Police search house, prepare charges against German Holocaust skeptic

German media have reported that police have raided the house of 86-year-old Ursula Haverbeck, a German lady who has publicly doubted the Holocaust story.

A report in Mindener Tageblatt says:

“The public prosecution department of the city of Bielefeld has been investigating a case of “incitement to hatred“ (Volksverhetzung) against … Ursula Haverbeck. Now, a new lawsuit was added: prosecutors of Niedersachsen’s State Office of Criminal Investigations have searched the houses of Vlotho resident Haverbeck with the support of authorities of the city of Herford. The houses of three further accused were also searched on that day.”

Haverbeck has been constantly pursued by German authorities for her nonconformist opinions about the Holocaust. In Germany, a self-professed ‘democracy,’ individuals do not have the right to question establishment myths about the Second World War. The public is forced to accept the self-serving interpretations of the winners of World War II under penalty of fines and imprisonment.

The government of Germany should be boycotted and condemned until the present Stasi-like police state is disbanded.

A publicity stunt for the ever-present indoctrination that the Jews are ethnically different.

“ADC chair Dr Dvir Abramovich told The AJN this week that Amazon Australia could be in breach of Section 18C of the federal Racial Discrimination Act, which prohibits material likely to “offend, insult, humiliate or intimidate” on the basis [of] race or ethnicity.”

Is Using Encryption Suspicious? Half of America Says ‘Yes’

21st Century Wire says…
[Mar 18, 2015]

It’s official: The US federal government is addicted to spying on its own citizens – a tyrannical vice which is in direct contravention with the US Constution and Bill Of Rights.

Establishment think tank, the Pew Research Center, has found in its latest report the US public does cares about privacy – but has no idea how to protect their data, and which tools they can use.

“Large numbers of Americans say they are anxious about their privacy, and yet, there’s this fairly significant gap in knowledge.”

Some big tech firms appear to be working to change this trend by educating users and marketing new privacy tools. How well they work, and whether we can trust these firms not to collude illegally with US government agencies – is a another matter all together.

The bigger question however – and the one that 21WIRE is interested in – is whether or not those of us who opt for using encrypted products will be profiled by the US government snoops as ‘suspicious’ and will that choice be used against us to assign guilt before the fact? According to Pew’s findings on this, it seems like that is the case.

The second issue is a clandestine one. Are certain companies who are offering ‘encrypted email and communication’ products actually giving the other half of their encryption key over to the NSA – as was the case before? If so, is this level of cooperation illegal, or will it be “protected” as part of a “National Security” program, or even classified?

The Switch

Nearly two years after former government contractor Edward Snowden revealed details of extensive government surveillance programs, a Pew Research report suggests that the news has prompted some Americans to change their approach to online privacy.

The group surveyed about 500 adult Americans, finding that nearly 90 percent of them had heard about government surveillance programs and more than a third of those aware of the programs “have taken at least one step to hide or shield their information from the government,” the report said.

Though the report found that a majority of Americans are skeptical of government surveillance programs, it also found very few are taking the extra step of encrypting the content of their e-mails. In fact, half of those surveyed said using encryption software gives the government enough suspicion to monitor a U.S. citizen’s communications.

When Stephen Harper gave a prepared speech to the Israel parliament last year, he equated lack of support for Israel with anti-Semtism. He said: “[T]his is the face of the new anti-Semitism. It targets the Jewish people by targeting Israel and attempts to make the old bigotry acceptable for a new generation. Of course, criticism of Israeli government policy is not in and of itself necessarily anti-Semitic. But what else can we call criticism that selectively condemns only the Jewish state and effectively denies its right to defend itself, while systematically ignoring – or excusing – the violence and oppression all around it?”

Government wants the Anarchist Cookbook ‘removed from the internet’

via nsnbc international

Justin King (TFC) : Senator Diane Feinstein simultaneously demonstrated how little she knows about the First Amendment, explosives, and how the internet works when she suggested that specific bomb-making manuals should be removed.

Senator Feinstein issued a press release that reads:

“I am particularly struck that the alleged bombers made use of online bombmaking guides like the Anarchist Cookbook and Inspire Magazine. These documents are not, in my view, protected by the First Amendment and should be removed from the Internet.”

Don’t read the Anarchist Cookbook. We have better suggestions.

Luckily for America, the opinion of a woman who does not understand the decentralized and dynamic nature of the net is irrelevant in matters concerning the First Amendment.

However, staff members of The Fifth Column who have prior experience with explosives agree with Feinstein’s belief that that Anarchist Cookbook should be avoided. The rationale is very different, though. While nobody here believes that any knowledge is inherently bad, some of the information contained inside the Anarchist Cookbook is incomplete or inaccurate and could result in injury.

There are scant references to necessary safety procedures in the manual. At no point does it express the importance of lubricating contacting metals, for example. Metals that make contact may tend to spark. Creating random sparks while standing around a bunch of explosives is what is technically termed as “totally uncool” and is likely to anger anyone with you.

Contrary to Feinstein’s belief, the manufacture of explosives is not a complicated science. It’s basic chemistry. If rapidly expanding gasses are contained, it creates an explosion. The gentle reader probably has the elements necessary to make explosives and low-grade chemical weapons in their home right now.
