Evidence now confirms this global, covert aerosol operation is a sophisticated and powerful climate modification technology first conceived in 1958 when the military announced they would be able to control the climate using electromagnetic beams to heat and augment the atmosphere and ionosphere.

Jules Verne wrote about geoengineering the earth’s climate in 1889 in a sequel to “From the Earth to the Moon” called “The Purchase Of The North Pole”. Verne writes that the Baltimore Gun Club purchased large tracts of the Arctic then used the famous canon from the earth-to-the-moon to tilt the Earth’s axis. The goal was to establish a tropical paradise as a profitable tourist attraction at the North Pole while “improving” the entire global climate.

If Verne correctly predicted that man would travel from the earth to the moon, it should be no surprise that he also predicted that a small group of influential men would consider warming the climate for profit.

Verne could have been inspired by Harvard geologist Nathaniel Shaler who proposed diverting warm Atlantic water into the Arctic back in 1877 – a dozen years before Verne’s “fantastic”story was published.

Remember when Scientists Thought Arctic Warming was a Good Idea?

1962 Harry Wexler (March 15, 1911- 1962) was an MIT graduate and PhD in meteorology. Wexler had been researching the link connecting chlorine and bromine compounds to the destruction of the stratospheric ozone layers, but died of a heart attack while on vacation in Woods Hole, Mass. Wexler had already accepted an invitation to deliver a lecture entitled “The Climate of Earth and Its Modifications” at the University of Maryland Space Research and Technology Institute. ^(Source)

Wexler’s was last in a long line of ambitious proposals to warm the Arctic. Coincidently, his proposals were made at the same time the National Academy of Sciences was working to create a national weather modification program – a direction in which the military had already embarked in 1958.

“Global Warming” initiatives proposed by Wexler:

To increase the global temperature of the Earth by 1.7°C, “by injecting a cloud of ice crystals into the polar atmosphere by detonating 10 H-bombs in the Arctic Ocean – the subject of his 1958 article in Science magazine” (Wexler H., 1958, “Modifying Weather on a Large Scale,” Science, n.s. 128 (Oct. 31, 1958): 1059-1063).
To diminish the global temperature by 1.2°C could be doable, “by launching a ring of dust particles into equatorial orbit, a modification of an earlier Russian proposal to warm the Arctic”.
To destroy the ozone layer and hence increase abruptly the surface temperature of the Earth, by spraying “several hundred thousand tons of chlorine or bromine” with a stratospheric airplane. Fleming, 2007(a), pp. 56-57; Fleming, 2007(b), “note n° viii” p. 9 & p. 5 ⁽^source⁾

The decision to reverse direction from warming the arctic to cooling the arctic was announced in 1963 – the year following Wexler’s death when the National Academy of Sciences Committee on Atmospheric Sciences recommended appointment of a Panel on Weather & Climate Modification. ^{pg 2}

Prevailing Circumstances following WWII:

Operation Paperclip (Also called Operation Overcast) succeeded in recruiting scientists from Nazi Germany for employment in the US after WW II and led to the formation of NASA and the ICBM program.
The National Security Act passed in 1947 made possible the rise of the military industrial complex and creation of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA ) to increase opportunities for scientific experiments to be conducted without public knowledge or Congressional oversight.
Post-war advances in science and advanced physics opened up opportunities to develop concepts of advanced thinkers like Nikola Tesla that had been waiting on the shelf for over 50 years.
In 1958, military application of Tesla’s little known methods of electromagnetic manipulation of earth’s atmosphere was already underway. White House advisor on weather modification to President Eisenhower reported the DoD was studying ways to manipulate electrical charges of the earth and sky in order to manipulate the weather for purposes of national defense.
The rise of an informed and educated middle class looked down on proposals that employed nuclear detonations that became regarded as dangerous and arrogant. This is not to say that proposals to mediate the arctic climate were totally abandoned.

The BP disaster in the Gulf of Mexico demonstrates how Big Oil exists in a world of opportunistic pragmatism, no matter the risk to the environment. With an established record of corporate sociopathy, Big Oil would have little interest in what event would cause arctic ice to retreat as long as their long-held dream of new arctic navigation routes and access to previously ice-locked oil and gas reserves was realized. It could make marginal difference if the arctic temperatures rise due to (1) rising CO2 levels or (2) covert arctic climate manipulation.

This timeline of determined Geoengineering projects suggests the goal of mediating arctic climate remains a favorite goal of the fossil fuel industry.

1877 Harvard geologist Nathaniel Shaler proposed channeling more of the warm Kuroshio Current through the Bering Strait to raise temperatures in the Polar region by 30 degrees.

1912, New York Engineer and Industrialist, Carroll Livingston Riker proposed building a 200 mile jetty off Newfoundland to increase the Gulf Stream’s flow into to the Arctic Basin with the added benefit that it would “shift” the axis of planet earth. The New York Times characterized the proposal as “amazing”… but not insane.

1929: Hermann Oberth, German-Hungarian physicist and engineer; Proposed building giant mirrors on a space station to focus the Sun’s radiation on Earth’s surface, making the far North habitable and freeing sea lanes to Siberian harbors.

1945; Julian Huxley, biologist and Secretary-General of UNESCO 1946-48; Proposed exploding atomic bombs at an appropriate height above the polar regions to raise the temperature of the Arctic Ocean and warm the entire climate of the northern temperate zone.

1946 Village Voice article from 2005 reporting on theMay, 1946 issue of Mechanix Illustrated that featured several arctic-warming geoengineering proposals. One “brave new idea” was proposed by Julian Huxley, then the Secretary-General of UNESCO, and brother of Aldous Huxley, that would detonate atomic bombs to warm the Arctic.

1958; M. Gorodsky, Soviet engineer and mathematician, and Valentin Cherenkov, Soviet meteorologist; Proposed placing a ring of metallic potassium particles into Earth’s polar orbit to diffuse light reaching Earth and increase solar radiation to thaw the permanently frozen soil of Russia, Canada, and Alaska and melt polar ice.

1958; Arkady Markin, Soviet engineer; Proposed that the United States and Soviet Union build a gigantic dam across the Bering Strait and use nuclear power–driven propeller pumps to push the warm Pacific current into the Atlantic by way of the Arctic Sea. Arctic ice would melt, and the Siberian and North American frozen areas would become temperate and productive.

1958 Russian Oil engineer, P.M. Borisov’s proposed melting the Arctic and Greenland icecaps by spreading black coal dust on the ice, creating cloud-cover across the poles to trap heat and to divert warm Atlantic waters into the polar regions. This scheme was taken seriously by Soviet climatologists. Two conferences were held in Leningrad in the early 1960′s following an initial meeting in Moscow by the Presidium of the USSR Academy of Sciences in 1959.

1958 Atlantic Richfield geologist L.M. Natland, proposed exploding up to 100 underground nuclear bombs to mine the Alberta Oil Sands. Heat from the detonations was expected to boil the bitumen deposits, reducing their viscosity to the point that standard drilling operations could be used. The plan was encouraged by US efforts to find “peaceful uses” for atomic energy. The project was approved in 1959 but the Canadian government reversed their decision in 1962 and declared that Canada was opposed to all forms of nuclear testing. In 2012 the Canadian Tar Sands are, again an issue of international concern.

It remains largely unexplained why decades of optimism for warming the arctic was suddenly replaced with a campaign of fear and doom for the consequences of warming the arctic under the name of “Global Warming”

In the 1960’s Geoengineering proposals to warm the Arctic took a largely unexplained U-turn when oceanographer, Roger Revelle’s research concluded that carbon dioxide was already warming the climate for free and without the need for expensive and risky geoengineering projects.

This U-Turn of direction appeared to be a setback with the exception of those stakeholders in the energy sector who had been invested in arctic warming projects for decades. Did the CO2 story finally promise to give Exxon, BP and Shell what they wanted?

If the science of Roger Revelle’s forecast for global warming turned out to be wrong or too slow, the DoD could step in – for reasons of national security – to assist arctic warming as secret component of the military’s classified weather modification and weapons program.

The 1996 Air Force document that forecasts “Owning the Weather in 2025” would not rule out using Tesla and plasma technologies to increase arctic temperatures in order to disadvantage a perceived enemy. A decision not to intervene might betray the military’s primary objective of “Full Spectrum Dominance”. After all, access to Oil and Gas has been a national security priority for decades.

In 1966, Dr. Gordon J. F. MacDonald was Chairman of the ICAS Select Panel on Weather and Climate Modification and wrote:

“Carbon dioxide placed in the atmosphere since the start of the industrial revolution has produced an increase in the average temperature of the lower atmosphere of a few tenths of a degree Fahrenheit.” Gordon MacDonald “Unless Peace Comes: How to Wreck the Environment. ^Source

MacDonald was referring to Roger Revelle and Hans Suess paper that reversed the debate from how to warm the arctic to how to avoid warming the arctic. Revelle’s ocean research reported a rise in carbon dioxide in earth’s atmosphere was allegedly a result of industrial age manufacturing and coal-burning.^Source

Revelle had worked with the Navy in the late 1940’s to determine which projects gained funding and successfully promoted the idea that the Navy should invest more in “basic research”. Revelle was deeply involved in the global growth of oceanography. He was also one of the committee chairmen in the influential National Academy of Sciences studies of the “Biological Effects of Atomic Radiation” (BEAR), 1954-1964. Revelle’s world influence was significant as president of the Scientific Committee on Oceanic Research, an international group of scientists devoted to advising on international projects. Revelle and other scientists at Scripps Institution of Oceanography helped the U.S. government to plan nuclear weapons tests so that oceanographers might make use of the data. ^Source

The conclusions of the BEAR report were understandably significant for demonstrating the harmful biological and environmental damage of atomic radiation and could easily suffice to thwart geoengineering projects that recommended detonating H-bombs. But the evidence is weak that all intentions to mediate arctic climate was totally abandoned.

If the fundamental goal to warm the arctic remains an unspoken priority of national security in the energy sector, the project could be taken out of public view and committee oversight to become a classified operation in the development of the military’s weather warfare program – an initiative that was acknowledged by civilian weather modification programs formalized by the 1966 NASA and ICAS charter.

The flip-flop from finding ways to warm the arctic to suddenly finding ways to keep the arctic from warming was announced in 1963 – the year following the sudden death of Meteorologist, Harry Wexler. Having total awareness of the military’s 1958 weather weapons program, the National Academy of Sciences (NAS) recommended the appointment of a “Panel on Weather and Climate Modification”. ^source This event could serve to consolidate military and civilian weather modification programs for peaceful purposes or – if necessary – as covert weather modification and even climate warming operations secretly carried out by the military under the catch-all justification of “national security”.

FOLLOW THE MONEY: Lobbyists for Big Oil publicly claim Global Warming is a hoax while quietly investing billions in new drilling opportunities due to the reality of receding arctic ice. The energy sector has made huge investments in ice-breakers and drilling equipment to profit from the very global warming they are reluctant to acknowledge. The position of having your cake while eating it is essential. When arctic climate warming is revealed as a military climate modification operation, big oil can fall back on “we told you so”. Since governments may come and go over the next 100 years, they calculate the demand for oil – and the companies who drill for it – will remain intact.

1966 – NASA: A Recommended National Program in Weather Modification – A report to the Independent Committee for Atmospheric Sciences (ICAS) by Homer E. Newell – Associate administrator for Space Science and Applications, NASA, Washington, DC.

In 1966, a report from NASA to ICAS (Independent Committee for Atmospheric Sciences of the National Academy of Sciences, NAS) was the first step in establishing a national Weather modification program that would ultimately involve multiple federal agencies. The report focused on four initial agencies: ESSA, NSF, NASA, and the Dept. of Interior’s Bureau of Reclamation.

Under Recommended Principals it was noted that (a) each agency would be independently funded while stressing inter-agency cooperation in research. Independent funding of agencies could make the program less conspicuous and more difficult for Congress to defund. Also, new agencies could be brought on board without high profile budget hearings. (b) A designated “central” agency – while having responsibility for focusing the national program – would not have any real authority to implement programs, leaving those decisions to probable unidentified civilian lobbyists and DoD “stakeholders”.

Although the theme of the ICAS report is in the context of protecting water, agriculture, forests, lands and natural resources, the knowledge gained from climate manipulation was of more immediate interest to the military and their industrial complex.

Thirty years following the creation of the Nation Program in Weather Modification, the US Air Force published a document (“Owning The Weather in 2025” ) establishing that federal agencies involved in the National Weather Modification program are under tacit authority of the Department of Defense.

Owning the Weather in 2025 – Opening Statement: Current technologies that will mature over the next 30 years will offer anyone who has the necessary resources the ability to modify weather patterns and their corresponding effects, at least on the local scale. Current demographic, economic, and environmental trends will create global stresses that provide the impetus necessary for many countries or groups to turn this weather-modification ability into a capability.

In the United States, weather-modification will likely become a part of national security policy with both domestic and international applications. Our government will pursue such a policy, depending on its interests, at various levels. These levels could include unilateral actions, participation in a security framework such as NATO, membership in an international organization such as the UN, or participation in a coalition. Assuming that in 2025 our national security strategy includes weather-modification, its use in our national military strategy will naturally follow. Besides the significant benefits an operational capability would provide, another motivation to pursue weather-modification is to deter and counter potential adversaries.

In this paper we show that appropriate application of weather-modification can provide battlespace dominance to a degree never before imagined. For over 100 years, experts and authors were advocating geoengineering projects warm the arctic. The public, at large, was entertained by these concepts even when suggestions to detonate hydrogen bombs over the north pole were advocated by a nationally recognized weather expert in 1962.

It’s revealing that initial proposals to solve the newly discovered CO2 “warming” problem had less to do with cutting back on carbon emissions and more to do with a rush to release toxic atmospheric aerosols without first, researching the hazards. The specter of polluting the atmosphere, blocking sunlight and causing the release of huge volumes of CO2 from the jet aircraft aerosol sorties is an obvious public health and strategic concern that requires years of research that the government was unwilling to legislate and fund. Therefore, the impatience with which these chemical aerosol schemes were promoted suggests that emergency steps to cool the planet with aerosols was never the primary mission.

Trojan Horse?: Under the military’s vision to Own the Weather Weather in 2025 atmospheric warming with ionospheric and plasma weapons is an established capability. The numerous agencies inside the National Weather and Climate Modification program are actively guarding the military’s aerosol and energy weapons program with stiff denials to the public and media whenever the issue of “chemtrails” is a story on local radio or TV stations.

It’s unacceptable that the UN/IPCC continue to push CO2 as the cause for climate change but refuse to acknowledge the military has been actively engaged in climate modification since the mid 1990′s?

An abrupt reversal of policy from promoting arctic climate mediation to preventing Global Warming resulted in ideas that both polluted the atmosphere AND became a source of Global Warming.

Just as the ICAS/NASA National Weather Modification program is being formalized the record shows most ideas to cool the planet suddenly involve bazaar schemes to spray or disburse particles, biology and dust into the atmosphere and oceans. These are the same people who – just a few months earlier, were eagerly lining up to hear Wexler talk about ways to warm the planet with hydrogen bombs, destruction of the OZONE and orbital particles.

While most of us realize that many of these proposals from respected experts would be catastrophic to the environment, not all of these draconian ideas have been rejected, even as increasing evidence determines that deploying chemicals into the atmosphere does more harm than good.

In 1968, Gordon J. F. MacDonald authored a chapter in “Unless Peace Comes“ where he correctly predicted that future means of obtaining national objectives by force hinges on man’s ability to control and manipulate the environment of planet Earth.

“When achieved, this power over his environment will provide man with a new force capable of doing great and indiscriminate damage. Our present primitive understanding of deliberate environmental change makes it difficult to imagine a world in which geophysical warfare is practised. Such a world might be one in which nuclear weapons were effectively banned and the weapons of mass destruction were those of environmental catastrophe. As I will argue, these weapons are peculiarly suited for covert or secret wars.”

“To consider the consequences of environmental modification in struggles among nations, we need to consider the present state of the subject and how postulated developments in the field could lead, ten to fifty years from now, to weapons systems that would use nature in new and perhaps unexpected ways. “

More Than Owning the Weather in 2025

The confidence and enthusiasm expressed in the USAF 1996 document: Owning the Weather in 2025 was supported by the advent of scalar weapons technologies during the Reagan Star War years. The document promises: “weather-modification can provide battlespace dominance to a degree never before imagined. The “never before imagined” comment speaks directly to the HAARP ionospheric heater facility, the Bernard Eastlund patents and military strategies for global military dominance. In his 2011 book, Here on Earth: A Natural History of the Planet, scientist and author, Tim Flannery reminds us that proposals to melt the Icecaps were advanced after World War II by reputable figures including the first director-general of UNESCO (Julian Huxley-1946), by a top official at the U.S. Weather Bureau, and by a Russian oil engineer Petr Mikhailovich Borisov. Scientific conferences debated the merits, while mining and energy corporations contemplated the use of nuclear detonations in the extraction of coal and oil.

Reputable figures in the international community saw an opportunity to detonate nuclear weapons as a novel and constructive way to geoengineer the Arctic. The prevailing rationale to justify method included: (1) The arctic is nearly too cold to be habitable by humans (2) The polar ice cap blocks valuable shipping lanes. (3) The expanses of frigid water up North contributes to uncomfortably cold winters in many countries. (4) difficulty of drilling for oil through ice.

The idea was publicly floated as a “peaceful use” of atomic weapons.

Flannery offers this example as evidence of humanity’s seeming propensity for hastening its own extinction.

Russian Oil engineer, P.M. Borisov’s Proposed Method of Melting the Arctic Icecap

Borisov’s idea: If the Arctic ice is once melted much less of the sun’s radiation will be reflected out into space and therefore the arctic ice cap will not re-form. An ice-free Arctic Ocean would be a great boon to oceanic shipping, especially between Europe and East Asia. Much land in northern Canada and Siberia would be freed of permafrost and made suitable for agriculture. Borisov believed that an ice-free Arctic Ocean would lead to increased evaporation of water and hence increased rainfall worldwide, including the region of Sahara Desert leading to grass growing there. Borisov considers all of the impacts of the melting of the Arctic ice cap to be beneficial. He asserts that the melting of the Greenland ice cap would raise sea levels at a rate of only 1.5 to 2 mm per year.

This scheme was taken seriously by Soviet climatologists. Two conferences were held in Leningrad in the early 1960′s following an initial meeting in Moscow by the Presidium of the USSR Academy of Sciences in 1959. Borisov’s suggestions to warm the arctic included:

Covering great areas of the Arctic with black powders such as coal dust (G. Veksler, 1959) (Carbon Black?)

In a related scheme, a proposal was floated to store nuclear waste in the Antarctic. The plan would allow specially designed canisters of hot radioactive waste to melt down through the ice until it reached the “ice-rock interface” where it would supposedly remain in cold storage for 250,000 years.

The World is Waking Up to State Crimes of Climate Warming and Violent Weather by Combinations of Powerful Electromagnetic Energy Weapons and Aerosol Geoengineering

It was in the mid- 1990′s when the US public a were suddenly confronted with unexplained changes in the sky that included bazaar new cloud formations and new types of jet contrails that persisted in the skies for hours even while the relative humidity was very low at the altitudes where the jets were flying. These observed changes were coincident with events following the 1994 E-Systems purchase of APTI, also holder of plasma physicist, Bernard Eastlund’s patents and contracts to build the world’s largest ionospheric heater (HAARP).

The history of the 1966 National weather Modification Program and the coincidence of events around the time of bazaar new cloud formations is sufficient reason to pursue the relationship of persistent jet aerosols to the ionospheric heater experiments at the HAARP facility and Gakona, AK, Aricebo, PR and many more similar facilities brought online in recent years.

The ongoing depletion of earth’s protective OZONE layer is a known risk to manipulation of the ionosphere with powerfully heated beams of electromagnetic radiation. Pollution from the Shuttle missions, alone has accounted for rapid ozone depletion according to NASA’s own documents.

Further damage results when chemical aerosols deployed over either polar region traps heat in the troposphere resulting in a rise in surface temperatures to endanger normal formation of seasonal ice with an associated plunge in stratospheric temperatures into the range of -109 deg. F. with the formation of chemically contaminated ice crystals that react with sunlight to further deplete the OZONE.

From 2009 to 2012 persistent jet chemical aerosols are clearly observed over the North Polar regions on many satellite images and ground-based photographs. It is no surprise that NASA now reports new OZONE depletion in far northern latitudes where none was previously detected.

It’s no secret that government agencies, the military and commercial interests of the US and abroad have invested in a radical scalar system of weather modification that is now revealed to have far too many unintended negative consequences to sustain life on earth.

Continuation of this vast and terra-deforming aerosol geoengineering operation will only confirm that one agenda is to deplete the arctic ice – a concept that has been embraced by influential men, Oil companies and nations for nearly 100 years.

The government, military, IPCC, UN and corporate stakeholders can no longer pretend to be desperately concerned about global warming and climate change while the world is waking up to realize these same entities are participating in the deployment of electromagnetic weapons and aerosols of massive climate destruction as a monstrous and Orwellian hoax on humanity.

The test involves swilling and holding some red wine in your mouth for approx 30 secs or until you feel the tingling sensation in your mouth. Spit out the wine into a white bowl for examination…. The materials disbursed in stratospheric aerosol geoengineering operations contain a combination of ionizable metallic salts, filaments, gel-type materials, and crystals. These are the longstanding and deeply interrogated observations of independent environmental research scientist Clifford Carnicom given on a December 10 conference call organized by GlobalSkywatch.com director Russ Tanner. During the meeting, coincidentally held on International Human Rights Day, Carnicom asserted that because the system of responsible government has failed, the immediate collective efforts of citizens are necessary “to claim their rights upon this planet.”[1]

His remarks were made just three months after his presentation at the Consciousness Beyond Chemtrails conference held in Los Angeles last summer. In that talk, “Geoengineering and Bioengineering: The Unmistakable Link,” Carnicom upheld his research detecting such a correlation. “’Is there a direct relationship between the alteration of living systems (us) and ecosystems (the environment)?’” he asks. “My answer is unequivocally, ‘Yes.’”

Mr. Carnicom’s work began in 1999 when he noted clear changes in the skies overhead. He has since produced a large body of sound and meticulous yet accessible research reports examining the nature and contents of such aerosols, all of which are available at carnicominstitute.org.

The implications of his observations—that virtually every breathing organism is an unwitting participant in a massive biological experiment of unknown purpose—have proven terrifying enough to prevent many individuals from even tentatively considering his investigations and hypotheses. “There’s a personal journey everyone has to take about the reality of this,” Carnicom told call participants.

The most well-known manifestation of such nano-biologicals is the oft-misunderstood Morgellons ailment, an especially unusual and disturbing condition marked by painful dermal lesions through which such nano-fibers protrude. Tammy, a participant on the conference call suffering from Morgellons who became intimately informed about the sickness because of Carnicom’s work, asked if the broader population was also susceptible.

“I want to be as accurate as possible if I’m going to make a public declaration,” Carnicom stated. “The diplomatic way of saying this is that the evidence indicates that the general population is subject to the very same symptoms that Tammy is experiencing.”

How can one determine whether they are an unknowing subject of bioengineering? In 2008 Carnicom presented a simple technique developed by naturopathic physician Gwen Scott for the lay population to detect the presence of nano-fibers in their bodies. A mouthwash consisting of two teaspoons dry red wine and one teaspoon hydrogen peroxide vigorously applied for five minutes yielded observable clumps of fibrous strands comprised of an “encasing filament, sub-micron filament network, Chlamydia-like structures and the ‘hybrid form’” in fourteen subjects tested from diverse geographic locations across the US. According to Carnicom such organisms “have now been discovered repeatedly across all major body systems and functions, including skin, blood, hair, saliva, dental(gum), digestive, ear and urinary samples.” [2]

US Government’s Conflicted Interest

Shortly after Carnicom began his research in the late 1990s major government and corporate entities with probable ties to this program made numerous repeated visits to the researcher’s website. Their interest suggests the threat Carnicom’s investigations posed in making such programs publicly known. IP addresses employed to peruse the site included offices as high as the Secretary of Defense and Air Force Headquarters, as well as over one dozen US Air Force bases, several US-based research laboratories, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and the corporate offices of Lockheed, Boeing, Merck Pharmaceuticals, Arco Chemical, Kaiser Permanente, and the Mayo Clinic.[3]

Yet such curiosity fails to permeate the US agencies entrusted with the preservation of the environment and public health. Even though Carnicom is producing especially valuable research and has persistently called for regulatory intervention on the public’s behalf, the EPA and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have been wholly dismissive of his findings and requests to actively enforce existing laws intended to protect the environment and public health. Nor have these agencies presented comparable evidence of their own refuting Carnicom’s findings and justifying their failure to act upon the standards under which they are purportedly governed.

For example, when Carnicom sent the EPA samples of fibrous pollutants for analysis several years ago the agency responded, “It is not our policy to identify unsolicited materials.” Carnicom characterized this key instance of bureaucratic denial as “a powerhouse of innuendo and obfuscation that has never been resolved. When you have a specific mission statement you do not adopt a policy that suits the person in office at the time.”

Along these lines in early 2012 the CDC announced the findings of its inquiry into Morgellons by stating that it could not identify an origin for the fibers and concluding that individuals demonstrably suffering from the condition were “delusional.” Environmental writer Randy Ananda commented that the obfuscation merely provided cover for the Department of Defense’s ongoing experimentation.[4]

The US Government and Human Experimentation

The US government and military have long possessed the capacity and demonstrated the will to violate the Nuremberg Code by using nerve, biological, and radiological agents on unsuspecting human subjects.The fluoridation of public water supplies and above-ground nuclear testing are but a few dramatic and irrefutable examples. The premeditated will to do so further resounds in the government’s overt sponsorship of over 700 Nazi scientists under Operation Paperclip. The fruits of their research included the noxious and debilitating mycoplasma stealth pathogen derived from the brucellosis bacterium that likely infects many today.

Further, the US military’s ability to administer lethal substances on civilian populations is well established. In 1969 testimony before the House Defense Appropriations Committee the Pentagon’s Deputy Director of Research and Technology Dr. Donald MacArthur explained how “[l]ethal chemicals … about ten times more potent than the most toxic of World War I gases” could be released “in artillery shells or bombs, rockets, or you can deliver them from spray tanks … [T]o attack a complete city of many millions of people,” MacArthur continued, “let’s say a densely populated city like New York—it would take 300 to 400 tons efficiently dispersed to immobilize the city.”[5]

There are likewise numerous historical instances of the US government using citizens as nothing short of guinea pigs. For example, in 1994 Freedom of Information Act requests forced the US Army to divulge how in the mid-1950s it sprayed hundreds of pounds of zinc cadmium sulfide into a densely populated and predominantly black district of St. Louis.

“I’m wondering if it got into our system,” said former resident Lisa Martino-Taylor, who lost four brothers and sisters to cancer early in their lives and suspects that radioactive particulates were mixed with the metallic substance. “When I learned about the testing, I thought ‘Oh my god. If they did that, there’s no telling what else they’re hiding.’”

The Army claimed that it only used blowers atop buildings to distribute the toxins. Yet a resident of another targeted neighborhood in St. Louis, Mary Helen Brindell,

recalled a summer day playing baseball with other kids in the street when a squadron of green Army planes flew close to the ground and dropped a powdery substance. She went inside, washed it off her face and arms, and then went back out to play. Over the years Brindell has battled four types of cancer—breast, thyroid, skin and uterine. “I feel betrayed,” said Brindell, who is white. “We pointed our finger during the Holocaust, and we do something like this?[6]

With such instances in mind the question is no longer, “Would the government partake in such human experimentation that may be injurious or fatal to its own population?” It is instead, “What safeguards and systems of accountability exist that would prevent the government from using members of the general population as unwitting lab animals?” The bureaucratic shenanigans of the EPA and CDC and the abandonment of their respective mandates to protect the environment and public health make the answer more than obvious.

“Our World Has Been Transformed”

In a 2011 paper Carnicom demonstrates how the filament samples likely originating from aerial spraying are identical to those found in Morgellons’ victims. “The fact that this traces itself to a repeatedly occurring environmental sample represents, in my opinion, the worst crime in human history.”[7]

Indeed, such observations suggest how the unspeakable horrors of Dacchau and Auschwitz are not the stuff of a seemingly distant historical past. As Carnicom’s deep research suggests, such profound crimes have been resurrected in the skies above and worlds within. “Our biology is being negatively affected by this intrusion into our lives,” Carnicom warns, “whether it will be fifteen or fifty years.”

Drawing a conclusion to his remarks on the GlobalSkywatch call, Mr. Carnicom responded to an attendee articulating frustrations shared by many conscious and concerned citizens. “How do we get this to stop? How do we get the government to respond to us?”

“I will be inadequate in terms of what I can offer,” Carnicom began.

I have an obligation as a human being to do what is within my means to make the world a better place. As an individual I have that obligation, and so I do that to the best of my ability, so much so that it has occupied the past 15 years of my life and I have to spend a good part of it managing a non-profit. I’m one person that has certain particular talents and a background. I’m not the best public speaker in the world. I’m not the best activist in the world. I’m not the best money raiser in the world. But I do some things hopefully reasonably well.

To start answering this question I have to extend it to each one of you. Do you remember the old JFK [challenge]? I know it’s a cliché but clichés sometimes have some meaning. “Ask not what your country can do for you. Ask what you can do for your country.” Just skip the patriotic aspect of it and ask yourself what you’re going to do.The first thing that I would do is extend to every one of us the necessity for involvement and using your talents.

The second thing is that our world has been transformed now. Normal things don’t work. Frustration does not eliminate the call for duty that exists upon each of us … This is more a level of consciousness and awareness; of planting a seed, but the level that is going to be required is so different in this world than anything that has been imagined in terms of the demand for the right to a healthful and peaceful existence on this planet. It’s going to have to happen at a level that we’re not thinking of right now because the normal processes are not working. The Million Man March doesn’t cut it. I wish that I could answer simply what it is going to be. But it is going to [require] a shift in consciousness and awareness that is so forthright and direct that all of the games and manipulations–and the business of three, four, six companies controlling the media–no longer works and no longer applies. I don’t want for it to be decades in our future.

Are you Afraid of Bacteria? You Shouldn’t be – Here’s Why

Washing your hands has proven to be a fantastic way to protect yourself and others from illness. If doctors hadn’t started washing their hands before operating, who knows where we would be today. But there is some concern that too strict adherence to hygiene could lead to other forms of illness by not giving the immune system a “workout” to get stronger.

The “Hygiene Hypothesis”

Known as the “hygiene hypothesis,” researchers defend that limited exposure to viruses, parasites and bacteria is necessary for the immune system to grow and become stronger. According to Dr. Graham A.W. Rook, a professor at the Center for Clinical Microbiology at the University College in London, a predisposition towards excessive hygiene may lead to a number of specific health conditions. Among these conditions, he noted autoimmune problems such as multiple sclerosis and type 1 diabetes, Chron’s disease, inflammatory bowel disorder, and serious allergic reactions. Health experts state that country kids are much less likely to have immune system problems than city kids.

As long as there have been humans, there has been dirt. Those that support the hygiene hypothesis believe that mud, untreated water and feces exposure were early training tools for immune system development. With the passing of time, it has become evident that the bugs people were once exposed to were for a purpose, to keep the immune system in balance. Without this exposure, the immune system begins to go after things that are not really enemies.

One study published in the journal of Science reports that exposure to microbes when young helps with disease resistance later in life. Adult exposure to the same microbes did not present the same results. In particular, immune cells in the digestive tract and the lungs were affected. This means that if these cells are not trained early through exposure to microbes, experiencing a number of respiratory and digestive problems later on in life could be the result. This includes an increase in allergies and asthma.

Through becoming less afraid of dirt and bacteria you will not only give your immune system the training it needs, but also cut down on exposure to dangerous chemicals like triclosan – found in antibacterial soap. Triclosan dangers are many, with the chemical even shown to weaken the heart and body within 1 hour: impairing essential muscle contractions and resulting in a 25 percent reduction in heart function in one study.

The hygiene hypothesis is not a license to go live with the pigs; good sanitation and hygiene is essential to keeping major diseases such as dysentery and cholera at bay. However, parents who cringe when their children come in from playing outdoors covered in mud…well, shouldn’t. Don’t be afraid of getting a little dirty. Bacteria is essential for immunity.

Morgellons Syndrome: A Programmed Matrix System

Part I

An Ecological Environmental Evolution is facing humanity today. Many citizens are beginning to see the changes in the environment, in the air, water, land mass and in living organisms. Many plant/tree wilt diseases are giving us clues, but we still cannot believe that plants, trees and insects have and do carry viruses and pheromones that recognize their preys in humans by scent. Many people with Morgellons first noticed some type of bug bite or what felt like a bug bite. These bugs often fly at our faces, they recognize a prey pheromone in us. That means universal pheromone proteins, non coding RNA, or promoter, reporter, or induction gene similar to its prey, so when bit, even more DNA is dumped into our bodies. This begins a pathological type condition that is typical of Morgellons.

MRG, in general, believes that Morgellons syndrome involves five criteria that are present in the symptoms and are seen in many images and petri dishes. This involves Spheres, Filaments, (including a conducting filament, plus other sizes); Hexagons, a BioFilm and an Organism.

In more detail, we have narrowed down some descriptions and the most current information available. Morgellons was created in labs around the world, released into the environment, thereby modifying the human genome. This was done through GMO foods, artificial sugars, flavors, colors, geoengineering, university field releases, pharma field releases, herbicides, pesticides and transgenic wildlife, evolutionary experiments and use of transposon mobile genetic elements. This has altered and/or killed trees, plants, animals and humans. This along with heat shock proteins have provided capacitors for adaptation and selection of living organisms to either cooperate, face the painful consequences, or cheat the new paradigm. This is Human Bionano Technical Tyranny.

Our five criteria are:

1.Sphere, Particles (RNA protocell) forms the guiding RNA. Dark matter and melanin. Protocell from Bacteria/Eukaryota/Archaea and/or artificial/synthetic material hybridize to human cells/chromosomes/histones, Quantum dot particles/metalloid nanoparticles.

2. Filaments (CB001) cyanobacteria or PNAs (glycine). Short Telechelic Polymers connect the network, carries the protocells or quantum dots for signals. (a). colored filaments, (protofibrils developed from monomers, amphiphiles and bolamphiphiles) can be sensors and trackers). Nanowires, Nanotubes and Polymers can form smaller filaments.

3. Hexagons (crystallized forms or crystallized proteins from sphere monomer) which form dimers (2 hexs etc) are part of the formation of the filaments) and crystallized protein or alloprotein metalloids can be present in these forms.

4. Biofilm (agrobacterium-like gall) can form a callous, possibly fungal/yeast/slime/rhizoid/algae filamentous structure in connection with an embryo/spore forming gymnosperm or angiosperm.

5. Organism (FL1953 Protomyxzoa) lives under the filamentous biofilm, a form created by the filamentous structures and contact with mucous and fluids in the human body. Using the human as symbiotic host. Pleomorphism or morphology of biological/inorganic forms.

We are concentrating on the spheres and the filaments. Researchers have sent specimens to Labs for fungal identification and those have been reviewed. . This includes fusarium, aspergillis, cladosporium, and other fungi. However, this seems to be a cofactor in the Morgellons Syndrome manifestation. We have sent a Protozoan-like specimen to a lab, and this could not be identified as any known protozoan. We have had hexagons analyzed showing chlorine and oxygen and metalloid hexagons as well showing iridium, antimony and other metals.

We have found information on protocells and how they were created. RNA protocells seem to be the spheres. We will begin with types of Protocells. Below are requirements for protocells”

The Origins of Cellular Life

“Understanding the origin of cellular life on Earth requires the discovery of plausible pathways for the transition from complex prebiotic chemistry to simple biology, defined as the emergence of chemical assemblies capable of Darwinian evolution. We have proposed that a simple primitive cell, or protocell, would consist of two key components: a protocell membrane that defines a spatially localized compartment, and an informational polymer that allows for the replication and inheritance of functional information”………..

Recent studies of vesicles composed of fatty-acid membranes have shed considerable light on pathways for protocell growth and division, as well as means by which protocells could take up nutrients from their environment. Additional work with genetic polymers has provided insight into the potential for chemical genome replication and compatibility with membrane encapsulation. The integration of a dynamic fatty-acid compartment with robust, generalized genetic polymer replication would yield a laboratory model of a protocell with the potential for classical Darwinian biological evolution, and may help to evaluate potential pathways for the emergence of life on the early Earth. Attempts have been made to solve the initial protocell of life, however, these protocells are becoming part of the environment, today, as if a new evolutionary direction is being taken to bring in the artificial protocell of RNA to be used for an “autonomous adaptive system” within the Extracellular Matrix in the human body. Why such a request for a “protocell”? They have been created. Many with Morgellons have what is called “pseudovesicles” which most likely are biofilms that calcify and make callouses. These callouses are both inorganic and organic.

These vesicles self assemle and form Protocells. These can group together, under skin forming a new vesicle which can be called a ‘pseudovesicle” or false vesicle. Once the protocell is formed, the information carried is transferred to the system. And these protocells can replicate. The amphiphiles are in layers. The vesicles self assemble into protocells. They cluster or separate by repulsion or attraction to water. It appears that the amphiphiles and vesicles work together to form the protocell cluster which can be altered by EM, RF or possibly light wave. In the image one can see where inorganic and organic forms become part of the protocell. Fatty acids are important in the formation of the vesicles, which have been seen on Morgellon’s sufferers as small white pearly bumps. Some are red as these vesicles push other cells out of the way. These vesicles grow and accumulate in protocells forming the biofilm like structures.

From Self-Assembled Vesicles to Protocells

Self-assembled vesicles are essential components of primitive cells. We review the importance of vesicles during the origins of life, fundamental thermodynamics and kinetics of self-assembly, and experimental models of simple vesicles, focusing on prebiotically plausible fatty acids and their derivatives. We review recent work on interactions of simple vesicles with RNA and other studies of the transition from vesicles to protocells. Finally we discuss current challenges in understanding the biophysics of protocells, as well as conceptual questions in information transmission and self-replication.

For synthetic biologists, a useful operational definition of life is “a self-sustaining chemical system capable of Darwinian evolution,” which was adopted by the Exobiology program of NASA (Joyce 1994). In the quest to build a simple living system, much recent interest has focused on encapsulating a genetic or metabolic system inside membrane vesicles (Deamer and Dworkin 2005; Luisi et al. 1999; Morowitz et al. 1988; Ourisson and Nakatani 1994; Szostak et al. 2001). Vesicles are supramolecular aggregates containing an aqueous interior that is separated from the bulk solution by one or more bilayers of amphiphiles.

Thermodynamics of Self-Assembly of Amphiphiles

Self-assembled structures of amphiphiles are the result of a balance of attractive and repulsive forces. Amphiphiles tend to aggregate because of the hydrophobic effect, which stems primarily from the strong attraction of water for itself (Tanford 1973). Nonpolar solutes disrupt the isotropic hydrogen bonding of water, causing an entropic loss at the solute-water interface. Therefore nonpolar molecules tend to aggregate to minimize the interface (direct attractive interactions, such as van der Waals forces, play a relatively small role). In the absence of a repulsive force, the hydrophobic effect would lead to bulk-phase separation. However, repulsion among amphiphiles resulting from sterics (e.g., among hydrated head groups) or electrostatics favors the formation of structured assemblages.

These protocells we believe have been released into the environment. A forced/adaptive non coding RNA protocell to reverse transcriptase and control the human genome involves Epigenetics. This is being done by glycosylation, ubiquination, acetylation, phosphorylation and methylation. This can be called Transformation, or “survival of the fittest”. However, the down side is the consequences. Morgellons Syndrome is one of the consequences. In every forced/directed evolution, there are casualties. These can happen fast, not like the so-called evolutionary concept. Below is an article describing protocells made from lipids and takes us into the molecular world. Humans have lipids.

Model Protocells from Single-Chain Lipids

Membranes are important cellular constituents, allowing for processes such as ATP synthesis and neurochemical signal-transduction. Due to the long evolutionary history of cellular membranes, they are highly complex assemblies consisting primarily of double-chain lipids, sterols, and transmembrane spanning proteins. This level of complexity is necessary to create an impermeable barrier that allows for both the generation of electrochemical gradients and for the specific transfer of molecules across the membrane. In other words, contemporary cells are capable of maintaining a strong barrier between their internal contents and the extracellular space while retaining the ability to specifically absorb or release desired molecules through the use of transmembrane spanning proteins. The result is an asymmetric, nonequilibrium distribution of molecules that can be harnessed for physiological purposes. Clearly, Earth’s first cell-like structures did not already posses such complexity. Instead, more simple membrane systems likely existed that exhibited many of the characteristics that modern biological membranes possess without relying on genetically encoded transport systems.”

Many researchers have questioned the use of protocells, today. What is the purpose? Finding the basis of the cell at the beginning of life is one thing, but there is concern over the use of the synthetic forms and even the biological forms.

The creation of fully autonomous protocells is only a matter of
time.
Protocells are capturing growing public attention. New companies for creating
artiﬁcial life forms are now being created in Europe and America,
and the commercial and scientiﬁc advances are attracting increasing media attention.
The increasing pace of breakthroughs in protocell science will increasingly heighten
public interest in their broader implications.
The prospect of creating protocells raises some pressing social and ethical issues.
Protocells will offer new beneﬁts to individuals and to society and vast new eco-

and the environment, as well as to transgress cultural and moral norms.

Because protocells are living matter created from nonliving matter, they will be unlike any
previous technology humans have created, and their development will take society

One has to wonder just who these stakeholders are, in the creation of these protocells, as in the Morgellons Study done by the CDC.

We have found in Morgellons sufferers DNA/cell/chromosome/histone damage. Some people have severe skin damage, much scarring, and we do have “pseudovesicles”. We have dimers, we have scarred blood cells and many are losing blood cells. We have forms that should not appear in humans. We have clawed forms, tubes within tubes, telechelic polymers and filaments wrapped around fat cells. We have abdominal swelling from filaments clustered in the abdomen. Twisted colons pushing up into the diaphram have required surgery. There are left handed DNA present in descendents of those with initial stages of Morgellons. Babies are born with Morgellons. Many people have died from Morgellons.

One of our researchers found where all of a sudden the discovery of AEG in Cyanobacteria has caused surprise in the Scientific Community. Why should it? This AEG has been synthesized, already. When real science is shown, then those who have already created synthetic life from the lab, are surprised. Was the deed uncovered? Please read and judge for yourself. From our studies cyanobacteria was used in the model for human multicellular protocell or minimal cell creation.

In looking for what the spheres present in Morgellon lesions are, we come close to identifying them as “protocells” or vesicles. For scientist to find that AEG is in cyanobacteria, then, something is amiss. When we find that AEG or N-(2Aminoethyl) Glycine which makes Peptide Nucleic Acids or PNAs then we know that these were made in lab from chemicals, a synthetic form. So, did evolution happen as is described? Or is it being put in process now? It appears that human Intermediate filaments, microfilaments and microtubules are being reprocessed into synthetic material or inorganic material. This means by not informing the public of the real fossils found of previous life on the planet speculating scientists created their own scenarios, theories and hypotheses. So, to publish papers that have no merit, declaring possible intermediates that could have existed or not, was based on what was called a theory, not proven, so as to create what would could be said to have existed in evolutionary times. The proof is in the cyanobacteria. Always has been, but no LUCA (last universal common ancestor) was ever established, because there was none.

So, cyanobacteria CB001 was used in the construction of the Morgellon protocell. This protocell would be claimed to have existed before. This is not acceptable. We know it was created in the lab. Images here show the microsphere or the “protocell”. These are spontaneous and if released even with “field studies” or by aerosol operations, this has changed the environment, thereby changing the human species. Insects are affected, plants are affected and the entire microbial community. Biofilms are forming everywhere. Humans, animals and plants cannot escape the universal onslaught of these protocells, which now have become microbots as well. The self-sustained replicating enzyme was identified:

“Relatively short RNA molecules have been artificially produced in labs, which are capable of replication. Such replicase RNA, which functions as both code and catalyst provides its own template upon which copying can occur. Jack Szostak has shown that certain catalytic RNAs can, indeed, join smaller RNA sequences together, creating the potential, in the right conditions for self-replication. If these conditions were present, Darwinian selection would favour the proliferation of such self-catalysing structures, to which further functionalities could be added. Lincoln and Joyce have identified an RNA enzyme capable of self-sustained replication.

An RNA enzyme that catalyzes the RNA-templated joining of RNA was converted to a format whereby two enzymes catalyze each other’s synthesis from a total of four oligonucleotide substrates. These cross-replicating RNA enzymes undergo self-sustained exponential amplification in the absence of proteins or other biological materials. Amplification occurs with a doubling time of about 1 hour and can be continued indefinitely. Populations of various cross-replicating enzymes were constructed and allowed to compete for a common pool of substrates, during which recombinant replicators arose and grew to dominate the population. These replicating RNA enzymes can serve as an experimental model of a genetic system. Many such model systems could be constructed, allowing different selective outcomes to be related to the underlying properties of the genetic system.

A self-replicating molecule directs the covalent assembly of component molecules to form a product that is of identical composition to the parent. When the newly formed product also is able to direct the assembly of product molecules, the self-replicating system can be termed autocatalytic. A self-replicating system was developed based on a ribozyme that catalyzes the assembly of additional copies of itself through an RNA-catalyzed RNA ligation reaction. The R3C ligase ribozyme was redesigned so that it would ligate two substrates to generate an exact copy of itself, which then would behave in a similar manner. This self-replicating system depends on the catalytic nature of the RNA for the generation of copies. A linear dependence was observed between the initial rate of formation of new copies and the starting concentration of ribozyme, consistent with exponential growth. The autocatalytic rate constant was 0.011 min(-1), whereas the initial rate of reaction in the absence of pre-existing ribozyme was only 3.3 x 10(-11) M.min(-1). Exponential growth was limited, however, because newly formed ribozyme molecules had greater difficulty forming a productive complex with the two substrates. Further optimization of the system may lead to the sustained exponential growth of ribozymes that undergo self-replication.

Below is an article on PNAs, or PNA Oligomers which are used for “gene silencing”. These were created before the news came out about, how life began with cyanobacteria. So, we are seeing the creation of synthetics while the real beginning of life is never really debated, only covered up until the synthetics can be created, and then will be said to have evolved from the orgins so declared. It is like putting the “cart in front of the horse”.

A ‘retro-inverso’ PNA: structural implications for DNA and RNA binding.

Abstract

‘Retro-inverso’ peptide nucleic acid (PNA) monomers of thymine (T*: N-(amidomethyl)-N-(N1-thyminyl-acetyl)-beta-alanyl) (and adenine) have been prepared and introduced in PNA oligomers. A homo ‘retro-inverso’ T*8 PNA was found not to hybridize to a complementary DNA or RNA oligonucleotide, whereas introduction of one retro-inverso thymine unit into the middle of a normal PNA 15-mer resulted in a c.a. 8 degrees C destabilization of the complex of this oligomer with a complementary DNA or RNA oligomer. In an effort to compensate for the structural nucleobase ‘phase-shift’ caused by the T* monomer by also introducing a beta-alanine monomer it is concluded that the effect of the T* backbone is -7 degrees C when hybridizing to DNA and -4.5 degrees C when hybridizing to RNA. Nonetheless, the T* unit shows good sequence discrimination comparable to that of normal PNA. Molecular dynamics simulations indicate an unfavourable conformation of the backbone amide carbonyl group resulting in reduced interaction with the aqueous medium and an ‘electrostatic clash’ with the carbonyl of the nucleobase linker. These results show that a simple inversion of an amide bond in the PNA backbone has a dramatic, and hardly predictable, effect on the DNA mimicking properties of the oligomer.

And it appears the sneaky way of altering/modifying/changing DNA is through the “back door” of the “DNA, RNA, Protein” Central Dogma. So, create the Protein, on a non-coding RNAse polymer, then connect to the RNA, and then eventually to DNA. However, in this case a non protein is being created, called “alloprotein”.

In the expansion of the genetic code, 3 new amino acids have been added to our original 20. These are: Selenocysteine, Prrolysine and Phenylalanine. These involve a directed/forced evolution where man has to adapt or cheat the adaption. Morgies are rejecting the adaptation, but are paying the price. Are these the debris left from the experiments or are they truly created new life forms for directed/forced evolution? I believe the integration of these forms are to be part of the new transformed human. Some will make it, others will not. However the cheaters may win. We may cheat the system, if we concentrate and focus on what is in front of us. In Part II, we will go into detail, as to how the 3 new amino acids have integrated the genome. We continue to look for the specific characteristics of the specimens and are calling for labs to assist us in recognizing the products used to create these artefacts.
