November 8th Nor’easter dropped 8 inches of snow in southern Connecticut one week after Hurricane Sandy. The snow melted quickly. I noticed a residual substance left as the snow disappeared.

Photographic evidence of atmospheric manipulation Thursday evening 10/25/2012. Photos taken between 5:00PM – 5:45 PM EST Hamden Connecticut. Energy seemed to originate NNW of observation location with vector angle prong due S and SE. Energy direction seems to suggest manipulation of Hurricane Sandy pathway to just West of NY NY with manipulation of a storm from NW for a collision in NE Metro areas.
