   I feel your pain. My opinion? The massacres are not government sponsored – not by the Syrian government anyway. The crime is that the murderers have been armed and salaried by our government, and by the totalitarian Saudis and Qataris and the like.

   The extremists we have enabled and connected via satelite phones to our corporate media have shown themselves to be perfectly capable of killing innocent Muslims who disagree with their crazy agenda – I find evidence of this 1997-98 in Algeria with the ‘rebel’ group GIA.

   Like you, “I don’t know how they sleep at night.” For example, Secretary Clinton and Ambassador Susan Rice. I can’t imagine that they are unaware – although I judge Rice to be a bit unstable and easily manipulated by the threat of civil violence (see her bad experience with the Rwandan massacres). Anytime we read mention of comparisons of Syria to Rwanda, I think those are attempts (by the state media BBC, etc.) to pull Rice’s chain. The national intelligence community knows she’s vulnerable. But I think she’s horrible all-around and completely unfit for such a high position, so don’t take my word for it, but see for yourself.

   Again, I can feel your frustration, but hope you will not quit digging (I hope too that I will not quit digging).
