During the 2014 Berlin Climate Engineering Conference environmental activist Max Bliss was interviewed by a Spanish documentary team who are in the process of making a Geoengineering documentary. This clip was kindly released for public dissemination only recently July 2015. Concerns raised here concern the likely long term use of covert weather & climate modification technology to create extremes to be blamed on anthropogenic global warming and these man made changes used to con the masses into acquiescence to accept one world government via the United Nations Agenda 21 global plan.
