PANDA Wyoming announces the introduction of HB 114, the Wyoming Liberty Preservation Act, and issues a call to action to ensure it passes committee.
On December 31st, 2011, President Barack Obama signed the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012, containing provisions which authorized the indefinite detention, extraordinary rendition (and assassination) of anyone around the world without charge or trial. This law marked one of the darkest eras in American history, declaring the United States a battlefield and legally subject to the laws of war.
PANDA (People Against the NDAA) has been fighting back. Founded in January 2012, PANDA has grown to be the largest organization in the nation fighting indefinite detention and the NDAA. Since the launch of Operation Homeland Liberty, PANDA has started state teams in almost 25 states, and reaches thousands daily with the message of liberty.
Now, in the second shot (after BDR 728 in Nevada) to be fired across the Federal government’s bow, HB 114 has been introduced in Wyoming. The bill, sponsored by Rep. Kendell Kroeker and co-sponsored by Rep. David Miller, Rep. Hans Hunt, and Sen. Cale Case, will protect the liberty of the citizens of Wyoming by prohibiting the unconstitutional provisions of the 2012 NDAA to be enforced here.
“The Constitution of the United States has the Bill of Rights for a reason,” said Representative Kroeker, “I take an oath to support, obey, and defend the Constitution and I take that seriously. When the federal government passes legislation that violates the constitution, it is our duty as a state to make sure we protect the rights of our citizens.”
Now, in order to protect the rights of the citizens of Wyoming, we must take swift action. On Tuesday, January 29, 2013, the Wyoming Liberty Preservation Act will be voted on in the House Transportation, Highways, and Military Affairs committee. There are however, Representatives on that committee who do not understand the seriousness of this issue and the importance of securing our inalienable rights.
Call these legislators immediately and demand they honor their oath, and stand up for the rights of all Wyoming citizens. Demand these representatives pass the Wyoming Liberty Preservation Act:

PANDA (People Against the National Defense Authorization Act, the NDAA) announces the kickoff of Operation Homeland Liberty.
On January 3, 2013, PANDA launched Operation Homeland Liberty. The goal of this operation is to stop the indefinite detention provisions of the NDAA (National Defense authorization Act) in all 50 states across America by December 31st, 2013.
We are launching this effort for two main reasons. Firstly, we now have the network and resources necessary to push back against this encroachment by the Federal government. The Tenth Amendment Center, Patriot Coalition, Freedom Outpost, Western Journalism, and We Are 1776, among others, are assisting us in restoring the Constitution nationwide.
Secondly, we are running against the clock. Even though the courageous efforts from the plaintiffs in Hedges v. Obama have elicited one ruling that the NDAA is unconstitutional, the civil liberties score of the 2nd Circuit Court of appeals and the Supreme Court leave little chance that ruling will be upheld in the higher courts. Odds are, the NDAA will be ruled Constitutional by 2014.
If the NDAA is declared Constitutional before there is a major stand from the states, it will then be extremely difficult to restore the rights usurped by this legislation. Very few County Commissioners, City Councilmen, State Representatives and Sheriffs will take a stand against the NDAA once it has been declared Constitutional.
Because we are running against this clock and now have the network to combat this tyrannical law, we launched Operation Homeland Liberty. We are kicking off this operation in Wood County, OH on January 15th, 2013 @9:15 am in the Wood County Courthouse.
If you are in the area, please join us at the event. We are aiming to have 100 people attend. If you are not in the area, please call the Wood County Commissioners at 419-354-9100 and politely urge them to use PANDA’s resolution to stop the NDAA in Wood County, OH.

AERIAL SPRAYING Mobilization around the Cyprus Bases

A protest demonstration at the British Akrotiri base against the aerial spraying is being organized by the Ecological Environmental Movement of Cyprus (Cyprus Green Party) for 4th July, as the British bases in Cyprus are alleged to be part of the HAARP (High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program), system aimed at controlling the climate of the planet. .
In recent times there has been a proliferation of information related to the activities of the British and the Americans through the bases in Cyprus, which are very likely affecting the climate on our island.
The Ecological Environmental Movement has in the past invited the Cypriot government to take action “to stop the use of the skies of Cyprus for suspicious American military experiments”. An announcement by the Movement states that “reports links American KC-10 and KC-135 aircraft with the HAARP programme and with chemtrails, that is to say spraying of the sky with aluminium and barium oxides.” The subject has occupied the European Parliament, many parliaments of European countries and researchers throughout the world.
HAARP, the High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Programme, is a weapons system using electromagnetic energy which has been under development by the United States since 1987. The initial picture of programme that was encouraged was that it is a scientific programme aimed at selective modification of the ionosphere to improve telecommunications. But it soon became known that the American Pentagon was seeking to exploit the ionosphere for its own purposes. Even the official HAARP web page acknowledges that the system is also used for defence purposes.
The bases deny involvement
The Cypriot Parliament has recently involved itself in the subject. The parliamentarian Angelos Votsis brought it up for discussion on the Parliamentary Committee on the Environment. The parliamentarian said: “according to scientific specialists, when it is perfected, if it has not already been perfected, the system will be able to influence climatic conditions, suspend the functioning of, and destroy, every electrical device in a selected area, destroy telecommunications, intervene in the development of extreme weather phenomena, such as hurricanes but also lightning strikes of tremendous intensity and even influence human mental processes through the transmission of low-frequency waves similar to those already present in humans.”
The administration of the British bases was summoned to a session of the Parliament in order to state the official position on this information, but through a letter the reply was that they will not respond to the summons because they “have no involvement with the HAARP programme and have not been involved in any aerial spraying”.
The community president of Akrotiri Georgios Christou for his part said to “Simerini” (Today) newspaper that nothing that would arouse suspicions of aerial spraying during the flight of aircraft has been noticed by the residents of the area.
