The Plasma Frequency: Radar Applications

An analysis now exists to indicate that one of the primary applications of the aerosol operations is likely to involve the advanced use of radar technology for military purposes. Citizens may recall that this application was brought forth several months ago from unnamed sources; this current study substantiates that earlier disclosure through the processes of observation, analysis and deduction. Enhanced electromagnetic propagation of various energy forms, previously undefined as to specific wavelengths or frequencies employed, has been at the forefront of research by this author for some time now.
Although I do not, in any fashion, claim to be highly versed in plasma physics, this field has been an important topic of research for the past year in conjunction with the analysis of the aerosol operations. A plasma is an ionized gas consisting of ions and free electrons distributed over a region in space. The effect of the aerosol operations can lead to no other logical conclusion except that the lower atmosphere itself has been altered to a plasma state. Previous research over a substantial period of time within this site will support this finding. An alternative interpretation of a plasma is that of an electrically conductive gas. In this case, the ‘gas’ employed is the atmosphere. An artificial ionosphere has been, in effect, created within the lower atmosphere. It may also help to mention that a neon, or fluorescent light, is a familiar visual example of plasma physics.
Within the field of plasma physics, concentrated attention must be devoted to what is known as the ‘plasma frequency’. The plasma frequency can be considered as a resonant frequency of the ionized gas. The magnitude of this frequency has highly significant ramifications with respect to the propagation of electromagnetic energy through the ionized gas. Take, for instance, the following elaboration by Richard Feynman, within Lectures of Physics, Vol II:
“This natural resonance of a plasma has some interesting effects. For example, if one tries to propagate a radiowave through the ionosphere, one finds that it can penetrate only if its frequency is higher than the plasma frequency. Otherwise the signal is reflected back. We must use high frequencies if we wish to communicate with a satellite in space. On the other hand, if we wish to communicate with a radio station beyond the horizon, we must use frequencies lower than the plasma frequency, so that the signal will be reflected back to the earth.“
A difficult problem facing this researcher is how to arrive at the specific frequencies that are expected to be employed when provided with remote and limited data. Formal authorities and agents of the public welfare, including the national media and environmental organizations, have demonstrated a complete and total refusal to confront the numerous demands by the public for an accounting of, and an informed consent to, the affairs overhead.
In order to arrive at the plasma frequency for the current state of the atmosphere, it is essential to determine an estimate for the electron density of the atmosphere under its current and altered state. The plasma frequency is intimately dependent upon the electron density; it is, in fact, proportional to the square root of this electron density. Determination of the electron density of the lower atmosphere(altered) has been a relatively difficult problem to approach with limited resources and the methods of analysis alone. It is thought that a satisfactory estimate of that electron density level can now be achieved. This work will show itself to be dependent upon earlier sustained research on the subject of particle density estimates within the atmosphere. ChemTrail web formation 08-10-2012 at Rossington Allsaints school following first fog of the autum .The downward path of the web is evident in that the lamp posts have it on the top and it has draged down with the weight of the blanket until settling with any raised plants being covered from the top down .Deffinatly not cobwebs as the area covered is around 10,000sqmtrs and can be followed across fields in a SW direction for miles .Checked for any Gamma radiation due to solar activity shield idea but none present , At 60x mag under microscope the fine hairlike structure is evedent , my theory is that they are released and cover and rise after release in the atmosphere then fall and dry out and simply come down as dust particles , except when a fog is present where they reform into a blanket that shows up on the ground .As when the sun heats it or indeed where warmer tarmac is encounted they dry out rapidly and vanish ? Hence on the video where the concrete is in the grass no web formation is evident , as indeed it is around the field area that is encircled by a road .And village wide , the southern end has the most evidence with the northern end showing hardly any to none at all .The fields between the village and Tickhill being covered as is the school field , With the fields at Harworth also being covered , so it is around 5 miles wide and 15 to 20 miles long ?? Conclusion – They have fallen as a dust and recombined into the high altitude blanket at ground level due to the moisture content of the fog .

What has happened is that as the water has evaporated the fibres have been drawn together forming a strand that is comparable in size to a spiders web strand , However the spider silk is a single entity not hundreds of microscopic fibres as shown in this video .

Tuesday, Oct.4 2011 an alleged assassination attempt was committed by someone in a car with a police license on the life of the well-known green movement anti-chemtrail worker, Director of the Ecological Movement of Novi Sad, Mr. Nikola Aleksic.
In October 2011, Nikola Aleksic, leader of Ecological Movement of Novi Sad in Serbia, was arrested and fined. Earlier on his way to a conference in Belgrade, an attempt was reportedly made on his life. And Monsanto has sued him with the threat of removing him and his family from their rented flat as “collateral.”
Why all the fuss? Nikola made a spirited speech, recorded on video, challenging the Serbian president for allowing GMOs to come into Serbia. He also challenged the Serbian government for allowing planes to spray chemtrails in the Serbian skies.
A brave outspoken challenge
He forcefully spoke of all this as genocide. That the future of Serbians will fade away from the poisons of chemtrails and the toxicity and sterility generated by GMOs.
Mara Kern, wrote the original article, posted by “Food Freedom” and others, on Nikola Aleksi. He even called on the Serbian Army to do their duty and protect Serbian skies. He demanded the Serbian prosecutor declare Serbia a non-GMO zone.
Then he warned the president of Serbia, Boris Tadic, that if he continued to play along with Monsanto’s GMO plans and not put a stop to chemtrails, he would urge Sebians to hit the streets and he, Nikola Aleksi, would be among the first.
As Mara Kern explained, Nikola has done well the ecology movement, but his latest complaints are banned from mainstream media.
There have been two or three Natural News articles referring to Monsanto’s use of Xe, a private security group formerly known as Blackwater. Yes, the mercenary group changed their names to shine up their tarnished image.
As a corporate intelligence agency for Monsanto, Xe is assigned with locating and isolating international GMO dissenters so they can be marginalized, bought, or removed.
Monsanto marches on through government leaders!!
Monsanto has succeeded with taking over the US Government and its regulatory agencies. They are meeting with resistance elsewhere, but they are persistent and ruthless. It appears Monsanto has what it takes to corrupt leaders of other foreign nations, any which way that allows them entry.
Recently, with the Green Party out of the picture, Ireland’s current ruling party, Finna Fail, dropped Ireland’s non-GMO zone stance. They have gone along with the EU Commission’s decision to alter the EU’s zero tolerance GMO policy. Monsanto is managing to erode resistance in Europe.
Monsanto’s techniques are similar to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) approach with national leaders: Persuasion, bribery, and ultimately assassination or “regime change” to exploit a nations resources.
Nikola Aleksic has almost been assassinated, according to Mara Kern’s article. And now he has been arrested and is being hassled by Monsanto. He is the Patrick Henry of food freedom and ecological protection.
