Journalist Frank Gotz received documents back in 2013 via Environment Canada pursuant to the Weather Modification Act. Environment Canada admitted to him that geo-engineering aerosol operations were conducted by Weather Modification, Inc. purportedly for hail suppression.
At best, it is evident that in Canada the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing (or doesn’t want to know) since Advertising Standards Canada seems ignorant of Environment Canada’s information on the topic. That’s being generous, since the data suggests that a UN Agenda 21 power-grab is behind the normalization of geo-engineering/bio-engineering. It is more likely that the science behind this climate change controversy has been steered in a direction so as to produce an outcome compliant with the stated goals of elitist organizations such as The Club of Rome.
As Clint Richardson recently pointed out, “All Roads Lead to Rome”. Perhaps that’s why the Pope seems to visit virtually every world leader.
