Eliminating disease with vaccines is the first step in controlling the fate of human biology. Many of us have already accepted we will ultimately be “chipped” as a matter of economic and medical convenience under State managed health care.
The following Global Research article on GMO human drug testing is a bold corporatist move to have the population accept direct engineering of the human genome as a “product”. History reminds us that direct human engineering clearly qualifies as the NAZI goal to, “eliminate the unfit”.
For now, Google Glass is a highly promoted, wearable technology with an optical head-mounted display. The stated goal of this first generation device is to mass-market a ubiquitous computer. Future versions will logically offer an “implantable” computer requiring installation by medically qualified personnel. Later versions may offer a simple ingestible “capsule” filled with all the right nano-bots to re-arrange your thinking to FIT a determined “norm”. We can easily imagine the gradual sophistication and miniaturization of these technologies will eventually achieve what Hitler’s medical experiments did not have time to complete.
If the NWO corporatists plan to eliminate the unfit through genetic engineering their “product” is likely to hatch humans who are docile, less intelligent, obey orders and reproduce in numbers determined to be “sustainable”.
The NWO corporatist view of “sustainability” may be far more reaching than that of the progressive left or the “Sierra Club”. The propaganda that instilled the nebulous concept of “sustainability” years ago will likely be coming back as government “policy” requiring medical intervention to genetically engineer behavior, life-span, rates and gender of pro-creation and more. A population who’s thinking is medically adjusted to make them “FIT” could never find the need to form an organization like the Sierra Club where the goal is to protect the environment from corporate pollution.

Developers of artificial micro-humans, or ‘mini GM humans,’ are hoping to release their technology on the market by 2017. No this isn’t a sci-fi joke. Scientists are developing artificial humans in the same vein as GM plants with the hope that these creations will replace the need for using animals in laboratory testing.
Artificial humans will be ‘farmed’ with interacting organs that can be used in drug tests, speeding up the process of FDA and other government regulatory approvals, and supposedly without damaging rats or other animals currently used in laboratories.

Nanotechnology is probably not the reading material sitting on the coffee tables of most people. Yet, it is already beginning to have an impact on everything from electronics to alternative energy to food, cosmetics and clothing. In fact, several hundred common products contain nanomaterials, which has prompted lawsuits against the FDA for failure to properly regulate them.
The nanotech revolution has been heavily invested in by the U.S. government, as outlined in their National Nanotechnology Initiative Strategic Plan, which involves 20 federal agencies and partners. This must-read document lays out a projected future to understand and control matter for the management of every facet of the environment, health and safety.
We are beginning to see the dividends being paid to Big Pharma through edible nano-sized microchips and other “smart” pills aimed to surveil the internal workings of the body, and one day perhaps completely reengineer humanity from the atomic level on up … including the brain.

The history of man’s efforts to find self-transcendence in crowds is long and, for all its strangeness, its weird aberrations, profoundly monotonous. From the potlatch and the corroboree to the latest out- burst of “rock ‘n roll,” the manifestations of herd poisoning exhibit the same subhuman characteristics. At their best, such performances are merely grotesque in their subhumanity;at their worst, they are both grotesque and horrible. One thinks, for example, of the festivals of the Syrian goddess, in the course of which, under the maddening influence of herd poison and priestly suggestion, men castrated them- selves and women lacerated their breasts. Now an international team is declaring a successful brain-to-brain data transfer between a person sitting in India to a receiving person in France.
Journal PLOSone reports that the first brain-to-brain interface has been achieved, and that “brain stimulation techniques are now available for the realization of non-invasive computer-brain interfaces.” They summarize the history of this research as follows:
The evolution of civilization points to a progressive increase of the interrelations between human minds, where by “mind” we mean a set of processes carried out by the brain [1]. Until recently, the exchange of communication between minds or brains of different individuals has been supported and constrained by the sensorial and motor arsenals of our body. However, there is now the possibility of a new era in which brains will dialogue in a more direct way [2]. … Pioneering research in the 60′s using non-invasive means already demonstrated the voluntary control of alpha rhythm de-synchronization to send messages based on Morse code [11]. Over the last 15 years, technologies for non-invasive transmission of information from brains to computers have developed considerably, and today brain-computer interfaces embody a well-established, innovative field of study with many potential applications[12]–[16]. Recent work has demonstrated fully non-invasive human to rat B2B communication by combining motor imagery driven EEG in humans on the BCI sidewith ultrasound brain stimulation on the CBI-rat side [17]. … Here we show how to link two human minds directly by integrating two neurotechnologies – BCI and CBI –, fulfilling three important conditions, namely a) being non-invasive, b) cortically based, and c) consciously driven (Fig. 1). In this framework we provide the first demonstration of non-invasive direct communication between human minds. (emphasis added)
The method used was Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, which has shown the most promise in directly accessing the brain and “thought.”
The intensity of pulses was adjusted for each subject so that a) one particular orientation of the TMS-induced electric field produced phosphenes [19](representing the “active direction” and coding the bit value “1”), and b) the orthogonal direction did not produce phosphenes (representing the “silent direction” and coding the bit value “0”). Subjects reported verbally whether or not they perceived phosphenes on stimulation.
This resulted in online data transfer from mind to mind to mind – telepathic e-mail, essentially:
On March 28th, 2014, 140 bits were encoded by the BCI emitter in Thiruvananthapuram and automatically sent via email to Strasbourg, where the CBI receiver (subject 3) was located. There, a program parsed incoming emails to navigate the robot and deliver TMS pulses precisely over the selected site and with the appropriate coil orientation. A similar transmission with receiver subject 2 took place on April 7th, 2014. In both cases, the transmitted pseudo-random sequences carried encrypted messages encoding a word – “hola” (“hello” in Catalan or Spanish) in the first transmission, “ciao” (“hello” or “goodbye” in Italian) in the second. Words were encoded using a 5-bit Bacon cipher [31] (employing 20 bits) and replicated for redundancy 7 times (for a total of 140 bits). The resulting bit streams were then randomized using random cyphers selected to produce balanced pseudo-random sequences of 0′s and 1′s (for subject blinding and proper statistical analysis purposes in addition to providing word-coding). On reception, de-cyphering and majority voting from the copies of the word were used to decode the message.
All of this is a technical way of saying that, for the first time, not only has there been a signal transfer representing data, the potential has opened up for the transmitting of emotions – a mind-to-mind transfer, not merely brain-to-brain.
July 15, 2014 (LocalOrg) – In the movie “Transcendence,” the lead character, an artificial intelligence researcher, is uploaded to a super-computer before his body dies. His consciousness survives and his mind, unencumbered by the weakness of his physical body, begins expanding exponentially. While science fiction, the movie’s premise is not entirely impossible. While the human brain is highly complex, accessing it, decoding it, and interfacing with it has long-ago already begun.
The US Department of Defense’s Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency or DARPA, has announced its “Restoring Active Memory (RAM)” project – which intends to develop a prosthetic for the brain to record and store memories for those with degenerative neurological conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease or victims of traumatic brain injuries (TBIs).
The research builds on the understanding that memory is a process in which neurons in certain regions of the brain encode information, store it and retrieve it. Certain types of illnesses and injuries, including Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Alzheimer’s disease and epilepsy, disrupt this process and cause memory loss. TBI, in particular, has affected 270,000 military service members since 2000.
The goal of LLNL’s work — driven by LLNL’s Neural Technology group and undertaken in collaboration with the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and Medtronic — is to develop a device that uses real-time recording and closed-loop stimulation of neural tissues to bridge gaps in the injured brain and restore individuals’ ability to form new memories and access previously formed ones.
The research is funded by DARPA’s Restoring Active Memory (RAM) program.
In essence, RAM would also allow humans to expand their brains into non-organic systems. While the project states it intends to restore memory function to those with deficiencies, the same prosthetic could also be used to expand the memory capacity of people with normal brain functions. While the device currently is intended to be an implant, future reiterations may include external devices either linked physically or perhaps even wirelessly. The implications may lead to devices and systems that allow our “minds” to expand beyond the physical confines of our biological brains, opening the doors to both great opportunities and equally frightful threats.
Threats and Opportunities
For starters, the digitization of our neurology opens the doors to all the threats and opportunities that befall or benefit existing digital devices, including those connected to the Internet. Collaboration, control, viruses, hacking, surveillance, exponential intellectual progress, personal empowerment, and even human-drones are all in the cards.
And while a climatic and apocalyptic “war with the machines” lingers menacingly in the back of our collective minds, what if devices like that which DARPA is developing led to man merging with machines instead? There would be no war with machines, we would be the machines.
In this context, we face two possible futures: one like that portrayed in science fiction films like Terminator or the Matrix where humans hide amid the ruins of their once proud civilization fighting a desperate resistance against far superior machines that turned on them, or a future like that portrayed in the Japanese anime films and series, Ghost in the Shell. In the latter, the lines are blurred between man and machine and a tenuous balance of power is maintained throughout human civilization, between extremes of both organic and cybernetic natures.
With advances like that announced by DARPA, the latter scenario is the most likely one. A merge between man and machine is the most likely scenario – whomever controls cybernetic technology however, will determine how utopian or dystopian our future will be. Currently, DARPA and other corporate-financier monopolies control this research and technology, while they monopolize other realms of scientific progress including molecular biology, genetic engineering, and information technology. This power in such few hands is surely a recipe for disaster – at least for those without access or say in how the technology is used – or in other words – for the vast majority of us.
A consumerist paradigm that has neurological implants tied to our information technology infrastructure would lead to abuses that would make the NSA’s current overreaching authority look placid in comparison. It could also transform our military’s abilities into the most effective and most horrifying of both human and drone combat.
Instead, this technology must be democratized, ofpened up, and disseminated across society. People to be fully free and in charge of their destiny must not focus on “democracy” and “civil literacy,” but rather on technological literacy, as it is technology that forms the foundation upon which modern society is built and controlled. If we want a say in this modern, technological society, we must understand how it works – currently such an understanding lies in so few hands.

Billionaire entrepreneur and inventor Elon Musk took to Twitter over the weekend to sound the alarm about the dangers of artificial intelligence, which he says could be more of a threat to humans than the nuclear era.
Worth reading Superintelligence by Bostrom. We need to be super careful with AI. Potentially more dangerous than nukes.
Musk was referring to the book ‘Superintelligence: Paths, Dangers, Strategies,’ by Nick Bostrom, which poses questions about how humans will be able to handle computers containing advanced intelligence. Musk followed that tweet with another, speculating that humans are willingly ushering in what could be their own demise at the hands of robot domination.

Tesla-founder Musk, 42, has invested in artificial intelligence ventures in order to push for positive results from AI, he has said.
“I think there is potentially a dangerous outcome there,” he told CNBC of artificial intelligence.
“There have been movies about this, you know, like Terminator,” he added. “There are some scary outcomes. And we should try to make sure the outcomes are good, not bad.”
In March, Musk joined Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and actor Ashton Kutcher to invest in AI group Vicarious.
The aim of Vicarious is to build a “computer that thinks like a person…except it doesn’t have to eat or sleep,” said the company’s co-founder Scott Phoenix.
Vicarious is in the process of building a program that replicates the brain’s neocortex.
“Vicarious is developing machine learning software based on the computational principles of the human brain,” the company’s website says. “Our first technology is a visual perception system that interprets the contents of photographs and videos in a manner similar to humans. Powering this technology is a new computational paradigm we call the Recursive Cortical Network.”
While Musk is concerned of AI’s nefarious potential, others disagree.
“In my view, biological humans will not be outpaced by the AIs because they (we) will enhance themselves (ourselves) with AI,” said artificial intelligence expert Ray Kurzweil earlier this year. “It will not be us versus the machines … but rather, we will enhance our own capacity by merging with our intelligent creations.”
Kingman, Arizona, June 27, 2014 – On Wednesday, June 25, Arizona State Senator Kelli Ward held a public forum to discuss public concerns regarding white vapor trails in the skies. Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) representatives Sherri Zendri and Beth Hager were on hand to answer questions from local residents who presented studies, personal research, and blood samples they claim prove that planes are spraying chemicals.
Senator Ward stated the meeting was a response to “relentless” communication from constituents who are concerned with vapor trails commonly called contrails or condensation trails. However, residents say the trails are not standard contrails but rather “chemtrails” being sprayed as part of a global program of weather manipulation. One resident claimed the difference between contrails and chemical trails is easy to spot because the contrails are short and dissipate quickly, while the chemtrails are long, dragged out, and crisscross the sky.
Meeting attendees listed a variety of reasons they believe the government is spraying. These include poisoning of the food and people to manipulating the weather patterns. Senator Ward and the ADEQ representatives repeatedly told attendees that they have no jurisdiction over chemical spraying whether it was happening or not. In a video of the meeting the frustration from citizens is easily seen.
ADEQ communications director Mark Shaffer said they regularly receive phone calls and emails on the topic, but “Our standard response has been that there is no credible scientific evidence about chemical spraying or geoengineering.” Geo-engineering is the science of manipulating the climate for the stated purpose of fighting man-made climate change. These include Solar Radiation Management (SRM), the practice of spraying aerosols into the sky in an attempt to deflect the Sun’s rays and combat climate change.
The term “geoengineering” describes this array of technologies that aim, through large-scale and deliberate modifications of the Earth’s energy balance, to reduce temperatures and counteract anthropogenic climate change. Most of these technologies are at the conceptual and research stages, and their effectiveness at reducing global temperatures has yet to be proven. Moreover, very few studies have been published that document the cost, environmental effects, socio-political impacts, and legal implications of geoengineering. If geoengineering technologies were to be deployed, they are expected to have the potential to cause significant transboundary effects.
In general, geoengineering technologies are categorized as either a carbon dioxide removal (CDR) method or a solar radiation management (SRM) method. CDR methods address the warming effects of greenhouse gases by removing carbon dioxide (CO2) from the atmosphere. CDR methods include ocean fertilization, and carbon capture and sequestration. SRM methods address climate change by increasing the reflectivity of the Earth’s atmosphere or surface.
Aerosol injection and space-based reflectors are examples of SRM methods. SRM methods do not remove greenhouse gases from the atmosphere, but can be deployed faster with relatively immediate global cooling results compared to CDR methods.
One of the many dangers of manipulating the weather is the loss of blue skies. According to a report by the New Scientist, Ben Kravitz of the Carnegie Institution for Science has shown that releasing sulphate aerosols high in the atmosphere would scatter sunlight into the atmosphere. He says this could decrease the amount of sunlight that hits the ground by 20% and make the sky appear more hazy.
Although a number of authorities have warned about the dangers of geoengineering techniques, the risks are seen as secondary to the perceived risks of climate change. The interesting thing to note is that although proponents of geoengineering hail it as the solution to climate change and sustaining life, studies show that geoengineering could actually have the reverse effect of heating the Earth.
According to a recent study published in the Journal of Geophysical Research: Atmospheres, if geoengineering programs were started and then suddenly halted the planet could see an immediate rise in temperatures, particularly over land. The study, titled “The impact of abrupt suspension of solar radiation management”, seems to indicate that once you begin geoengineering you cannot suspend the programs without causing the very problem you were seeking to resolve.
Many of those who were in attendance to the Arizona meeting believe the SRM programs are not only in the developmental research phase but are currently active. Weather modification techniques in the form of cloud-seeding programs are active in China, for example. With researchers warning that the very initiation of geoengineering programs could cause global temperatures to rise, it does make sense that governments would work to keep quiet about domestic geoengineering programs. Geoengineering in one country could cause drought in another part of the world after all, and no government wants that responsibility.
Arizona citizens also pointed to a 1996 document entitled “Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather by 2025” where the U.S. Air Force discusses a number of proposals for using the weather as a weapon. There was also mention of the Environmental Modification Treaty signed by the United States to halt global weather modification. Others mention companies like Weather Modification, Inc. On this corporation’s website you can peruse different planes that you can pay to run a cloud seeding operation. They even offer a list of clients and sites that are active.
Whether or not Senator Ward or the ADEQ hold another meeting on the topic remains to be seen. One thing is certain though, the citizens of Arizona are keeping their eyes on sky and they are not going anywhere anytime soon.
