Andrei Znamenski studied history and anthropology both in Russia and the United States. Formerly a resident scholar at the Library of Congress, then a foreign visiting professor at Hokkaido University, Japan, he has taught at The University of Memphis and Alabama State University. His fields of interest include religions of indigenous people of Siberia and North America, shamanism, and esotericism. Znamenski is the author of Shamanism and Christianity (1999), Through Orthodox Eyes (2003), Shamanism in Siberia (2003), The Beauty of the Primitive: Shamanism and Western Imagination (2007), and the editor of the three-volume anthology Shamanism: Critical Concepts (2004). We’ll discuss the dark side of Tibetan Buddhism and what lies behind this seemingly peaceful religion. Andrei discusses how Tibetan Buddhism became embraced by the west, specifically by leftists. He’ll talk about how this eastern religion has been slyly integrated into politics to push ulterior motives by people such as the Dalai Lama, Karl Marx and the Bolsheviks and Stalin yet these themes continue today. We’ll hear about how the west and the east exploited Shambhala to promote their fanatical schemes. In the second hour, Andrei explores the reason why Henry Wallace supported a “botanical expedition” (1934-1935) to Eastern China. To the surprise of his colleagues in the Department of Agriculture, Wallace appointed as the head of this expedition, Russian painter and occultist Nicholas Roerich. Roerich used this as an opportunity to jump-start his utopian geopolitical project of the Sacred Union of the East – an attempt to bring all Tibetan Buddhist people of Inner Asia into a vast theocratic state that would become a spiritual beacon for all of humanity. Later, we discuss Wallace’s idea to put the pyramid and eye on the dollar bill and the phrase Novus ordo seclorum. This New World Order is married to an ideology of new age collectivism.

Australian Security Agencies Target “SyrianGirl” Mimi Al-Laham

In the Orwellian world of post 9/11 hysteria and the Global War On Terror, speaking truth is a revolutionary act. Indeed, such is evidenced by the fact that speaking out against terrorism is now enough to cause you to be labeled as a supporter of terrorism. At least, that is, in certain instances.
This is particularly the case with Mimi Al-Laham, (aka SyrianGirl), a young Syrian woman who has been active on YouTube, social media, and her own website in speaking out about the Western-backed destabilization of Syria.
Laham has consistently denounced the death squads operating inside Syria as terrorists and agents of the West as well as identified the so-called rebellion as being nothing more than a Western – organized, funded, and directed campaign against the Syrian government , all documented fact. However, her statements against terrorism, beheadings, rapes, slavery, and wholesale slaughter have caused her to be labelled as a potential “extremist” and purveyor of “extremist rhetoric.” For that reason, Australian security agencies have been closely monitoring Laham’s online statements and, presumably, much more than that.
Australian Institute of Criminology’s Shandon Harris-Hogan said that such statements and online behavior should be watched for “signs of an escalation in rhetoric or calls for violence” and that “When it crosses that line, particularly into encouraging, facilitating or preparing for violence, that’s when it’s going to particularly hit the radar of security services.”

The Al-Qaeda linked Islamic Emirate of Iraq and the Levant (IEIL, Arabic الدولة الاسلامية في العراق والشام whose acronym is pronounced “Daesh”), launched on 6 June 2014 a large-scale attack on Iraq. After taking control of Fallujah, it has now seized the district of Nineveh (including the capital Mosul) and is pursuing its offensive in the provinces of Kirkuk and Saladin. More than 150 000 civilians have fled ahead of the jihadists’ advance.
On 10 June, Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki called on parliament to declare a state of emergency.
The Islamic Emirate in Iraq and the Levant is led by Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi on behalf of Prince Abdul Rahman al-Faisal, the brother of the current Saudi Foreign Minister and of the Saudi ambassador in Washington. He is funded and supervised jointly by U.S., French and Saudi officers. Over the past month, he has received new weapons from Ukraine, where Saudi Arabia has acquired a weapons factory, and via Turkey, which has created a special rail line alongside a military airport to supply the IEIL.
