Tennessee Joins Texas in Fight Against UN’s Agenda 21

I wrote yesterday about encouraging news coming out of Irving, Texas, where Mayor Beth Van Duyne and city manager Tommy Gonzalez pushed back against the globalist takeover of local communities by withdrawing membership from ICLEI, the action division of Agenda 21.
Today, I’m happy to report that Tennessee lawmakers have passed Joint Resolution 587 by a vote of 72-23 to condemn Agenda 21 as “destructive and insidious.”
The language used by the Tennessee lawmakers is worth examination, because it is among the harshest and most truthful that has been used to spell out the true plan that Agenda 21 has in store for the United States.
Contrary to the flowery language that policy makers have used to set Agenda 21 — appealing to well-meaning people through the use of words like sustainability, biodiversity, quality of life, smart growth, and the ever-inclusive human rights — the language contained in Resolution 587 strongly refutes this, stating:
WHEREAS, the United Nations Agenda 21 is a comprehensive plan of extreme environmentalism, social engineering, and global political control that was initiated at the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in 1992; and
WHEREAS, the United Nations Agenda 21 is being covertly pushed into local communities throughout the United States of America through the International Council of Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI) through local “sustainable development” policies such as Smart Growth, Wildlands Project, Resilient Cities, Regional Visioning Projects, and other ‘Green’ or ‘Alternative’ projects; and
WHEREAS, the United Nations Agenda 21 plan of radical so-called ‘sustainable development’ views the American way of life of private property ownership, single-family homes, private car ownership and individual travel choices , and privately owned farms as destructive to the environment; and
WHEREAS, according to the United Nations Agenda 21 policy, social justice is described as the right and opportunity of all people to benefit equally from the resources afforded us by society and the environment which would be accomplished by socialist/communist redistribution of wealth; and
WHEREAS, according to the United Nations Agenda 21 policy, national sovereignty is deemed a social injustice; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE HUNDRED SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE, THE SENATE CONCURRING, that the General Assembly recognizes the destructive and insidious nature of United Nations Agenda 21 and hereby exposes to the public and public policymakers the dangerous intent of the plan.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that neither the U.S. government nor any state or local government is legally bound by the United Nations Agenda 21 treaty in that it has never been endorsed by the U.S. Senate.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the federal government and state and local governments across the country be well informed of the underlying harmful implications of implementation of United Nations Agenda 21 destructive strategies for ‘sustainable development,’ and we hereby endorse rejection of its radical policies and rejection of any grant monies attached to it. Naturally such a statement of sovereignty, self-direction, and individual rights was criticized by The Southern Poverty Law Center’s Hatewatch as being indicative of “a new new sign of antigovernment extremism creeping into the political mainstream.” The SPLC went on to try to invoke a connection to the John Birch Society, maligning them and others who believe in the foundation of America as a place built by individuals and entrepreneurs, not central planners and authoritarians. (Source) I sincerely hope that the SPLC condemnation is received by Tennessee lawmakers as the highest form of flattery.
Grassroots activism is clearly having a real impact, as Agenda 21 is finally making its way into the open and educating fellow citizens, as well as those in power. House Democratic Caucus Chairman, Mike Turner, stated, “I didn’t know what Agenda 21 was, to be honest with you,” saying he wanted to learn about it. “I had never heard of it before.” Resolution sponsor, Kevin Brooks should be commended for listening to his constituents. He told the press that “It really is a problem that many Tennesseans do know about … the responses we’ve received — emails, letters, phone calls, petitions signed by hundreds of Tennesseans saying, ‘Please protect us’ — that’s what we were elected to do.” (Source)
Yes, that is what they are elected to do; to listen to the voices of concerned citizens, and to ignore the agenda-driven rhetoric from groups like The Southern Poverty Law Center and the elite overlords at the United Nations.
While this Resolution is non-binding, it is an indication that the tide is turning; people are awakening to the strings that are being pulled by the UN to control compromised puppet politicians and slither into local communities undetected until it is too late. Let’s continue to keep up the pressure and encourage other states to take action and resist the advancement of Agenda 21 and its many ancillary programs.

If chemtrails are a hoax or a conspiracy then it’s pulling in a lot of credible people. On January 11, 2012 the Fairfax City Council adopted Resolution No. 12-07 , “a Resolution of the Town Council of Fairfax declaring Fairfax a Chemtrail-Free Zone.” Understand, this is an instance of an American city government weighing in on the subject of chemtrails, acknowledging their existence and letting it be known they don’t want spraying over their city.This is not made-up. Monsanto guilty of chemical poisoning in France

(Reuters) – A French court on Monday declared U.S. biotech giant Monsanto(MON.N) guilty of chemical poisoning of a French farmer, a judgment that could lend weight to other health claims against pesticides.
In the first such case heard in court in France, grain grower Paul Francois says he suffered neurological problems including memory loss, headaches and stammering after inhaling Monsanto’s (MON.N) Lasso weedkiller in 2004.
He blames the agri-business giant for not providing adequate warnings on the product label.
The ruling was given by a court in Lyon, southeast France, which ordered an expert opinion of Francois’s losses to establish the sum of damages.
Lawyers for Monsanto could not immediately be reached for comment.
Previous health claims from farmers have foundered because of the difficulty of establishing clear links between illnesses and exposure to pesticides.
“I am alive today, but part of the farming population is going to be sacrificed and is going to die because of this,” Francois, 47, told Reuters.
300,000 Organic Farmers Sue Monsanto in Federal Court: Decision on March 31st to Go to Trial

Little did Willie Nelson know when he recorded “Crazy” years ago just how crazy it would become for our cherished family farmers in America. Nelson, President of Farm Aid, has recently called for the national Occupy movement to declare an “Occupy the Food System” action.
Nelson states, “Corporate control of our food system has led to the loss of millions of family farmers, destruction of our soil…”
Hundreds of citizens, (even including NYC chefs in their white chef hats) joined Occupy the Food System groups, ie Food Democracy Now, gathered outside the Federal Courts in Manhattan on January 31st, to support organic family farmers in their landmark lawsuit against Big Agribusiness giant Monsanto. (Organic Seed Growers & Trade Association v. Monsanto) Oral arguments were heard that day concerning the lawsuit by 83 plaintiffs representing over 300,000 organic farmers, organic seed growers, and organic seed businesses.
The lawsuit addresses the bizarre and shocking issue of Monsanto harassing and threatening organic farmers with lawsuits of “patent infringement” if any organic farmer ends up with any trace amount of GM seeds on their organic farmland.
Judge Naomi Buckwald heard the oral arguments on Monsanto’s Motion to Dismiss, and the legal team from Public Patent Foundation represented the rights of American organic farmers against Monsanto, maker of GM seeds, [and additionally, Agent Orange, dioxin, etc.]
After hearing the arguments, Judge Buckwald stated that on March 31st she will hand down her decision on whether the lawsuit will move forward to trial.
Not only does this lawsuit debate the issue of Monsanto potentially ruining the organic farmers’ pure seeds and crops with the introduction of Monsanto’s genetically modified (GM) seeds anywhere near the organic farms, but additionally any nearby GM fields can withstand Monsanto’s Roundup herbicides, thus possibly further contaminating the organic farms nearby if Roundup is used.
Of course, the organic farmers don’t want anything to do with that ole contaminated GM seed in the first place. In fact, that is why they are certified organic farmers. Hello? But now they have to worry about getting sued by the very monster they abhor, and even have to spend extra money and land (for buffers which only sometimes deter the contaminated seed from being swept by the wind into their crop land). At this point, they are even having to resort to not growing at all the following organic plants: soybeans, corn, cotton, sugar beets, and canola, …just to protect themselves from having any (unwanted) plant that Monsanto could possibly sue them over.

With TSA abuses back in the headlines, continued concern over the NDAA and other legislation codifying martial law, President Obama’s unchallenged use of his self-proclaimed authority to assassinate American citizens without trial, and an increasingly bewildering array of tracking, tracing and pain-compliance technology being used against law-abiding citizens, more and more people are becoming aware of the police state that currently exists in the US, and indeed throughout much of the so-called “free world.”
With this understanding comes a certain amount of apprehension: after all, the enemies of liberty are organized and persistent, and they inhabit positions of authority. The defenders of liberty, meanwhile, seem few and far between, and more time seems spent convincing others that the police state even exists than in working to dismantle these systems of control.
What these concerns obscure, however, is the simple fact that the police state constitutes a mental prison as much as a physical one, and that part of its power is in convincing the public that it is all-seeing, all-knowing and all-powerful. Once that illusion is shattered, the police state can be seen for what it is: a system of coercion that can only function if a majority of the people go along with it.
House Kills SOPA

In a surprise move today, Representative Eric Cantor(R-VA) announced that he will stop all action on SOPA, effectively killing the bill. This move was most likely due to several things. One of those things is that SOPA and PIPA met huge online protest against the bills. Another reason would be that the White House threatened to veto the bill if it had passed. However, it isn’t quite time yet to celebrate, as PIPA(the Senate’s version of SOPA) is still up for consideration.
The online protests about the bill were surprising and large. They ranged anywhere from calling Representatives, companies, and senators to get them to change their mind, to actively moving domain’s away from and targeting the business model of the companies that supported/lobbied for the bill. GoDaddy lost well over 100,000 domains in the space of about 10 days due to their involvement with these bills, along with other various targets. Reddit in particular has been influential in turning the tide against SOPA and PIPA, and is a good demonstration of how the Internet enables Democracy.
PIPA is less well known than SOPA, but the provisions are basically the same. It still includes the same DNS blocking and censoring system that the original SOPA did, just without the SOPA name. There are around 40 co-sponsors of the bill in the Senate so far, with no word on how many senators support the bill in addition to that. There will most likely need to be 60 votes in the Senate in order to invoke cloture and end an almost guaranteed filibuster.

They don’t own the earth. They don’t own you and me. They don’t own all their stupid secret symbols. They don’t own the present, they don’t own the future. They don’t even own themselves.
They’re usurpers, in every sense of the word. And absolutely nothing to fear.
That these invading power freaks striving to control the world should try to lay claim to some secret knowledge and power source is a fraud. That they think they can bring on world changing events that result in national clampdowns and population reduction is their personal nightmare in the making.
And we need to see it for what it is. A charade. They have no secret powers. The nightmare is theirs, not ours.
The fact is, there is no secret but that which is willfully withheld or deliberately ignored. And to the conscious, nothing is hidden that cannot be revealed.
Their Puny Pride Is on the Run
So much of the big lie that we’re witnessing on the world stage is simply projected pride – the big, fat, stinking manufactured pride of pathological egomaniacs reinforcing a fabricated world of their ugly, demented imaginations. Whether world conquest piggy-backing on natural and manufactured catastrophes, or attempting to morph humanity and terraform our environment to meet their specifications for world control, it’s all defensive.
They’re scared.
It is they who are running and hiding from something so incredibly powerful they have to erect giant sand castles to hide behind while they attempt to exterminate all those who carry this amazing potential to realize Truth.
Us. An awakened and empowered us is what they’re absolutely frightened of.
Our warfare is a spiritual one. Whether we encase this understanding in one of the more classic frameworks or see it completely metaphysically, the play we’re witnessing is nothing to fear. The feverish power struggles and social engineering taking place on such a massive scale are all based in fear.
Fear of you, and fear of me. Because we represent the potential connection to Truth. And their inevitable downfall.
Evil Pentagram fruits? Or nature’s true meaning of love and beauty.
Example: Co-opting Nature’s Sacred Geometry
A perfect example of this shadowy charade is the “Brotherhood’s” usurpation of symbols.
While we know this supplanting of authority is true about their false hierarchy and self-imposed “ownership” of lands, natural and even human resources, they’ve cleverly tried to co-opt the inherent powers of the so-called mystery schools, the language of which is numbers and symbols.
What people forget is almost all of these symbols occur naturally with wonderful positive, regenerative properties. What these lying entities have done is simply attach negative and destructive and abusive connotations to anything they can. A perfect example of how once you’re wrapped up in their world of interpretation with an abusive, violent world around you to back it up, you begin to think the lie is true.
Therein lies their only power. Your “belief” and entertaining of their notions, empowered to appear real only by your participation. Turn it off. Turn off their sources–mainstream media, staged events, manipulated music, shallow publicity, even phony personal responses and relationships.
It’s time to get real.
Remember, their whole plan is designed to replace reality with a false matrix of power that’s fed by fear. Don’t dwell on it, and see it for what it is. And reverse the flow.
Each one of us changes the direction of Spaceship Earth.
Conclusion – Uncork the X-Factor
By our very clarity of understanding, our conscious awareness of the Truth and our not submitting to their web of deceit, we throw off the illusory shackles of the would-be controllers. Just one person’s total lack of fear, not giving any obeisance to their societal, political, economic or physical oppression network, is a flame in their flimsy cobweb.
Be it.
They’re lying usurpers..but it only works with our agreement. Our conscious awareness, as vague as that may seem to some, is the ultimate weapon. And it starts with waking the hell up and then keep waking up…rattling as many other cages as we can in the process. It’s not always a smooth process, but it requires honesty and guts.
And cutting the bullshit.
As our collective consciousness grows more awake and aware it gains power and tremendous momentum. The x-factor is synchronicity. When each of us responds to Universal consciousness things change dramatically. Life’s signs become increasingly apparent and start challenging and leading our lives more and more, activating them in ways we never knew could have such a powerful influence.
With each and every wake up the war is won.
It was won in the beginning. We just need to stop believing the illusions around us and acting on our true conscience.
At that point it becomes now.
