single diesel engine driving a generator inside the main HAARP facility building, with the cooling and exhaust mounted on opposite sides of the building.”
_________________
To add insult to injury, this bogus ARRL article was then picked up by TheWeatherSpace, who added the “private contractor” portion of the lie to the whole mess , saying HAARP is not closed, but sold off :
Then finally, to seal the deal on a giant cluster of a situation, we saw Coast to Coast AM / Nick Begich REPEAT the false story, and the WeatherSpace additional bunk about private contractors :
Summed up… Coast to Coast / Nick Begich repeated a combination of the false story by the ARRL mixed with a bit of the other false story from theweatherspace / kevin martin, which was itself a regurgitated version of the ORIGINAL false suspicious0bservers story.
In reality, HAARP is still active, and the only thing turned off is the website.

SHOCKING: Dopper Stations Responsible for Saskatchewan Storms
by Joseph Cek
Geoengineering Watch: Calgary, Alberta
July 16, 2013
We had just put out an important post detailing how a storm system was generated in north-eastern Montana using the Doppler Station in Glasgow, MT. During that same time, Saskatchewan was also issued tornado warnings by Environment Canada. Saskatchewan Doppler stations have been caught generating two intense storms using electromagnetic energy.
Why is it that time-and-time again, we are finding these suddenly-appearing storm plumes being strangely generated from specific points that precisely align with the centre of Doppler stations? These recent storms appear to be generated from near the centre of Doppler stations and strangely taper towards the centre of the Doppler stations. Our only plausible explanation is the use of electromagnetic waves to control our weather that has been documented in weather modification patents for a long time. The playlist for all related videos can be seen here. Please see the video below:
Video: Storms generated using Radisson & Bethune Doppler Stations in Saskatchewan
The satellite animation for these storms can be seen here and here. Upon watching the Prairie Radar, initially we see quiet activity in the Prairie Doppler stations. Then suddenly, the Doppler Station for Foxwarren (near Brandon) begins pulsing, attracting the tapering storm that was generated by the Glasgow, MT NEXRAD station. This video shows the plume of that same storm generated by the Glasgow Station, which is pushed north-east towards Brandon, SK. We also believe that electromagnetic repulsion may have been assisted by the Minot AFB, ND (KMBX) Station to further push this system north into Brandon, SK. Meanwhile, during this time we see the Doppler Station for Bethune (near Regina) begin pulsing, and then generates a plume-like storm system that is later shown tapering towards the centre of the Bethune Doppler Station. Shortly afterwards, we see the Radisson Doppler Station (near Saskatoon) pulsing electromagnetic waves to create yet another strange storm system, also with its tapering arm oriented towards the centre of the Radisson Doppler Station. During this time, we also see the Edmonton Doppler Station passing its storm system (with accompanying wind) south-east, directly towards Saskatoon.
