Bitcoin Voucher Scheme Bitupcard Expands to 300 Shops in Turkey

Prepaid bitcoin voucher service Bitupcard is now available at an additional 270 retail locations across Turkey.
The announcement, which follows on from the launch of a pilot scheme that saw $25,000-worth of bitcoin sold in 10 weeks, raises the number of retail locations offering over-the-counter bitcoin purchases in the country to 300.
The scheme is run by Amsterdam-based bitcoin seller Bit4coin in conjunction with Berlin-based firm MK Payment.
Dolf Diederichsen, CEO at Bit4coin said:
“We are excited with the early success we are seeing in the market. The launch has exceeded our expectations, and we are very happy to quickly expand the reach and make Bitupcard even more accessible to more customers.”
Ibrahim Tarlig, CEO of MK Payment, added: “The market reception has been very positive and many customers told us that they would like to buy Bitupcard e-vouchers, but that the stores were simply too far away from where they lived or worked.”
Turkey’s Invasion Of Syria Shows Turkish Connection To ISIS; NATO Agenda

Turkey has now officially proven that Israel and the United States are not the only nations that can brazenly violate the sovereignty of other countries, Syria in particular, without fear of reprisal due to NATO support and a blatant culture of aggression.
The Turkish invasion of Syrian soil on February 22 under the guise of protecting and securing the tomb of Sulayman Shah is case in point.
The tomb is largely recognized as a Turkish exclave since the early 1920s when, in 1921, it was agreed in the Treaty of Ankara that the Turks would be allowed to raise the Turkish flag over the tomb and place a small number of Turkish guards around the mausoleum given that Sulayman Shah bears such significance to Turkish history. The tomb is located about 23 miles from Turkey itself and thus is located inside Syrian territory.
According to mainstream Western press like CNN, the Turks were forced to evacuate the tomb and its contents due to the escalating violence in the area. CNN also reports that the evacuation was led and conducted with the 40 guards stationed around the tomb.
However, the reality is that the tomb evacuation was actually a relatively large military operation involving about 600 Turkish soldiers, 100 tanks, and APCs.
The Turkish military apparently entered Syria via Kobane (Ayn al-Arab).
Yet, while ISIS presence in towns and cities surrounding the tomb was cited as the reason for the evacuation, it should be noted that ISIS, so close to the tomb, never fired one shot at the Turkish military as it conducted its operations. Since, if Western press reports are to be believed, ISIS is the absolute worst strategist when it comes to avoiding unnecessary conflict with nations not necessarily engaged in combat against it, the fact that ISIS forces would allow the Turkish forces to enter its “territory” without so much as even the threat of violence is questionable to say the least.
What is much more believable, however, is that the Turkish forces acted in coordination with ISIS forces so as to justify an essential invasion of Syria and establish a foothold there as the Israelis direct ISIS forces and bomb Syrian territory from the Southwest and Jordan facilitates terrorism from the South. Of course, the U.S., NATO, and its proxy forces in the eastern portions of Syria simultaneously push toward the same center of the country at the same time.
This is not the first time the tomb of Sulayman Shah has been used to justify Turkish military engagement inside Syrian territory.

The Deputy Speaker of Ukraine’s parliament, Andriy Parubiy, who had been the co-founder of the Nazi-inspired Social Nationalist Party of Ukraine, met in Washington on Wednesday, February 25th, with members of the U.S. House and Senate who support his request that the U.S. Government donate weapons to his virtually bankrupt Government. Parubiy also visited with the Pentagon.
Weapons are needed by his Government because his Government is engaged in a civil war against the residents in the area of Ukraine that had voted 90% for the former Ukrainian President, Viktor Yanukovych, whom Parubiy himself (when he was called “the Mayor of Maidan”) led to overthrow in a violent February 2014 coup.
“Andriy Parubiy together with Svoboda party leader Oleh Tyahnybok is a follower of Ukrainian Nazi Stepan Bandera, who collaborated in the mass murderer of Jews and Poles during World War II.”

According to a recent report by Gabriel Gatehouse of the BBC, witness testimony and photographic evidence both conflict with Parubiy’s account of how the overthrow a year ago occurred. The United States Government strongly supported Yanukovych’s overthrow, and denies that it was a coup. The Obama Administration calls it an expression of Ukrainian democracy, and says that the replacement Government was “duly elected” (though by whom was left unsaid by Mr. Obama), and that whan elections for a new Ukrainian President were held in northwest Ukraine on 25 May 2014, in which no one in the rebelling region participated, the residents in the rebelling region were terrorists if they refused to accept the election’s winner as being their President. The residents still refused to accept the winner of that election as being their leader. The Government, on 2 May 2014, massacred an estimated 100+ peaceful demonstrators against the Government, in Odessa, and sent troops into the southeast to take over their local governments, and so the civil war started. Mr. Parubiy was a member of the small team that planned the Odessa massacre.
The residents in the area of Ukraine that is being bombed and even firebombed by Parubiy’s Government had opposed the overthrow, because they had voted 90% for the person who was being overthrown; they did not feel that an imposed new leader would be acceptable to them. The continued bombing of them by the replacement Government has thus-far failed to persuade the residents there to support Parubiy’s Government; and, so, those residents have declared their region to be no longer a part of Ukraine. Ukraine’s President, Petro Poroshenko, disagrees; he says that they have no right to do that and that they are therefore ‘terrorists’ for seceding from Ukraine. The United States Government supports that position, and Congress voted more than 98% for it.
However, U.S. President Barack Obama, whose Administration ran that coup and actually selected the leader of the interim government to replace Yanukovych, Ukraine’s current Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk, hasn’t yet decided whether to send Ukraine more weapons than he has already sent.

25 Feb 2015 – Avalanches caused by a heavy winter snow killed at least 124 people in northeastern Afghanistan, an emergency official said Wednesday, as rescuers clawed through debris with their hands to save those buried beneath.
The avalanches buried homes across four northeast provinces, killing those beneath, said Mohammad Aslam Syas, the deputy director of the Afghanistan Natural Disaster Management Authority. The province worst hit appeared to be Panjshir province, about 100 km (60 miles) northeast of the capital, Kabul, where the avalanches destroyed or damaged around 100 homes, Syas said.

Paris Hilton’s Brother Reveals Spoiled Elite Mindset: “I will f–ing own anyone on this flight. They are f–ing peasants”
OK, so celebrity news is usually out of bounds here, but this story takes the cake.
It’s also a flashy tidbit from the up-and-comers in the ruling class that will be lording over the rest of us in the decades to come.
Several outlets today carried reports from a July incident on board a British Airways flight where Hilton hotel heir Conrad Hilton III set loose on a 10 hour tirade, complete with violent attempted attacks, death threats and sporadic insults at the passengers and crew. From the Washington Post:
Meet Conrad Hilton III, younger brother to Paris and some kind of royalty in his own mind, it appears.
Hilton is accused of causing a ruckus July 31 aboard a more than 10-hour British Airways flight from London to Los Angeles. Flight 269 landed safely in Los Angeles without being diverted, but Hilton is now facing federal charges.
After turning himself in, the 20-year-old, very wealthy man-child appeared in court Tuesday, accused of threatening the flight crew, smoking aboard the plane, making children cry with his profanity-laced tirades and calling everyone who dared be annoyed by his antics “peasants.”

“I told all of them I could get all of their jobs taken away in less than thirty seconds,” Hilton said, according to the complaint, as he recalled his interactions with flight attendants.
He credited a man at the back of the plane with stopping him from killing a flight attendant. “If that man wasn’t there, that guy [the flight attendant] would have been ____ killed on that flight. A hundred percent I would have killed him,” Hilton said.
All this, and more, was blamed on an alleged sleeping pill that Hilton’s lawyer Robert Shapiro claimed 20-year old Conrad had taken, causing him to act unlike himself. According to the complaint, Hilton was blocking the aisle and preventing the attendants from serving drinks during in-flight service. He reportedly:
complained that the flight attendants were ignoring him or “taking the peasants’ side.” He whined about being upset because he broke up with his girlfriend, one flight attendant said. He bragged that his daddy would bail him out of this situation as he had in the past.
And that was apparently before things really got ramped up. Throughout the tumultuous flight, as TMZ note, the FBI report claims that:
Witnesses told officials Conrad grabbed a flight attendant’s shirt and said, “I could get you all fired in 5 minutes. I know your boss! My father will pay this out. He has done it before. Dad paid $300k last time.”
According to witnesses, Conrad was heard yelling the following things during his meltdown:
— “If you wanna square up to me bro, then bring it and I will f*cking fight you.”
— “I am going to f*cking kill you.”
— “I will f*cking rip through you.”
– “I will f*cking own anyone on this flight; they are f*cking peasants.”Witnesses say … at one point during the flight, Conrad was ferociously punching the bulkhead of the plane … 10 centimeters from a flight attendant’s face.
Hilton displayed the arrogance and reckless behavior of a lesser Great Gatsby character of old, oblivious not only to the lives of the little people, but even oblivious to the work done by his predecessors who earned his inherited fortune he so obviously feels entitled to.
The report of the incident, based on an FBI interview with Conrad Hilton III, not only demonstrates a spoiled elite brat caught in a misbehaving scandal, it shines light on attitudes of those on the other side of the the ever-widening wealth gap – most of “them” are now miles away from “us” and exhibit a respective coldness towards the masses they have so little in common with.
The size of the wealth gap can hardly be overstated, with Forbes’ reporting that just 67 individuals hold a net worth equal to that of the world’s 3.5 billion poorest – less than 100 people have more money than the entire bottom half.
And while the Hilton family ranks as super rich, they don’t even come close to the richest. Hilton Hotels sold to Blackstone in 2007 for some $26 billion, which has since been split up among various heirs and other stakeholders.
