Dr. Robert Duncan speaks to a group of people about the advances in transhumanism. He specializes in artificial intelligence, robotics and redefining what humans will be in the future.
He speaks of Cybernetic Hive Minds which was developed by Norbert Weiner who states that Cybernetics is “the science of control and communication in the animal and the machine.” This technology encompasses;
- Increased Intelligence
- Rapid Communication
- Brain Storming
- Interrogation
- Mind Control
- Predictions of Mass Influence
- Accelerated Education
This is using the multiple computing power of other people or animals.
He speaks of a weapon he ashamedly designed; The Voice of God Weapon, which is controlling people using neuro-linguistic programming techniques and which has been used in wartime against enemy combatants.
He also discusses remote neural monitoring, nano particles which are activated by frequencies and a way to read people’s brains. Touchable holograms from ionizing the air (through the spraying of chem-trails). Reading someone’s dream, you can touch it and change it.
Project Blue Beam; Telepathic electronic two-way communication. It involves making people think their God is speaking to them through telepathy using extremely low frequency waves. All five senses can be mildly overridden.
Dr. Duncan states that scientists “dont think of science as evil, we are brainwashed into believing that everything we are doing is of benefit to mankind, but look who pays our bills; the military. It’s all for war, it’s all for control, for government control”….

Steve Outtrim is a technology entrepreneur from New Zealand, who now lives in San Francisco. He created the HotDog Web Editor, which was named as the 3rd most downloaded software on the Internet by WIRED in 1997. He IPO’d his company Sausage Software in Australia in 1996, making him at age 23 the youngest CEO of a public company – a record held by Rupert Murdoch for more than 40 years. He has invested in more than 50 early-stage technology companies and founded 4 that he exited via IPO or trade sale.
Steve is a Shadow Historian, and for the last 3 years has been writing a book series looking behind the scenes of the tech world. Steve created the blog Burners.Me in 2012 to discuss Burning Man and Burner culture. It is the largest independent Burner site, with more than 200,000 followers. He has been to 12 burns since 1998.
Steve brings a first-hand, unique perspective to Silicon Valley and its ties to the military and Burning Man.
