  1. Yes it happens.. A good friend of mine who is in his late 50’s – early 60’s , and who is a Marine who served in Vietnam, lost his son last year. Wanting to follow in his father’s footsteps he joined up and was sent to Afghanistan. He was a very caring, well-balanced young man who never drank or smoked a day in his life. When he returned from his tour he was constantly getting in trouble – DUI’s, black-outs, car wrecks…’left his wife and kids.. the whole nine yards. Despite doctor visit after doctor visit they never figured out what made him snap. He died of a stroke one night last year.. He was living with his parents at age 37.
I will never forget my friends recounting his son’s state of (non)well being a week or so after his return from deployment…He said:
“I looked in his eyes and the life was gone out of them…..”

    Indeed….

In 2005 a very informative DVD was put out entitled BEYOND TREASON distributed by Power House Productions. It mainly deals with Gulf War Syndrome but includes the massive coverup by the US government of over 2 generations.
