Two Arrested For Terrorist Plot To Attack Legislative Building In BC- False flag? [video included]

By CBC News

Amanda Marie Korody, believed to be about 30, and John Stewart Nuttall, 38, both of Surrey, B.C., have each been charged with conspiracy to commit an indictable offence, knowingly facilitating a terrorist activity and possession of an explosive substance.

….The pair are accused of building explosive devices with the “purpose of causing death or serious bodily injuries,” which were placed outside the B.C. legislature in Victoria on Canada Day.

RCMP said the contents of the improvised explosive devices included nuts, bolts, nails, washers and other materials intended to kill or maim people.

Police said Korody and Nuttall, both Canadian-born citizens, were “inspired by al-Qaeda ideology,” but added the incident represented a “domestic threat without international linkages.””

“…the couple’s Surrey landlord questioned where they might have acquired the money for the alleged plot. She said while they paid their rent on time, the couple lived in poverty and on social assistance, didn’t have a car or bike and wore “torn clothes,” noting that sometimes Korody dressed in what she believed was a burka.”

The landlady said the couple even had to borrow money from her, on one occasion as little as $20.

It is general knowledge, if you don’t have anything, you know, how can you buy all these things and bring them it to Victoria and come back, you know,” she asked.

“The landlady even called Nuttall a polite person who was never harsh with anybody in her family.”

Tom Morino, a lawyer who has represented Nuttall in the past, said he received a call from RCMP and spoke to him for about a half an hour from the lock-up on Monday evening. He also spoke to Korody for about 15 minutes.

Morino said he had not received any information from police about the case, but he said he will be involved, though he said he cannot represent both the accused.

Morino said he represented Nuttall previously. In 2002, Nuttall pleaded guilty to a robbery charge in Victoria and was sentenced to an 18-month conditional sentence.”

There are a couple things that I find unusual about the details of this story.  The first thing I find unusual is the design of the bombs.  They are identical to the bombs used at the Boston Marathon Bombing a couple months ago as seen in the picture below:
There is lots of evidence to suggest that Boston Bombings was a false flag attack.   Like what’s going on?  All the sudden every terrorist out there wants to use a slow cooker as a bomb?

In Boston the suspects were claimed to be infowars listeners, in a sense blaming the terrorist attacks of Boston bombing on truthers, patriots and political activists. (Canadian Awareness Network is working on a big video report on the topic of Boston Bombing coming up in the near future featuring Dan Dicks and Dan Bidondi).

All though that is not the case with this one, instead the authorities are claiming they are domestic terrorist inspired by “Al-Qaeda ideologies”.  The fact that the landlord lady testified to reporters that she basically doesn’t think the couple are guilty because she believes they were not financially stable enough to purchase the accessories to build and rig up this semi sophisticated slow cooker bomb and the fact the bomb closely resembles Boston bombs.  Just these two factors already to me sounds like they ‘might be getting set up‘ but for now that is all speculation and just a theory.

This picture of John Nuttall was posted on an online music website.

John Nuttall

The mainstream media was doing ad hominem attacks on the couple through their published stories.  Ad hominem means ‘appealing to one’s prejudices, emotions, or special interests rather than to one’s intellect or reason.’

Here are a few quotes from CBC:
“CBC reporter Steve Lus, who was in the Surrey courtroom where the suspects appeared, said Nuttall was tall and thin, with unprofessional-looking tattoos, an untrimmed goatee and long hair. Nuttall smiled at Korody and spoke briefly to the duty counsel assigned to the case.

Lus said that Korody had unkempt hair and bit her lips while her eyes darted around the courtroom. She repeatedly tried to make contact with Nuttall during the brief court appearance.

Korody and Nuttall are scheduled to appear in court again next Tuesday.

On the music website Reverbnation, a page that appears to belong to Nuttall has the lines for a song entitled In League With Satan.

“We are possessed by all that is evil. The death of your god we demand. We spit at the virgin you worship. And sit at Lord Satan’s left hand,” read the lyrics.”
Source

Now I don’t know about you but just because the man, John Stewart Nuttal, had unprofessional looking tattoos with untrimmed goatee and long hair doesn’t mean he’s a terrorist. They also described the woman, Amanda Marie Korody, as having unkept hair, biting her lips and looking around the court room.  Really CBC?  What does any of that have to do with the case?

They also when on to bash Nuttal by saying he’s a terrorist because he’s been in trouble with the law and because he’s in a death metal band.  I for one used to be a listener of heavy metal, still do listen to it once in a while.  I have friends who listen to death metal, I honestly don’t really get the music itself, but most of these people would never cause harm to another person especially through terrorist activities. (Although I do not discredit the fact that there are ‘some messed up’ people out there that listen to death metal).  And I know people who have been in trouble with the law but that doesn’t mean they have the urge to go blow people up.

Listen I’m not trying to defend this couple ‘too much’ because they very well maybe real terrorist suspects that were plotting a real plan to blow people up.  Honestly, only time will tell  as the story breaks loose as to more details to determine whether or not this was a false flag event or if these are real domestic terrorist.  But I mean the fact that the slow cookers are very similar to the false flag Boston Bombing event, the fact that the media resorts to ad hominem attacks  and the fact the landlord testified that she thinks the couple were too poor to buy the materials seems to indicate a possible set up.

I don’t like being called a conspiracy theorist because I usually don’t theorize about things but for the sake of this article I have theorized a motive.  The only motive I could think of would create an operation made to ‘brighten up’ the image of the RCMP because the past week or so they’ve been getting a lot of criticism for not allowing residents affected by the Alberta flood back into their homes and the RCMP have also been secretly confiscating guns from ‘locked evacuated houses’ from registered gun owners.  A lot of residents have been in an upheaval over all of this.  This way the RCMP looks like the heroes again that saved Canada from terrorism and gains a respectful image to the public.  Also I theorize it could’ve been done to make harsher anti terrorism laws that infringe upon the rights of the Canadian people.

We are already have harsh anti terrorism laws which allows the  Communications Security Establishment of Canada (CSEC) to spy on Canadians peoples private cell phone calls, text messages, private messages on multiple social media sites etc. Click HERE for more on that.
Canadian Awareness Network will do our best to keep you updated on this story as it unfolds.

VIDEO — Canada Day Bombing “foiled plot”? Or CSIS Setup?

Press For Truth
July 2, 2013

This Canada Day July 1st 2013 two Canadians were arrested for allegedly planting pressure cooker bombs intended to “cause death” during the Canada Day celebrations at the provincial legislature. The police have stated that at no time was the public safety at risk and that the devices were “under RCMP control.” Is this yet another operation orchestrated by CSIS and the RCMP to instil fear into the minds of Canadians and to condition them for an attack?

UPDATE-Alberta Flood: RCMP Confiscating Guns from Registered Owners [videos included]

OTTAWA – The chief spokesman for Prime Minister Stephen Harper is urging the RCMP to return guns seized from homes in flooded-out High River, Alta., and focus on other tasks instead.

RCMP officers, assisted by Canadian Forces personnel, have entered an unknown number of homes in the flood zone in High River that had been evacuated by their owners. A video made by the police shows them searching for pets, people or other hazardous items.

RCMP have said that if they found an unsecured firearm in the home, they seized it for safekeeping and plan to return it to the owner.

RICK BELL - Tensions high in High River as Mounties seize guns from evacuees' homesCredits: REUTERS/ANDY CLARK

RICK BELL | QMI AGENCY

HIGH RIVER, AB – Oh, yes. Temperature rising. Oh, is it rising.

Then we hear about the guns.

With tensions on the edge anyone with two bits of sense to rub together can’t imagine a worse thing to hear.

The Mounties scoop “a large quantity of firearms” from homes in the near ghost town of High River while the population is kept out under an evacuation order.

The guns are now in the local cop shop and can be picked up when the proof of ownership is produced.

Premier Alison Redford defends the police as she stands Thursday afternoon in the Cargill plant north of this town of 13,000.

“I think what we need to understand is these are exceptional circumstances,” says the premier, adding the gun-snatching move was talked about for other places.

The word on the street, though not the High River streets which are empty, is some folks took their guns out of basement safes so they wouldn’t be damaged. Then they locked up their house.

The police and the army go in, search the houses and … gee whiz … they see the guns and take them out of the house the owner had to leave on orders of the government.

At this time, the authorities don’t contemplate any charges of unsafe storage.

As we begin to digest that nugget, we hear about the 50 or so trying to get into the part of town where the houses don’t look bad at all.

The Mounties and the citizens standoff. Angry words are exchanged as they are the day before at the Highway 2 exit. A spike belt is put down.

Spike belts are seen at other locations.

After the toe-to-toe Wednesday between the mayor and severely steaming citizens, the press are escorted by RCMP Thursday into the town to talk to officials. They say it is for our safety. We laugh.

It is the one place the people of High River cannot go.
The High River residents vow to try to walk into town Friday.

Then we hear from the Mounties about three people under cover of darkness breaching the police perimeter. They want to go home.

The trio are intercepted, arrested, detained and removed. Charges are possible.

The Mounties tell us they now have 160 officers in this town and have “created a security envelope around the community.”

“This is without precedent, this is unreasonable search and seizure,” said Ed Burlew, lawyer and firearms specialist in Ontario.  “The

entry was illegal, it’s against the charter, it was unreasonable search and seizure. There’s no judge that would uphold the evidence obtained through an illegal entry into a person’s home.”

Political leaders say since there is an emergency, police should do what they have to do.

….

There is no special provision in the Criminal Code that allows the police to enter the homes of gun owners during a time of an emergency,” said Solomon Friedman, lawyer and firearms specialist in Ottawa. “The firearms act is often used by police as a pretext to gain access to private residences that they would not be able to gain access to, the ironic thing here is that if these people were convicted pedophiles the police would not be allowed to enter their homes without warrant, it’s kind of sad that gun owners have to fight for the same rights as any convicted criminals.”

FROM THE BEGINNING I SPECULATED THEY WOULD CONFISCATE GUNS (CONCLUSION)

Ever since I found out the flood happened and people got evacuated I started speculating that police officers would soon start confiscating guns like they did with other natural disasters in the U.S.  I’ve read horror stories about forceful gun confiscation that happened in New Orleans- Hurricane Katrina and talks of doing it in New York- Hurricane Sandy.  Police confiscating guns from legal gun owners and police shooting and killing civilians.

Published April 04, 2012
Associated Press
NEW ORLEANS –  Five former New Orleans police officers were sentenced Wednesday to prison terms ranging from six to 65 years for their roles in deadly shootings of unarmed residents in the chaotic days after Hurricane Katrina, with the judge lashing out at prosecutors for two hours on their handling of the case.

Police shot six people at a bridge on Sept. 4, 2005, killing two, less than a week after Katrina made landfall. To make the shootings appear justified, officers conspired to plant a gun, fabricate witnesses and falsify reports.

Door to Door Gun Confiscation New Orleans:

The RCMP is not  taking them by pointing guns at citizens, but they are forcefully taking guns from citizens by sneaking into their and not allow any of the citizens back into their neighbourhoods even though there are some places that are safe to go back to.  It’s official, in the U.S and in Canada, under ‘emergency situations’ the police are allowed to do unreasonable seizure.

‘Hell to pay:’ Residents angry as RCMP seize guns from High River homes [video included]

Calgary Herald

HIGH RIVER — RCMP revealed Thursday that officers have seized a “substantial amount” of firearms from homes in the evacuated town of High River.

“We just want to make sure that all of those things are in a spot that we control, simply because of what they are,” said Sgt. Brian Topham.

“People have a significant amount of money invested in firearms … so we put them in a place that we control and that they’re safe.”

That news didn’t sit well with a crowd of frustrated residents who had planned to breach a police checkpoint northwest of the town as an evacuation order stretched into its eighth day.

“I find that absolutely incredible that they have the right to go into a person’s belongings out of their home,” said resident Brenda Lackey, after learning Mounties have been taking residents’ guns. “When people find out about this there’s going to be untold hell to pay.”

See photos from the scene.

About 30 RCMP officers set up a blockade at the checkpoint, preventing 50 residents from walking into the town. Dozens more police cars, lights on, could be seen lining streets in the town on standby.

Officers laid down a spike belt to stop anyone from attempting to drive past the blockade. That action sent the crowd of residents into a rage.

“What’s next? Tear gas?” shouted one resident.

“It’s just like Nazi Germany, just taking orders,” shouted another.

“This is the reason the U.S. has the right to bear arms,” said Charles Timpano, pointing to the group of Mounties.

Officers were ordered to fall back about an hour into the standoff in order to diffuse the situation and listen to residents’ concerns.

“We don’t want our town to turn into another New Orleans,” said resident Jeff Langford. “The longer that the water stays in our houses the worse it’s going to be. We’ll either be bulldozing them or burning them down because we’ve got an incompetent government.”
