On December 12th 2011 Canadians William Krehm and Ann Emmett launched their case to restore the use of the Bank of Canada to it’s original purpose with the Canadian Federal Court.
TWO CANADIANS AND A CANADIAN ECONOMIC THINK TANK CONFRONT THE GLOBAL FINANCIAL POWERS IN THE CANADIAN FEDERAL COURT.
THE CANADIANS PLEAD FOR DECLARATIONS THAT WOULD RESTORE THE USE OF THE BANK OF CANADA FOR THE BENEFIT OF CANADIANS AND REMOVE IT FROM THE CONTROL OF INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE ENTITIES WHOSE INTERESTS AND DIRECTIVES ARE PLACED ABOVE THE INTEREST OF CANADIANS AND THE PRIMACY OF THE CONSTITUTION OF CANADA
Canadian constitutional lawyer, Rocco Galati, on behalf of Canadians William Krehm, and Ann Emmett, and COMER (Committee for Monetary and Economic Reform) on December 12th, 2011 filed an action in Federal Court, to restore the use of the Bank of Canada to its original purpose, by exercising its public statutory duty and responsibility. That purpose includes making interest free loans to municipal/provincial/federal governments for “human capital” expenditures (education, health, other social services) and /or infrastructure expenditures.
The action also constitutionally challenges the government’s fallacious accounting methods in its tabling of the budget by not calculating nor revealing the true and total revenues of the nation before transferring back “tax credits” to corporations and other taxpayers. The Plaintiffs state that since 1974 there has been a gradual but sure slide into the reality that the Bank of Canada and Canada’s monetary and financial policy are dictated by private foreign banks and financial interests contrary to the Bank of Canada Act. The Plaintiffs state that the Bank of International Settlements (BIS), the Financial Stability Forum (FSF) and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) were all created with the cognizant intent of keeping poorer nations in their place which has now expanded to all nations in that these financial institutions largely succeed in over-riding governments and constitutional orders in countries such as Canada over which they exert financial control.
The Plaintiffs state that the meetings of the BIS and Financial Stability Board (FSB) (successor of FSF), their minutes, their discussions and deliberations are secret and not available nor accountable to Parliament, the executive, nor the Canadian public notwithstanding that the Bank of Canada policies directly emanate from these meetings. These organizations are essentially private, foreign entities
controlling Canada’s banking system and socio-economic policies.
The Plaintiffs state that the defendants (officials) are unwittingly and /or wittingly, in varying degrees, knowledge and intent engaged in a conspiracy, along with the BIS, FSB, IMF to render impotent the Bank of Canada Act as well as Canadian sovereignty over financial, monetary, and socio-economic policy, and bypass the sovereign rule of Canada through its Parliament by means of banking and financial systems.
Turkish jets hit Kurdish militant positions: sources

(Reuters) – Turkish fighter planes and attack helicopters struck suspected Kurdish militant positions in southeastern Turkey and northern Iraq late on Wednesday in a major air-and-ground operation, security sources and witnesses said.
The offensive, which involved at least 2,000 ground troops and 10 F-16 warplanes, underscores a growing cycle of violence in the mainly Kurdish southeast of the country – a development Turkish leaders have linked to the nearby conflict in Syria.
“Around 2,000 soldiers are involved in the operation. Cobra helicopters … are bombing targets on the Kato mountain,” a security source told Reuters, referring to a location in southeastern Sirnak province, which borders Iraq and Syria.
Up to 10 F-16 fighter jets had also been sent from a nearby base in Diyarbakir to support the operation, the source said. At least one soldier was killed and two wounded as the first clashes started with ground troops.
There were no reports that Turkish ground troops had crossed the border, although Turkey has sent soldiers into the region in the past.
Residents across the border in northern Iraq, from where the outlawed Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) commands its operations against the Turkish state, said warplanes had also bombed the remote area of Dwele inside Iraq but there were no immediate reports of casualties.

FBI and DHS Preparing False Flag Attack Claim Domestic Terrorists Building IEDs

On September 27th, in Springfield, Illinois, the Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) will conduct a presentation on improvised explosive devices (IEDs).
This demonstration is an extension of the FBI’s National Improvised Explosive Familiarization (NIEF) initiative “designed to raise awareness of the use of common chemicals to produce IEDs.”
The Illinois Fertilizer & Chemical Association (IFCA) are an organization that assists and represents “the crop production supply and service industry while promoting the sound stewardship and utilization of agricultural inputs.”
The NIEF was created in 2007. They are “an intelligence-driven and a threat-focused national security and law enforcement organization” that becomes involved with local and state law enforcement with regard to terrorist and intelligence threats.
Just last month, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) requested 700 pounds of high density ammonium nitrate and 700 pounds of A-5 Flake RDX explosives.
These ingredients are known to be very high powered explosives.
The DHS was given oversight of the procurement of ammonium nitrate after Congress requested they “regulate the sale and transfer of ammonium nitrate by an ammonium nitrate facility…to prevent the misappropriation or use of ammonium nitrate in an act of terrorism.”
The Ammonium Nitrate Security Program focuses on preventing a terrorist attack by use of ammonium nitrate in a home-made bomb by requiring that its sale and those that purchase it be registered with the DHS. Purchasers are screened against the Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB).
Meanwhile, the DHS and FBI are warning about a possible false flag attacks using improvised explosive devices (IEDs) and “anarchists”.
Mainstream medi hasa reported that the “FBI and DHS assess with high confidence anarchist extremists will target… infrastructure in Tampa and Charlotte, with potentially significant impacts on public safety and transportation.”
Domestic terrorists, according to the DHS, are more of a threat to American safety than foreign terrorist organizations.
This harkens to the 2009 report DHS published for the Obama administration entitled Rightwing Extremism which stated that domestic extremists, particularly white supremacists, were set to be the newest and most dangerous threat to the US since al-Qaeda.
While admitting that the agency had no definitive proof that “domestic rightwing terrorists are currently planning acts of violence, they claimed [however] that rightwing extremists may be gaining new recruits by playing on their fears about several emergent issues.
The economic downturn and the election of the first African American president present unique drivers for rightwing radicalization and recruitment.”
The FBI warned that anarchists would throw eggs and Molotov cocktails at the RNC convention and are still declaring that extremists will attack the DNC in order to disrupt the proceedings.
The FBI has also claimed that “given the historical precedence and recent arrests, we assess anarchist extremists will likely continue to exploit lawful protests to facilitate violent criminal activity at events like the upcoming political conventions.”
The DHS are also educating police departments nationwide on terrorist IED threats with the assistance of the National Counterterrorism Center (NCC). The DHS claims that international bombings could be carried out on US soil and that the agency must develop partnerships with local and state law enforcement to prevent this from happening.
Funded by the DHS, Jimmie Carol Oxley , a chemist and professor at the University of Rhode Island, works with homeland security on projects with her students to analyze IEDs from manufacturing to various “terrorist scenarios” that these diverse explosives could be used for.
Oxley has worked with many governmental agencies, such as the FBI, NSF, and National Academy of Sciences (NAS) National Research Council (NRC); as well as written over 80 papers on “energetic materials (explosives, propellants, pyrotechnics).
She has worked on law enforcement issues [with the FBI simulating the World Trade Center bombing (1993), with FEL examining large fertilizer bombs, and with ATF studying the behavior of pipe bombs]; however, her main research interest is hazard analysis of energetic materials.”
On a 2,200 acre site, Oxley and her students take IEDs constructed in the lab and detonate them to “see what happens.” They use chemicals such as hydrogen peroxide to study how chemical additives can reduce or exacerbate the effects of a home-made bomb.
Most of Oxley’s students go on to work for the DHS specializing in criminal and terrorist investigations.
In May of 2012, the Global Campaign Against Improvised Explosive Devices (GCAIED) wrote a letter to Obama with the signatures of 23 members of Capitol Hill to bring “consensus” against the threat of IEDs.
With intelligence gathered by the National Counterterrorism Center’s Worldwide Incident Tracking System, there is a doubling of IEDs being manufactured annually by civilians. The GCAIED claims that IEDs will be used to attack civilian populations with the intention to disrupt daily routines, healthcare and the November elections.
The connection to IEDs then turns toward the US veterans who some claim may become violent and dangerous because of prolonged exposure to battlefield conditions combined with being diagnosed with traumatic brain injury. (TBI).
Recently, Obama signed an executive order (EO) entitled, “Improving Access to Mental Health Services for Veterans, Service Members, and Military Families” wherein the Department of Defense is given control over the evaluation of the mental health of our returning service men and women by providing US government controlled “effective mental health services for veterans, service members, and their families.”
Obama has demanded that the VA and the DoD collaborate to provide proactive measures and a psychiatric pre-screen of returning service men and women to prevent erratic behavior.
The DoD will “review all existing mental health and substance abuse prevention, education and outreach programs” within the military services and access their effectiveness.
In the Obama administration report “Strengthening Our Military Families” written in 2011, the direction of the document points to identifying all veteran’s potential to become mentally incapacitated due to some psychiatric disorder which would cause them to become violent, depressed, aggressive and inevitably dangerous to society.
While the DHS and FBI are preparing to enact a false flag attack here in the US, the Obama administration is setting up the means to have every US veteran committed to a government-controlled mental hospital as a form of indefinite detention.
Once deemed insane, these men and women will not only have their arms taken, but there freedom restricted.
This tactic was enacted by other historical dictators from Mao in China to Hitler in Nazi-controlled Germany. We are witnessing the Fascist takeover of our nation through the actions of the current puppet Barack Obama. They are preparing for martial law and the complete lockdown of our country.
This is first of many steps toward our decent into Totalitarianism that is being played out in the demonization of our US veterans; while simultaneously witnessing the DHS and FBI using propaganda concerning IEDs when it is the US government that is amassing 1400 pounds worth of ingredients to manufacture a fertilizer bomb.

Among the huge challenges and problems facing hundreds of thousands of Syrian refugees are in the Arab countries especially in Jordan and Gulf , a very nasty problem : Rich old men from Gulf offer to marry poor refugee minor girls for money.
At first it started as rumors some thought that were spread by El Assad regime regarding how men marry poor Syrian refugee minor girls using their families’ need for small amount of money but sadly enough it was confirmed by Jordanian Press. It seems that men from the Gulf head now to Jordan to find young cheap brides at the refugees camps. A Saudi writer called Mohamed El Assamy wrote about that disgusting practice in a Saudi newspaper angrily revealing that there are prices for the girls range between 500 SR and 1000 SR !!!!!!
These men are using the poverty and extreme need of those Syrian families mainly from working class seeking refugee in the worst conditions ever. I will not speak about the role of the UN but I will assume that there are laws in Jordan banning the underage marriage. If those men want to help the Syrian refugees and their women for real , they would donate and help in improving the conditions of the refugee camps in Jordan.
Unfortunately it happened before during the war of Bosnia and the invasion of Iraq. It is a déjà vu for what happened to Iraqi refugees.

Many things are being altered right before our eyes, mostly without our consent, or knowledge. These changes are coming from well-funded and classified experiments, accidents, and new science, often with creepy ‘modern’ agendas driving them. This sort of broad-scale change is unfolding in nearly every facet of our lives. But the signs and symptoms already indicate that our health may suffer as a result.
Let’s start with food for example. The bio-availability of the nutrients in our food seems to be getting interrupted. Could it be the irradiation or modification of foods? Some believe that the reason for the obesity problems could actually be a lack of nutrition, a slow starvation, because the nutrition cannot get into the cells.
Weather modification is nothing new, and researchers claim that the residues from spraying create toxic effects on our health, plants, and animals. We seem to be ingesting experimental aerosolized air, tainted water (with fluoride, pharmaceuticals, etc.), faked food, and untested medicines. Asthma cases are soaring, as are mysterious flu-like symptoms. But that is only the tip of a very chilling future according to many thinkers.
Hollywood is helping us to be de-sensitized to words, through popular movies. For example, many science fiction movies feature flesh eating zombies (mutated humans), and terra-forming earth. Academic futurists are talking about Transhumanism, and popular magazines illustrates how a future man might physically appear.
Transhumanism, a new and growing movement, is asserting claims to augment ‘natural humans’, replacing them with a technological ‘advanced’ artificial intelligence, fueled by nanotechnology and bio-engineering. As change accelerates, we are hearing the term ‘die off’, and shrug it off to natural ‘extinctions’. The skies are often white, not blue, as the weather experiments, (race to control the weather, or other motives), become extreme. Sadly, as we get desensitized, we accept a new normal.
Yet, Terra-Forming the environment (geo-engineering) and changing the nature of man needs some forethought. If the skies are sprayed with aerosols, as many documents note, (to reflect the sunlight preventing warming), serious consequences seem obvious. Ultimately, are we hurting ourselves and future generations?
We have already created plastic antibodies. We have smart pills, smart chicken, smart water, smart washers, and a smart grid. Smart is a marketing word, like the new modern, but often with an altered brew. Today, we get artificial (plastic) body parts, and create new life in vitro, (cellular engineering).
In short, we’re already ingesting new chemicals, plastics, nano particles, while being bombarded 24/7 by invisible electromagnetic frequencies (ELF’s). We are told everything is safe, but is it? How do you feel?
Transhumanism looks into the future for man decades, based on today’s technologies. We already have cryonics (preservation of cells).
Virtual reality already mimics reality, and soon will include our sense of touch, (haptics). It is suggested that people might prefer the virtual reality of the future to reality.
Sophisticated biotechnology combined with nanotechnology will become so convenient and tiny, that the everyday person will want to implant them (for convenience or prestige). New vaccines are on the horizon for countless ailments, with needle-less creative ways to ingest them. Yum.
Before embracing all new technologies sold to us to improve our lives, it might be wise to take a very close look at the non-monetary price you will pay especially when linked to potential harmful side effects. Start with what you can do for you or your loved ones and learn what you are putting into your bodies willingly.
