Cell Phone Video Emerges That Refutes St. Louis Cops Version of Shooting — video included

St. Louis- On Tuesday, while tensions continued to simmer in Ferguson, just a few miles away 25-year-old Kajieme Powell was gunned down by St. Louis cops.
Officers claimed that they were in fear of their lives as Powell charged at them with a knife. They claim he had the knife in an “overhand grip” and came within three feet of the officers, at which time they opened fire, killing Powell.
The incident stemmed from a call by a Six Star Market owner after Powell allegedly stole two energy drinks, according to KSDK.
Reports from witnesses claim that Powell was acting erratically, pacing back and forth on the street and talking to himself, while carrying a knife.
St. Louis Metro Police Chief Sam Dotson responding to a question of whether the shooting was justified said his officers “have a right to go home at night” going on to say that all officers have a right to defend themselves.
He went on to defend his officers actions saying that they used deadly force due to the suspect with a knife coming within three of four feet of the officers, which would be considered within lethal range.
New cell phone video has emerged that calls into question officer’s version of events, and Dotson’s defense of his officers, leading up to the shooting.
In the video two cops arrive together, exit the vehicle, and demand Powell drop the knife. Powell begins yelling “shoot me, shoot me, shoot me now,” as walks onto a ledge then steps off as if to approach.
Powell, who had his hands at his sides, never came within more than 10-15 feet of the officers before they opened fire killing him.

‘We are going to become Gods, period. If you don’t like it, get off. You don’t have to contribute, you don’t have to participate, but if you are going to interfere with me becoming a God, you’re going to have trouble. There’ll be warfare.’
Richard Seed, a physicist with a Phd from Harvard University has had a life full of great achievements and controversy. In the 1970′s he founded a company that put efforts towards the transference of cow embryos. He later co-founded Fertility & Genetics Research Inc. with his brother Randolph Seed, a surgeon based in Chicago. The goal of Fertility & Genetics Research Inc. was similar to Richard’s former company, only this time the practice would take place with a healthy inseminated woman (inseminated a few days prior) to a infertile surrogate woman, this resulted in a healthy child birth reported by The Journal of the American Medical Association (vol 251, p 889) . The practice soon hit the wayside as competing fertility treatments took a superior role such as In-vitro fertilization.
In the 1990′s Richard declared to the world his goal to create human clones, mass hysteria and outrage followed sue, so much so that President Clinton acknowledged him and shorty after urged congress to impose a five-year moratorium on the practice. Richard reaffirmed his goals after shrugging off Clinton’s remarks, announcing that he would take the operation off shore to Tijuana if congress banned the practice. Richard later told the press that he had a support from infertile couples and that with in 2 years an operation would be underway. He claimed to have enough money to start the project but was in need of an extra 2 million to complete it. It was later reported that he had acquired a team of scientists to do the job before congress passed any laws banning the practice, Richard said that they had 8 volunteers ready for testing. No announcement has been made on the status of the purported claim.
In 1998 Seed made claims that he would clone himself saying that Gloria, his wife, agreed to carry an embryo of a donor egg that would be combined with the nucleus of one of his cells. Despite Gloria being ”post-menopausal”, claimed by Seed, he refused to talk any further about how the pregnancy would take place. “I have decided to clone myself first to defuse the criticism that I’m taking advantage of desperate women with a procedure that’s not proven” he claimed after widespread criticism after his statement on making baby clones for infertile couples.
In 2001, at a scientific forum in Rome guided discuss the ethical concerns of cloning, Seed made another controversial claim saying that he wanted to clone his wife.
Here are some more quotes to understand where Mr. Seed is coming from:
1. ”God intended for man to become one with God. Cloning, is the first serious step in becoming one with God.”
2. ”Man,” he said, “will develop the technology and the science and the capability to have an indefinite life span.”
Now with these quotes, combined with the one at the top of the article brings us to the question, how does human cloning bring you closer to becoming god? In the context of the quotes, it seems the connotation of god to him is one which has an indefinite life span. How could cloning do this? Now, we could make the argument that certain genetic manipulation of clones could possibly enhance lifespan and deter atrophy in the body, but how would this work? Why clones? Could it also be done for the average un cloned human? Or does that raise too many ethical questions? Does being a clone open up the doors to genetic manipulation in legal systems in other parts of the world that a regular human would be closed off to?
Even if cloning were acceptable , how would this exactly lead to Mr. Seed becoming god? Does organ harvesting have something to do with this? Considering the questions mentioned in the above paragraph, it would only make sense that the organ harvesting question would fit the bill. The Human Cloning Foundation claims to have taken notes on Richard’s writings and summed up that “Human cloning can take a 65-year-old and turn the age of that person back to zero – to the one cell stage. It is not unreasonable to expect that in the future we can turn the age of the 65-year-old back to 25!“
If this is what Richard actually meant is still a question I have yet to verify, but it doesn’t seem like a stretch considering the before mentioned information.

Ferguson, Missouri has been engulfed in rioting and looting following the death of 18-year-old black teenager Michael Brown. Officer Darren Wilson, a white policeman, shot and killed Brown on the streets of Ferguson – a tragic incident that became the catalyst for a wave of civil unrest in the local community.

WE DECLARE BITCOIN’S INDEPENDENCE
When we say Bitcoin, we mean the idea: the birth of cryptocurrency. We know it’s not perfect. But we’re not after perfection, we’re after progression. We’re after a way out. And we will not stop.
We have been brought to a point where it has become necessary to dissolve the bond between currency and institution. We are not required to declare the causes which impel us to push for the separation, but we will oblige.
We hold these truths to be self-evident. We have been cyclically betrayed, lied to, stolen from, extorted from, taxed, monopolized, spied on, inspected, assessed, authorized, registered, deceived, and reformed. We have been economically disarmed, disabled, held hostage, impoverished, enervated, exhausted, and enslaved. And then there was bitcoin.
But we are in an age of appropriation, and nothing is immune. Today bitcoin is not only volatile in its value, but in its very essence. Bitcoin is in the crucial stages of development. Its code can evolve in several directions. It’s under threat from those who don’t understand it; it’s under threat from those who do understand it, but fear it.The crusade to absorb bitcoin into the seams of the State has begun. There is a conscious effort to co-opt. The goal is to swallow bitcoin, process it, integrate it, devolve it, and keep it stagnant in the gears of a failed operating system. Bitcoin’s potential is being hijacked. They have their own idea of what they want bitcoin to be. They have their own plan for its potential, and they have an investment in that plan. But our consent is withdrawn and the power of our ideas is too strong.
Do not underestimate DNA; nothing is born completely neutral. Follow the protocol: it has anarchistic implications. Bitcoin is inherently anti-establishment, anti-system, and anti-state. Bitcoin undermines governments and disrupts institutions because bitcoin is fundamentally humanitarian. There’s an elimination of 3rd party intrusion. It’s purely peer-to-peer. The blockchain is free speech. It’s decentralized, voluntary, and non-aggressive. Bitcoin is not supposed to work within our current mechanisms. Bitcoin needs not entities of authority to acknowledge it, incorporate it, regulate it, and tax it. Bitcoin does not pander to power structures, it undermines them.
Bitcoin is an animal of anonymity. Bitcoin basks in shadow. Satoshi’s facelessness is symbolic of this. Privacy is the point. Bitcoin is meant to function outside of regulatory systems. It is not a cog.
Bitcoin means to channel economic power directly through the individual. This is reflected by Satoshi’s symbolic birthday, which falls on the same day that Roosevelt signed the 6102 Executive Order, which forbade the hoarding of gold. We repeat. Bitcoin is not intended to be integrated; it’s intended to be a ghost outside the machine.
The voices of the people who are working to preserve the purity of bitcoin’s ethos are being drowned out. But actions speak louder than words. Bitcoin is utility. The cypherpunks are building anonymous systems. The crypto-anarchists are making institutions arbitrary. The internet is anarchy. And cryptocurrencies are the printless fingers of the internet.
Bitcoin is not just a currency, a commodity, or a convenience. Just like the internet gave information back to the people, Bitcoin will give financial freedom back to the people. But that’s only the first step. There will be a shift in the structure of enterprise, in the way we interact, in the way we voice our opinions, and in the way we fuel our action. Bitcoin will allow us to shape the world without having to ask for permission. We declare bitcoin’s independence. Bitcoin is sovereignty. Bitcoin is renaissance. Bitcoin is ours. Bitcoin is.
