Ontario, Quebec, and Saskatchewan experience extreme weather – Is geo-engineering the culprit?

Yesterday (July 19th 2013) there were over 30 tornado warnings in Ontario, raising the eyebrows of some.

Yesterday, shortly after the questionable HAARP-shut-down reports made their way around the internet and were refuted by Dutchsinse and others, there were over 30 tornado warnings in Ontario.   Quebec also suffered extreme weather (1 person died) and so did Saskatchewan.  Golf-ball sized hail was seen in Regina.

In Quebec The Weather Network reported,

Hundreds of thousands of people are without power across southern Quebec due to the intense weather.

Fallen trees and downed power lines left a lot of work for Hydro Quebec employees.

At its peak, Montreal and the Laurentians had over 130,000 people without power.

There are still widespread power outages.

Currently almost 60,000 people have no electricity in Montreal, over 110,000 in the Laurentians and 69,000 people are without power in Laval.

For Ontario, The Weather Network reported,

At one point, more than 2.5 million people across southern Ontario were under a tornado warning — major population centres stretching from Niagara Falls through to Mississauga and Peel Region, along with areas near Orangeville, Barrie and parts of Ottawa.

Those were eventually dropped, with no tornadoes confirmed, but Environment Canada says at least three funnel clouds were reported.

This news anchor at The Weather Network was mentioning that a caller had said something like “I’ve never seen clouds that look like that in my life” and she attempted to reassure us that these are indeed normal “mammatus clouds” (although it seems that this 5minute video was taken down and replaced by a 2minute video where they do not discuss the mammatus clouds).

Are they normal?

I did a search for these clouds and found some that looked even more dramatic (1, 2).  Even if these clouds are associated with storms, are we not indeed seeing a dramatic increase in storms and odd weather all over the world?

A couple weeks ago Toronto got flooded.  A few weeks before that, Calgary got flooded and then the RCMP came in and took people’s guns, Katrina-style.  There were compelling arguments saying that geo-engineering played a significant/direct role in the Calgary floods.  India had at least 130 people die due to flooding a couple weeks before that.  Europe had massive flooding a few weeks ago and there was so much other news happening at the time that I could barely report on it.  All I was able to find before it became “old news” was an article titled “Iran condoles with German flood victims”.

Right now at 8:18am, the day after the tornado warning in Ottawa I’m seeing a chemtrail right above me and the sky getting whiter and whiter (…in fact, now as I finish and proofread this article, the sky has become completely white).

Whether or not this crazy weather is directly geo-engineered to inflict and distract us with fear, etc., it is not far fetched to assume that geo-engineering at least somehow enters into the equation since 130 different countries around the world are engaged in weather modification with little or no oversight.  That is reckless.  Even if they will claim they are spraying to mitigate the effects of storms, it is still reckless and a decision like that still deserves to have as much public input as possible.  There needs to be more discussion about this in general.  Laws banning the use of weather as a weapon have been in place for decades yet most people are not even aware that humans can modify the weather.

To engage in these operations without our permission is disgusting and one of the highest crimes I can think of, regardless of if the intent is well-meaning.  It is negligent for a weather reporting station like The Weather Network to overlook this highly significant detail when reporting on extreme weather events, despite how overworked their staff may be.

Many think of the body as a living system and juxtapose the Earth’s body with ours, showing the rivers to be like bloodstreams and the forests to be like lungs.  Seen in this light, tampering with weather in even one region is gambling or would interfere with the Earth’s ability to perform homeostasis.  When we take a drug we want to know as much about that drug as possible so that we don’t screw ourselves up.  The Earth is currently subject to 130 or possibly hundreds of geo-engineering operations and how many of these are coordinated?  How many of these operations are done by people who know the ramifications of what they are doing?  How long will our habitat sustain such shortsighted behavior?

Maintaining balance is important and it is for this reason that people like Dane Wigington have published an in-depth powerpoint presentation titled “The Most Important Topic Of Our Time” which outlines the many grave ramifications of geoenegineering.”

9 Strong Points that prove that weather modifications projects have been happening since the early 1900′s

1.) There are companies that specialize in modifying and manipulating weather. To list a few:

– Weather Modifications Inc.
– North American Weather Consultants Inc.
– Seeding Operations & Atmospheric Research
– West Texas Weather Modifications
– Weather Modifications Products & Technologies

and there are more.

Just to give you an idea how long weather manipulation has been going on, Weather Modifications Inc. has been around since the 1960′s. These companies mostly specialize in increasing precipitation, hail damage mitigation and dispersing fog . They also provide weather radar systems and atmospheric assessment and evaluation. The things they do to modify weather is mostly done through cloud seeding, which involves dispersing silver iodide and other elements into the atmosphere above or below clouds

Experiments to control the weather has been going on a lot longer than the 1960′s. First time cloud seeding experiments where conducted goes as far back as the 1920′s, according to Congressional Research Service.
As a matter of fact, Weather Modifications Inc. is doing weather modifications in Alberta right now known as Alberta Hail Suppression Project since 1996 .

2.) NASA has a patent for a process called Ice Nucleation . Ice Nucleation is the process of making it snow even on a hot summer day.

The Chinese government covered Beijing in snow in the year 2009 after meteorologists seeded clouds to bring winter weather to the capital.

3.) Billionaire and Microsoft founder Bill Gates is lobbying governments and international bodies to back experiments into manipulating the climate on a global scale and now in the summer of 2012 two Harvard engineers are to spray sun-reflecting chemical particles into the atmosphere to artificially cool the planet.

These types of operations have been happening a lot longer than 2012. They are just openly admitting it now under the guise of combating climate change.
Trails left from airplane’s that dissipate shortly after are known as vapor trails, which is normal. Trails in the sky that do not dissiapate are known as chem-trails. 4.) High-frequency Active Auroral Research Project (HAARP) is an ionosphere research project funded by the US Air Force, the US Navy, the University of Alaska, and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency or DARPA. It was built by BAE Advanced Technologies to analyze the ionosphere and investigate the potential for developing advanced technology for communications and surveillance purposes.

The ionosphere is the thin layer of atmosphere in the upper atmosphere on top of all the other atmosphere’s of Earth. It protects Earth from electromagnetic radiation from the sun and space. The ionosphere is ionized by solar high frequency electromagnetic radiation (ultraviolet and x-ray radiation) which makes it a plasma. That means that part of the atmosphere is electrical.
To radio companies the ionosphere is known as the skywave, which is used to transmit AM and FM signals.

What HAARP does is send [radio frequencies]  Extremely Low Frequency(ELF) electrical waves into the ionsphere to manipulate it, which can cause weather changes and can be used to control weather. As scary as it sounds, it can be used a literal weather weapon. HAARP’s ELF waves can manipulate tectonic plates under the Earth to accidentally or purposely create earth quakes.

5.) For more proof of weather being modified I would like to mention legislation passed by parliament known as the Weather Modification Information Act. It lists the rules and regulations to modify or control weather in Canada, and punishments for unauthorized practice of modifying weather.

6.) Another thing I would like to bring up is the 1976 UN Weather Weapons Treaty defined “weather weapons” as follows: “… the term “environmental modification techniques” refers to any technique for changing – through the deliberate manipulation of natural processes–the dynamics, composition or structure of the Earth, including its biota, lithosphere, hydrosphere and atmosphere, or of outer space.”

7.) Secretary of Defense William Cohen gave a speech in which he warned of terrorist causes climate alterations and earthquakes:
“Others are engaging even in an eco- type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves.”

8.) In 1996 a research paper was written by scientist , meterologist and weather modificationist that was presented to U.S Air Force entitled “Owning the Weather by 2025″ . Here is one passage from the paper: “In 1957, the president’s advisory committee on weather control explicitly recognized the military potential of weathermodification,warning in their report that it could become a more important weapon than the atom bomb.” Page 11

9.) Former Navy Physicist, Ben Livingston , was involved in cloud seeding programs that worked to slow down Vietnamese and Korean troops in Vietnam war. Livingston says that controlling a hurricane was a national priority of the U.S government for more than 40 years and that type of technology was fully operational to control weather at the time.

Dr. Livingston is a whistleblower that claims to have evidence that the Stanford research Institute was brought into Project Storm Fury (a weather control program) in the late 1960′s as a third party. Stanford research Institute has knowledge how to stop hurricanes , create hurricanes and steer hurricanes by cloud seeding.
Stanford research institute is heavily involved with HAARP research.

CONCLUSION

So whether or not these extreme weather events such as the floods in Calgary, Alberta and the floods in Toronto, Ontario or the events that transpired on July 20th (tornadoes and extreme rain and thunder in Ontario) are related to geo engineering projects or not is besides the point.  Geo engineering projects are being done and have been being done for a real long time now.  More discussion needs to be perpetuated amongst the public as Amir mentioned in the first article above.  Why would the U.N make a peace treaty to not use weather as a weapon if the weather has never been used as a weapon?

What if the weather is being used as a weapon of mass destruction today and no one even knows it?   Maybe the effects of geo engineering experiments are starting to kick and show what chem trails are doing to the earths climate by trapping and reflecting UV rays?  The only conclusion I can think of to end this off is geo engineering is real, it is happening, more people need to be made aware of it and real discussion needs to be made to decide upon whether to keep doing it or strait up ban it and term it unlawful with punishment if anyone practices it.  If the events mentioned above are related geo engineering the public should investigate and charge those who committed these against according to the law.
