New KBR Document Confirms FEMA Camps Soon to be Activated Nationwide
The Intel Hub
December 7, 2011
A recently released KBR documented confirms that elements of the U.S. government have moved to activate FEMA Camps nationwide.
The documentcovers KBR’s call for subcontractors that could supply various functions of these camps including temporary fencing and barricades, catering services, medical and laundry services, power generation, refuse collection, and other services required for a temporary “emergency environment.” In some states the plan calls for upwards of 30 processing centers.
The subcontractors are expected to be able to activate their parts of the camps 72 hours after the order is made.
The new document correlates with KBR’s 2006 contract from the Department of Homeland Security which called for KBR to build detention camps in America in preparation for a massive influx of immigrants or to support development of “new” programs.
This huge news, broke exclusively by Infowars, comes just days after Congress passed the National Defense Authorization Act which enables the U.S. military to detain American citizens “suspected” of being domestic terrorists.

This plan divides the United States into five regions
In July 2011 we reported on the open Pentagon plan to establish a 20,000 strong military force to operate exclusively within the United States.
In 2008 The Pentagon announced plans to deploy a 20,000 strong internal troop force inside the continental United States (CONUS) that was set to be trained by 2011, thus dovetailing into the current troop and equipment movements around the country reported by truckers as well as many more troop sightings by everyday citizens.
Interestingly enough, this plan directly correlates with a 2009, Army funded, Rand Corporation study that called for an internal United States police force to combat civil unrest.
The 20,000 number is the amount openly admitted by the Pentagon but in reality it would clearly be much more and most likely include foreign troops on the streets of America.
The same year that the Pentagon called for the 20,000 strong military force, the U.S. Army War College warned in a report that the United States could soon face massive civil unrest after a series of “crisis’s” soon to rock the country.
Clearly the plans are in place and, according to the latest KBR document, they are now set to be activated in the very near future.

FBI’s new definition of rape ensnares TSA agents as serial rapists
by Mike Adams, the Health Ranger
Natural News
December 8, 2011
(NaturalNews) The definition of “rape” was expanded this week by the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) Criminal Justice Advisory Policy Board, following a barrage of emails from feminist activists who demanded change. The old definition was too narrow, many women argued, and needed to be updated. For one thing, it didn’t cover rape by women against women, or men against men, and we’ve all seen just how much of that goes on these days thanks to organizations like Penn State and the Catholic Church.
So in October, the FBI’s UCR subcommittee Advisory Policy Board voted to recommend the definition be expanded. The new definition of rape, which looks set to be “officially” adopted by the FBI in 2012, is as follows:
“Rape” is: …penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim.”
FBI’s definition ensnares TSA agents as serial rapists
Here’s the kicker in all this: According to this definition of rape, the federal government’s TSA agents are serial rapists.
That’s because, in the course of carrying out their lewd, improper and entirely illegal strip-searches and “enhanced pat-downs,” they are engaged in precisely the acts covered in the FBI’s definition of rape. Namely, entering the vagina and anus with their fingers without consent of the victim.
This means the next time you are fingered by a TSA agent in an airport you should seriously call the FBI and report a sex crime. In fact, it is illegal for you to not report a sex offender committing a crime of which you are directly aware. Failure to do so could make you an accomplice in that person’s next sex crime, legally speaking.
Is the TSA really committing these sex crimes in America today? Yes, absolutely. Gov. Jesse Ventura’s lawsuit against the TSA goes into great detail about precisely these kinds of violation. Here’s another story about a woman who was sexually molested by the TSA: http://www.theagitator.com/2011/09/…
Former Miss USA was also technically molested by the TSA: http://www.rawstory.com/rs/2011/04/…
And now three elderly women have stepped forward and claimed they were forced to remove their underwear and strip-searched by TSA agents at JFK (http://www.naturalnews.com/034323_N…). Countless women are being raped every single day by the TSA, and most are too shamed by the incident (or intimidated by TSA thugs) to step forward.
What we’re looking at here is government-sanctioned sex offenders who are feeling up our children, teenage daughters, wives, mothers and grandmothers, routinely raping them, and then getting away with it day after day! And, astonishingly, there are only a handful of alternative media people who seem to care about this, with myself being one of the most outspoken. What I have learned in all this is that feminist groups don’t care if their women get raped by government agents because they don’t say a word against it.
Where are women’s’ organizations in taking a stand against serial rapists working at the airport?
In recent protests about expanding the definition of rape, one woman held up a sign that read, “TAKE RAPE SERIOUSLY.”
Except, not if the government is raping people, apparently. Because when the government rapes women in plain daylight, women’s groups remain eerily silent and don’t take it seriously at all.
In a recent article, I called out the National Organization for Women (NOW) for its total silence on the issue of government TSA agents molesting and physically abusing women at airports (http://www.naturalnews.com/034323_N…). Why is rape wrong in the workplace, but rape is totally acceptable at the airport as long as it’s carried out by a government agent?
One of the activist groups behind the FBI’s recent expansion of rape is the Feminist Majority Foundation. They have a campaign called “RAPE IS RAPE” and their protesters march the streets holding up signs that say things like “STOP VIOLENCE!” See photos at: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art…
But where is the Feminist Majority Foundation on the issue of the TSA raping women all across America? Dead silence…
So I guess rape isn’t rape then, is it? Not if you’re working for the TSA, it isn’t, apparently. And “STOP VIOLENCE” actually means “…except if the government is committing that violence against women,” in which case all these feminist groups seem to be perfectly okay with it.
Feminist.org caught hosting job listings for TSA serial rapists
In fact, the Feminist.org website even hosts a job listing for a TSA security directory at the L.A. airport! Listed under “feminist jobs and internships” and touting a tag line in the header that reads, “Equality around the world,” this job listing promises that “your success is critical to national security” and says you’ll make up to $172,000 a year (http://feminist.org/911/jobs/jobdes…). But what it doesn’t say is that part of your job involves leading a team of serial rapists who physically and psychologically abuse women on a day-to-day basis while getting paid inflated government wages to do so. And this is woman-on-woman rape, so it’s really feminists raping other women! How sick can this get?
So feminist.org is apparently not opposed to the TSA raping women every single day in America, and it’s actively helping the TSA recruit more feminist women who will then rape other women! Is that the new feminism in America? I hope not…
NaturalNews challenges Feminist.org and NOW to denounce the TSA serial raping of women
As the editor of NaturalNews.com, I personally challenge these two women’s organizations to publicly denounce the TSA serial raping of women, as defined by the FBI.
If these two organizations will not publicly denounce the ongoing raping of women in America, they are total frauds who are betraying the very women whose rights and “equality” they claim to be fighting form. Maybe by “equality” they just mean that all women are equally raped at the airport or something similarly perverted…
Here at NaturalNews, we believe rape is wrong, and unlike NOW and Feminist.org, we don’t make exceptions for federal employees committing those acts of rape. We think rape is ALWAYS wrong, whether you’re at an airport, a restaurant, a dental chair or a late-night party where you had a little too much to drink or your sex offender creep boyfriend dropped a little Rohypnol in your cup.
It is stunning to find that we, an alternative news organization, actually possess a stronger sense of opposing rape than these feminist groups. And it makes you wonder: If they believe rape is acceptable when committed by federal employees at the airport, under what other conditions would they also support the serial raping of women?
When is it okay to rape women? When you work for the government! (Sick!)
If they already believe it’s okay for federal employees to rape women, would they also say it’s okay for local law enforcement officers to rape women, too? Or is this just a federal right or some sort? Or how about dentists? Can dentists rape women after giving them a little too much anesthesia? Or is that not okay? Somebody clarify this for me, please, because I’m finding all sorts of inconsistencies with the “RAPE IS RAPE… but not always” explanations of these feminist groups.
Oh, or maybe I’m just too stupid to figure this out. I see. I’m not “smart” enough to know that when TSA agents stick their fingers inside your anus and vagina, against your will, somehow that’s NOT rape. Okay, wow. So I must be really stupid or something because I thought rape was always rape. I thought NO meant NO. Maybe I’m just not “trendy” and “metrosexual” enough to stay up with the latest fads, I guess. Maybe the feminists today are actually advocating being raped by government agents and nobody told me about that trend, so here I am like an idiot fighting against the raping of American women when nobody gave me the memo that reads, “Rape is now socially acceptable as long as the rapist claims to be fighting terrorism.”
Well then, if rape is okay now then I suppose if a TSA agent carries a badge to a night club, then he can rape all the women he wants there, right? Because government agents are allowed to rape at will, right? All they have to do is claim they’re “fighting terrorism” while they rip your underwear off, right? That’s what they do to 88-year old women at JFK.
Oh wait, maybe you mean they’re only allowed to rape women at the airport, not at night clubs or bars. Ah, I get it. So now airports are legalized rape zones, and that’s why it’s okay to rape women there, then, right? Am I getting this yet? This sounds really complicated, because I thought rape was rape, no meant no, and I had no idea airports were “legalized rape zones.” Maybe they should put up a sign to indicate that, huh?
Silly me. All this time I’ve been operating from the apparently whacko belief that your vagina or your anus was your own private business and that nobody had the right to violate your body without your express consent. I guess I’m just not up to speed on the latest feminist philosophy, which defends the “administrative right” of government agents to commit serial sex offender crimes at will as long as such crimes are committed at airport security checkpoints in the name of “national security.”
Hitler would have been proud. Yet even though Hitler’s soldiers gassed Jewish women by the millions, even they didn’t rape them first! For that level of psychopathic perverted sickness, you gotta come to the USA, folks. No wonder tourism in the USA has plummeted to record lows. Maybe tour companies should advertise a “free raping!” on their brochures as part of the “bonus” of flying through the United States of America which now features “legalized rape zones” known as international airports.
Where is your outrage?
I hope you see what I’m doing here. I’m trying to evoke your justified outrage at the verifiable fact that women are being raped by the TSA every single day in America — and no one is doing anything about it.
The tongue-in-cheek questions I ask above are lewd, insensitive and highly inappropriate — which is EXACTLY what you need to feel in your gut right now if you are to have any hope of responding to this situation with the proper degree of anger and indignation.
The raping of women in America’s airports is WRONG! It is ALWAYS wrong! There are no exceptions. No excuses. No “administrative rights.” No “we’re fighting terrorism” B.S.
RAPE IS WRONG. Even in the name of (false) security. And to all the women reading this, if you let the TSA rape you today, what else will they try tomorrow?
I mean, for all your fluoride-drooling morons out there who think raping women is perfectly okay because we’re “fighting terrorism,” do you also think that the TSA can rape little boys, too, as long as they claim to be fighting terrorism? So then, in your mind, the only thing that Sandusky did wrong at Penn States is that he wasn’t working for the TSA at the time he was allegedly raping those boys?
Really? Is that your sick, pathetic system of distorted logic?
You see, I recognize this situation for EXACTLY what it is. I have a clear head on this, and my eyes are wide open. I recognize the simple truth that women are being raped across America every single day in our nation’s airports, and even if I am the lone person shouting this across the country, I will continue to shout this simple, obvious truth for as long as it takes for enough people to wake up do something to stop it.
Regardless of the disturbing silence of the feminists on this subject, rape is unacceptable as a “security policy”, even when done by someone wearing a badge. I shouldn’t even have to spend my time covering this whole thing — this realization should be OBVIOUS if half the country weren’t so doped up on psychiatric drugs and vaccine poisoning side effects that their brains were already half-melted into a zombie-like state.
It’s absurd to even have to say this, but let’s stop the raping of women in America. And let’s arrest, indict and imprison the serial rapist sex offenders who are affectionately known as TSA agents. The only badge these goons should be wearing is a name badgein a psychiatric ward.

Accepting FEMA Camp Prisons for Illegal Immigrants Justifies them for Americans
“Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.” — Martin Luther King Jr.
By Eric Blair
Activist Post
December 6, 2011
Illegal immigration is a very emotional subject, especially in the border states that are most affected. Illegal immigrants are easy scapegoats for politicians to pin their failures on for budget problems, the violent ramifications of the drug war, the lack of jobs for Americans, etc.
Hardliners want to arrest and deport all illegals and build a fence to keep them out, while sympathizers seek a path to citizenship. On both sides, politicians use extreme rhetoric to divide the public into their respective camps. The hardliners, who seem to be winning public opinion in areas along the border, attempt to dehumanize illegal immigrants, much like they do with any perceived enemy during war.
This is done because it’s easier for the public to then accept a wide variety of inhumane treatment for this population group. It happened in 1942 when about 110,000 Japanese living in America were brought to internment camps because the attack on Pearl Harbor and war propaganda made them appear dangerous to the public. 62% of those interned were American citizens.
More recently, the American public has accepted vile and inhumane treatment of Muslims like torture, detainment without charges, and even outright murder. This has even happened to several Muslim American citizens with hardly a whisper of complaint from the public as a whole.
In the so-called war on terror, it is now legal to assassinate American citizens, as well as indefinitely detain them without charges on the suspicion of being a terror threat. Even the military is now authorized to patrol the streets of America and make arrests of citizens. None of this would ever have been possible if would-be “terrorists” weren’t incrementally and thoroughly dehumanized in the eyes of the public.
The injustices done by the American government to those “over there” was bound to come to the homeland, because as Martin Luther King Jr. famously said, “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.” What happened to treating others as you would want to be treated?
The same principle applies as we learn that illegal immigrants from Mexico, whose only crime is coming to America to work, are being locked up in tent-city prisons that resemble the notorious FEMA detainment camps that are on standby for American citizens should civil unrest intensify. It would seem that if we are willing to accept these inhumane prisons for anyone, then surely anyone will eventually be sent there.
The video below shows Mexican immigrants inhumanely crammed into FEMA Camp-like tent prisons:
Below, Thom Hartmann, one of the only news men to cover this story, points out that the prison reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit (62.8C) in the summer with little relief from the heat and wonders if the conditions would be the same if corporate criminals were thrown in there:
Mexicans are not less human than Americans; much like Muslims are not less human than Americans. Illegal immigration is a nonviolent crime and this is how they are treated. If the injustices of the war on terror coming home to roost in America is any indication, how could anyone justify this type of prison? It would seem to only enable a future where Americans will be detained in such a manner for nonviolent offenses.
Investigating KBR’s FEMA camp “National Quick Response Team”
By Madison Ruppert
End the Lie
December 7, 2011

This image is more relevant than ever, especially the prescient choice to include KBR
On November 16th, 2011, KBR, Inc. (formerly Kellogg Brown & Root) sent out a document to various entities regarding the establishment of a National Quick Response Team for their current contracts with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) as well as for “anticipated future contracts.”
The nature of this quick response team is highly unusual given that it is built around a 72 hour period for initial setup and 24 hours for incremental services, meaning that the contractors would have to set up equipment within 72 hours and be operational within 24.
The date of this call for contracts is quite noteworthy given that it is the day after S. 1867, the National Defense Authorization Act Fiscal Year 2012, was introduced.
In fact, it was likely drafted the exact same day (November 15th) as S.1867 was introduced given the fact that an email was sent out by a Kentucky state employee at 10:44 AM on the 16th.
After the Senate passed S.1867, which allows for the military to capture and indefinitely detain American citizens without charge or trial, the plans outlined in this project overview are quite suspicious, to say the least.
This project is also worrisome because it doesn’t appear to be a one-off or short-term contract. The document states, “Upon completion of evaluation, certain subcontractors may be invited to establish a Master Services Agreement (MSA) with pre-established lease rates and terms and conditions.”
They emphasize the fact that it is a contingency project and that “it should be stressed that lead times will be short with critical requirements due to the nature of emergency responses.”
The document also highlights the need for subcontractors to “be flexible and able to handle multiple, shifting priorities in an emergency environment. Supply lines needed must be short but not necessarily pre-positioned.”
Among the many services listed in the project overview are: catering services, temporary fencing and barricades, hand washing stations, laundry services, medical services, office trailers/administration area, potable water, power generation/fuel delivery/supply and electrical distribution, refuse collection, shower and toilet units, tentage/flooring/electric and HVAC/ECU and waste water removal.
The project overview appears to have been hastily put out, as there are some errors like the last line of the “Waste Water Removal” section which reads, “Subcontractor shall respond within two (1) hour to emergency request.”
Also worth noting is the oddly pixelated KBR logo, which does not match the quality of the rest of the document, although this could be an artifact from the compression when it was uploaded to the web.
After expressing doubt over the authenticity of the document due to the logo, which to me indicated a possible forgery, I was directly contacted by a reader who received the email the day it was released.
This reader sent it to Michael Rivero of What Really Happened and it likely eventually made its way to Jones but the reader is not a state employee and this individual specifically requested to keep the contact info of the state employee private.
InfoWars covered this story and in doing so either willfully or unknowingly published the contact information and name of a state employee, against the wishes of the individual who forwarded the email featured in the article.
In a video (seen below), Alex Jones claimed that he received information from a state employee, which is likely either a mistake on his part or a misrepresentation, as the information was never leaked to begin with and was originally emailed by a non-state employee.
I don’t take pleasure in criticizing others, especially in this field, but his claim that it was an “internal KBR document” which was “not for public eyes” and is “restricted info” is another misunderstanding or misrepresentation.
This was a publicly available document, and there is absolutely no indication anywhere that it was restricted or for official use only.
The notion that a corporation would secretly release an open bid for contracts is somewhat ludicrous in and of itself, especially given that they couldn’t care less if we find out about this seeing as under S.1867 the military would be able to do just about whatever it wants in terms of detaining Americans.
Unfortunately, Jones published the employee’s name and email address in full, regardless of the source’s wishes.
As a small disclaimer, I am not in any way meaning to attack Jones or the work of his writers, I’m simply pointing out facts, just as I did with “Dr.” Nick Begich.
I always encourage people to do their own research, come to their own conclusions and give me feedback on what they find. Most of the information Jones covers in his documentaries and on his radio show and his writers cover on their websites is easily verifiable and documented.
They have actually posted my work and the work of Richard Cottrell a few times in the past and I truly appreciate that and hope that they will continue to get the information I cover out to additional readers.
Hopefully that note will save me from being inundated with hate mail from Jones fans (although I do appreciate the hate mail just as much as the positive mail).
The individual who provided me with the original email and the original PDF told me, “She has nothing to do with releasing this info, I felt it needed to be shared.”
The individual said in the first email, “This email originated with me. I can and will vouch for it’s [sic] authenticity. I will upon request forward you the original email I received. I receive notices from my state’s business development office of federal contracts available for bid.”
Reading the document tickled my investigative bone so I did some digging and found the information of the individual listed as the contact in the PDF, Bob Siefert.
After an exhaustive search I found another PDF entitled “US Army Sustainment Command Logistics Civil Augmentation Program brief to NDIA Small Business Conference 16 Nov 11” released by Tommy Marks, Executive Director of LOGCAP.
It might be worth noting that this document was released on November 16th as well, the same date as the KBR project overview and the email from the state employee. Tommy Marks has a .mil contact address but the document is hosted on the National Defense Industrial Association Tennessee Valley Chapter’s website.
On the final page of this document I found Siefert’s contact information. Both his office and cell phone numbers are listed but he did not answer either phone.
At the time I called he was not answering repeated calls to his office and his cell phone was turned off or refusing incoming calls entirely.
To be sure the contact information was correct, I called the KBR headquarters in Texas and spoke to an operator who manually connected me to Siefert’s office.
Unfortunately, he didn’t pick up then either so I left a message, although I’m not holding my breath for a response. After all, a reverse telephone search and a few key strokes would bring him to End the Lie and I seriously doubt he would respond after seeing who I am and what I do.
Anyone else can feel free to call him. His office number is (281) 721-3191, his cell is (713) 822-8251 and his email (also listed in the project overview PDF) is bob.siefert@kbr.com
What has become disturbingly clear is that the infrastructure is in place, the legislation is on its way to becoming law and the American people seem to be content with watching it happen.
We must remember: this isn’t going to be some vacation where Americans are given comfortable room and board for free while sitting around in the sun reading books and playing sports, this is military detention we’re talking about.
Knowing that the Army has a so-called civilian inmate labor program in place already, along with the infrastructure and – if S.1867 is signed into law – the authority to round up and imprison countless Americans to be held without charge or trial for as long as they please.
Under S.1867 they can also simply ship anyone off to any foreign nation or any foreign entity, so even hoping that you might get to stay in the United States in a prison camp might be foolish.
Let’s not forget that the federal government already carries out extrajudicial executions abroad with impunity, so at this point nothing is off the table or out of the realm of possibility.
Our government is totally out of control. There is no way to look at what is going on around us and deny it any longer.
Hopefully the American people will wake from their slumber and rise up to restore our Constitutional Republic that protects our liberties at all costs before it is too late.

FEMA Camps Go Live; Ron Paul Fights Newt for Iowa & More: Infowars Nightly News
by Aaron Dykes
Infowars News.com
December 6, 2011
In tonight’s Tuesday, December 6, 2011 edition of the Infowars Nightly News, Alex takes on breaking news leaked from an insider about Halliburton subsidiary KBR. The documents reveal current on-going operations to staff the FEMA and U.S. Army camps it runs around the United States. According to our info, KBR is contracting services for temporary fencing and barricades, laundry and medical services, power generation, refuse collection, catering and other services required for temporary “emergency environment” camps located in five regions of the United States. Disturbingly, this comes immediately after the Senate passed the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), including the controversial amendment to the bill which allows the indefinite detention of American citizens. All this at a time which economic conditions and mass demonstrations sweep the country and threaten potential unrest. Meanwhile, focus has fallen on President Obama’s real reason for threatening to veto the NDAA legislation– experts say it would hold the U.S. to the Geneva Convention and disrupt a tradition of executive fiat wherein presidents have long declared their own right to hold Americans.
The 2012 GOP primary is also going hot, with only weeks until the Iowa caucus initiates voting. Ron Paul, who has been consistently ignored by the media and polling agencies, has launched a new attack ad underlining the ‘serial hypocrisy’ of rival Newt Gingrich, a career globalist and two-faced politician who readily props up the establishment agenda. Polls currently show Newt leading Iowa, with Ron Paul in a solid second place. Alex also examines Gingrich’s support for radical geoengineering projects, dovetailing with his highly publicized TV ad pitching bi-partisan climate change action alongside Nancy Pelosi.
Guest Patrick C. Dew joins Alex to discuss his statistical analysis of the media’s bias against Ron Paul, citing in part the numbers compiled by the Pew Research Center earlier in the campaign which strongly suggest an intention obscuring of the Texas Congressman in his bid for presidency. Read a detailed PDF of that research here.
In the geo-political arena, China is preparing its Navy for war while Iran is reportedly positioning its long-range missiles for attack. In other news, UK Prime Minister David Cameron has announced that everyone will be a research patient under plans to share all NHS health records with private healthcare firms. More than a year after the Gulf oil spill, BP has accused Halliburton of intentionally destroying records that held damaging evidence about the blast that initiated the massive oil leak.
Facing re-election in 2012, Obama has lost much of the support he enjoyed in 2008 from top Hollywood celebrities, while former President Bill Clinton has been accused of receiving $50,000 per month from the now-defunct MF Global for image & advisory work he did through a firm called Teneo.
While former MF Global CEO awaits testimony before Congress, Portugal has announced that it will seize some 5.6 billion euro from state employee pension funds to meet budget shortfalls. Alex will also discuss accusation from a long-time Internet software guru that Facebook IS used for mass surveillance.
In lighter news, Alex laughs off a hit piece aired on Comedy Central’s Colbert Report ridiculing reports that Infowars and former Governor Jesse Ventura have done on underground bunkers reportedly connected to the otherwise creepy Denver International Airport.
Alex will also review the themes contained in Stanley Kubrick’s dystopic masterpiece A Clockwork Orange, which predicts a future where society is broken, and youth gangs menace the population while the government is focused on rounding up political prisoners and re-programming common criminals in attempt to prevent crime.

Exclusive: Government Activating FEMA Camps Across U.S.
Kurt Nimmo and Alex Jones
Infowars.com
December 6, 2011
Infowars.com has received a document originating from Halliburton subsidiary KBR that provides details on a push to outfit FEMA and U.S. Army camps around the United States. Entitled “Project Overview and Anticipated Project Requirements,” the document describes services KBR is looking to farm out to subcontractors. The document was passed on to us by a state government employee who wishes to remain anonymous for obvious reasons.

Services up for bid include catering, temporary fencing and barricades, laundry and medical services, power generation, refuse collection, and other services required for temporary “emergency environment” camps located in five regions of the United States.
Internment Camp Services Bid Arrives After NDAA
KBR’s call for FEMA camp service bids arrives soon after the Senate overwhelmingly passed the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) which permits the military to detain and interrogate supposed domestic terror suspects in violation of the Fourth Amendment and Posse Comitatus.
Section 1031 of the NDAA bill declares the whole of the United States as a “battlefield” and allows American citizens to be arrested on U.S. soil and incarcerated in Guantanamo Bay.
A number of civil liberties groups have come out in strong opposition to the legislation, most notably the Japanese American Citizens League (JACL), the nation’s oldest and largest Asian American civil and human rights organization.
In a letter addressed to Congress, S. Floyd Mori, the national director of JACL, said the NDAA is the first time that Congress has scaled back on the protections provided by the Non-Detention Act of 1971. Mori said the legislation, if enacted and put into use, would be reminiscent of the unconstitutional indefinite detention of Japanese Americans during World War II.
Police State 4: The Rise of FEMA.
KBR Instrumental in Establishing Camps in 2006
In 2006, KBR was awarded a contingency contract from the Department of Homeland Security, allegedly to support its Immigration and Customs Enforcement facilities in the event of an emergency, Market Watch reported.
The contract was effective immediately and provided for establishing temporary detention and processing capabilities to expand existing ICE Detention and Removal Operations Program facilities in the event of an emergency influx of immigrants into the U.S., or to support the rapid development of new programs, KBR said. The contract may also provide migrant detention support to other government organizations in the event of an immigration emergency, as well as the development of a plan to react to a national emergency, such as a natural disaster, the company explained.

The 45 regions indicated in the KBR document.
Army Releases Civilian Inmate Labor Program Document
Soon after KBR’s announcement, a little-known Army document surfaced. Entitled the “Civilian Inmate Labor Program,” the unclassified document describes in detail Army Regulation 210-35. The regulation, first drafted in 1997, underwent a “rapid act revision” in January 2005 and now provides a policy for the creation of labor programs and prison camps on Army installations.
National Emergency Centers Act
In 2009, the National Emergency Centers Act or HR 645 was introduced in Congress. It mandates the establishment of “national emergency centers” to be located on military installations for the purpose of providing “temporary housing, medical, and humanitarian assistance to individuals and families dislocated due to an emergency or major disaster,” according to the bill.
In addition to emergencies, the legislation is designed to “meet other appropriate needs, as determined by the Secretary of Homeland Security,” an open ended mandate which many fear could mean the forced detention of American citizens in the event of widespread rioting after a national emergency or total economic collapse, as Paul Joseph Watson noted in January of 2009.

Also in 2009, the Army National Guard began posting advertisements calling for Internment/Resettlement Specialists, a fact noted by Infowars.com, Prison Planet.com and other alternative media outlets but ignored by the establishment media.
Precursor: Rex 84 Mass Detention Operation
Rex 84, short for Readiness Exercise 1984, was established under the pretext of a “mass exodus” of illegal aliens crossing the Mexican/US border, the same pretense used in the language of the KBR request for services.
During the Iran-Contra hearings in 1987, however, it was revealed that the program was a secretive “scenario and drill” developed by the federal government to suspend the Constitution, declare martial law, assign military commanders to take over state and local governments, and detain large numbers of American citizens determined by the government to be “national security threats.”
Rex 84 was devised by Col. Oliver North, who was with the NSC and appointed liaison to FEMA. John Brinkerhoff, the deputy director of “national preparedness” programs for FEMA, and North designed the plan on a 1970 report written by FEMA chief Louis Giuffrida, at the Army War College, which proposed the detention of up to 21 million “American Negroes” in the event of a black militant uprising in the United States.
DHS Coordinating Occupy Arrests
Following a crackdown by police on Occupy Wall Street protesters around the nation, Oakland, California, mayor Jean Quan mentioned during an interview with the BBC that she was on a conference call with leaders of 18 US cities shortly before a wave of raids broke up Occupy Wall Street encampments across the country. It was later discovered that the FBI, the Department of Homeland Security and other federal police agencies had coordinated the often violent response to the protests.
New York Rep. Peter King, who heads up the House Homeland Security Subcommittee, signaled a sense of urgency when he said the federal government has “to be careful not to allow this movement to get any legitimacy. I’m taking this seriously in that I’m old enough to remember what happened in the 1960′s when the left-wing took to the streets and somehow the media glorified them and it ended up shaping policy. We can’t allow that to happen.”
The federal government responded similarly in the 1960s and 70s when the FBI organized and unleashed its unconstitutional secret police under the covert banner of COINTELPRO.
In addition to the DHS characterizing Americans supporting states’ rights and the Constitution as terrorists, the Defense Department’s Antiterrorism and Force Protection Annual Refresher Training Course in 2009 advised its personnel that political protest amounts to “low-level terrorism.”
Elements of the Police State Coming Together
The KBR document is more evidence that the federal government has established internment camps and plans to fill them with dissidents and anti-government activists that have been demonized consistently by the establishment media.
The NDAA was crafted precisely to provide the legal mechanism for tasking the military to round up activists it conflates with al-Qaeda terrorists. The plan was initially envisioned by Rex 84 and in particular Operation Garden Plot, an operational plan to use the Army, USAF, Navy, and Marine Corp. in direct support of civil disturbance control operations. It has since added numerous elements under the rubric of Continuity of Government, the overall war on terror, civil disturbance and emergency response.
The government has patiently put into place the crucial elements of its police state grid and overarching plan for the internment of political enemies.
We are quite literally one terror event away from the plan going live. As the DHS and the establishment media keep telling us, the next terror event will be on American soil and not the work of al-Qaeda but domestic patriot political groups. The FBI has specialized in creating domestic terrorists – or rather patsies – and shifting the blame over to their political enemies.

‘Occupy’ Protesters Listed As Domestic Terrorists
Demonstrators characterized in same context as Al-Qaeda, Colombian FARC
Occupy London demonstrators have been listed as domestic terrorists by the City of London Police, who characterized them in the same context as Al-Qaeda, the Colombian FARC and Belarusian terrorists who bombed the Minsk underground.
“The City of London Police force was facing criticism last night after including the Occupy London demonstration in a letter warning businesses about potential terrorist threats,” reports the Independent.
Police admitted the leaflet, entitled, “Terrorism/Extremism Update,” was produced by them but claimed it was “poorly worded”.
“Activism is not a crime and the desire to participate in democratic decision-making should not be a cause for concern for the police in any free society,” said an Occupy London representative.
Previous advertising campaigns by other law enforcement bodies in London educated the public that behavior such as paying with cash, keeping curtains closed, or minding your own business were all signs of potential terrorism.
One radio commercial, produced by the The Association of Chief Police Officers (Acpo), was later banned because it smeared law-abiding citizens and could “encourage people to harass or victimise their neighbours and was appealing to people’s fear.”
As we reported earlier, ‘Occupy’ demonstrators over the pond in Portland staged a march yesterday to protest the passage of the National Defense Authorization Act, which under Section 1031 could lead to demonstrators being carted off to detention camps and held without trial.
The Department of Defense is now training its personnel that protest amounts to “low-level terrorism” through tests that DoD staffers are required to take on a yearly basis.
Whether you agree with the grievances of the ‘Occupy’ movement or not, the fact that protest groups are now being designated as domestic terrorists underscores the fact that governments now treat dissent and the exercise of freedoms as a suspicious activity.
Yet weren’t we told the terrorists attacked us because they hate our freedoms? It appears as if the terrorists have won.
