‘Whether WWIII will escalate or not will be determined Tomorrow! The Kiev Junta yesterday issued a 48 hour ultimatum for pro-Russian breakaways in the east, particularly Donetsk, to disband. Rumors about Russian Build-up are false. These rumors of 250,000 russian forces were spread by Ukrainian Ministry of Defense head Tehnyuk. But these rumors had the effect of Scaring, not Emboldening the Ukrainian military. Tehnyuk was sacked by the Junta and replaced by Koval; Koval is a political choice and a less capable military man. Today’s rumors are that 15,000 Russian soldiers are ‘amassed’ near the border. Yes, 15,000 are there, but they have always been there. It is Russia’s border, after all.
Russia has the ability to annex all of Eastern Europe but will not do so. Russia will act entirely within the sphere of international law, as set by precedent. Ukraine has no real military capacity, and its airforce is barely operational at 80 craft, many are just helicopters. Ukraine has no ICBM’s and no bombers.
USrael is sending in blackwater mercenaries, many of whom are Israeli special forces and US trained killers from Afghanistan and Iraq. This is further evidence that Kiev does not have full command of its own army. ”

Kiev has hired foreign mercenaries to take over law enforcement duties as well as covert operations in eastern Ukraine, as the country struggles to regain control of its security apparatus, economist Michel Chossudovsky told RT.
RT: Activists in Kharkov are saying that policemen from other Ukrainian regions arrived in the city and they were the ones, who provoked the violence. What were they trying to achieve in your opinion?
Michel Chossudovsky: First of all the Kiev government has lost control of its security forces, its law enforcement in Eastern Ukraine. And this, they’ve realized several weeks back, because Ukraine’s interim government confirmed they were hiring a private military company, named Greystone Ltd, a company that was founded by (former) British SAS in the heyday, but actually they’re bringing in private mercenaries, which are now most probably integrating with the police forces, but they are also acting outside the realm of official law enforcement agencies.
And witnesses said that these people came in, they could have been agents provocateurs, I suspect they were. They also integrate the US, NATO-supported military company which is acting in Eastern Ukraine.
At the same time there is also the role of the ultra conservative neo-Nazis factions in the government given the fact that we know that the two extreme right parties Svoboda and the Right Sector are in control of the committee for national security and defense, which plays a key role. And I would suspect that the government in Kiev is also divided between the ministry of interior on the one hand and the right wing extremists on the other.
RT: With protests swelling up in the south-east of the country, Kiev is threatening ‘a harsh response’. What does that mean do you think?
MC: First of all that government does not really control the shots. It is an instrument of the puppet masters namely the US, NATO, and to a lesser extent the EU. They obey orders and we have seen the position, they’ve taken with regard to the IMF reforms. They simply stated, we will accept whatever reforms are proposed to us by the IMF.
And essentially what they have accepted is the impoverishment of the entire population, from West to East, because that reform package is going to create a further process of impoverishment of a country which has already been impoverished in the course of the last 20 years.
This reform package essentially destroys the livelihood of the Ukrainian population and the people in Eastern Ukraine are now protesting against this government which is committed to implementing the IMF program. And they actually have acknowledged that this is going to impoverish the population.
RT: The Russian foreign ministry said that the most troubling thing is that there are mercenaries from an American private security firm among them. What do you think about this?
MC: I’m going by a report that was published on March 25 by a Russian news agency. It was based on the statements made by the interim government to the effect that a US private military company, in fact it is not a US registered private military company, it is registered somewhere in the Caribbean, on an island. It is Greystone Ltd., and this particular company was hired with a view to essentially taking over law enforcement activities as well as most probably covert operations in eastern Ukraine.
It is not in the interest of Russian government to see this process erupting in the form of a violent protest movement or a process that will ultimately destabilize eastern Ukraine. There is no evidence that the Russian government is in any way interfering with the unfolding events in eastern Ukraine. This is a spontaneous movement which is emanating from the grassroots, which also has considerable support within the Ukrainian population of eastern Ukraine.

We’re coming up on the anniversary of the Boston Marathon Bombing and there has been another shooting incident at Ft. Hood today and although details are still sketchy, it is eerie that the FBI apparently saw it coming, interviewed a suspect who threatened to commit this exact crime and then let him go right before this happened.

Not only did the FBI put out an alert a few weeks ago that a “Ft. Hood-inspired jihad” was “imminent” only to turn around and announce yesterday that this was “not an immediate threat,” but there were also nationwide jihad-style drills being held yesterday, and (at least in part) specifically in regard to “lone wolf” scenarios calling out the Ft. Hood shooting as an example.
Already there were early reports of two gunmen, but now there is only one and he has apparently been killed. Homeland Security is claiming there is no counter terrorism nexus. National media outlets are reporting that anywhere from three to 14 people have been injured. Again, details are emerging, but we will update as soon as we learn more.

LSD-Tainted Meat Sickens Family – Throwback to CIA Experiment

Just recently, police in Tampa Bay reported an entire family had to be hospitalized after meat purchased from their local Walmart was found to contain LSD—a psychoactive drug that causes intense hallucinations. Though unrelated, a case from more than 50 years ago shows just how serious LSD-tainted foods can be, particularly when they are administered by the CIA.
The Morales family of Tampa Bay had eaten bottom round steak for dinner one night last week. One by one, they fell ill.
The father, Ronnie, was the first. His pregnant girlfriend took him to St. Joseph’s hospital. While there, she also became ill and was rushed across the street to St. Joseph’s Women’s Hospital, where she was induced and delivered her baby.
Both children in the house,7-year old Elyana and 6-year old Rayna, experienced hallucinations and felt sick. The kids and their father had to receive tracheal intubation while hospitalized.
After collecting various foods from the home, officials discovered the meat had been contaminated with LSD. Though Walmart has received no other similar complaints, they are said to be cooperating fully with the investigation and removed all similar cuts of meat from that store location.
This isolated incident is frightening, to be sure, but it is nothing like the LSD contamination that took place in Pont-Saint-Esprit in southeast France in 1951. According to an American investigative journalist, it was there that the CIA laced local food with the hallucinogen to study mind control during the cold war.

On August 16, 1951, villagers began experiencing hallucinations. Five people died and dozens had to be institutionalized for their behavior and delusions. According to The Telegraph:
“One man tried to drown himself, screaming that his belly was being eaten by snakes. An 11-year-old tried to strangle his grandmother. Another man shouted: “I am a plane”, before jumping out of a second-floor window, breaking his legs. He then got up and carried on for 50 yards. Another saw his heart escaping through his feet and begged a doctor to put it back. Many were taken to the local asylum in strait jackets.”
Until recently, the prevailing theory was that the town’s baker contaminated the bread with ergot, a hallucinogenic mold. But H.P. Albarelli Jr. says it was a much more sinister cause. The bread mold was actually an excuse created and circulated by the Swiss pharmaceutical company who was supplying the CIA and U.S. Army with LSD.
According to Albarelli, interviews he conducted in the research phase of his book on CIA “Secret Cold War Experiments” revealed the true nature of the village’s brush with insanity. LSD wasn’t only put in the food, he alleges, but spread through the air.
Though the Tampa Bay case is likely far less sinister than this decades-old story out of France, we’d all do good to take some lessons from both—lessons in sourcing our foods locally and being aware that the risks inherent when we give up our control of the food supply are many.
