VIDEO — WW3/Syria-war Predictive Programming in 2006 film “Southland Tales”???

I saw “Southland Tales” back in 2008 and it’s been lingering around in my mind ever since.  It smells like predictive programming to me.  I’m not saying it definitely is predictive programming.  I put a question mark up in the title because I’m not sure.  It sure smells like it, though.  It was released in 2006 and a lot of this clip seems pertinent today.

To be clear, I know the US has not dropped bombs on Syria yet, but the way things seem to be moving now this could be a reality soon and what is interesting is that this film from 2006 features a clip where we see that the US is at war with Iraq, Iran, Syria, North Korea and Afghanistan.  Blocking of the strait of Hormuz is also mentioned in this clip as well as “patriot act expansion” which would definitely describe the NDAA quite well.  Many observers have also noted that it is not far fetched to imagine that there is a chance that the powers-that-be could stage a false-flag nuclear attack on the US or Europe (or could foment tensions to the point that things simply escalate that much), and this film indeed begins with a nuclear attack on US soil.

South Korea bans seafood products from Japan’s Fukushima region [video included]

South Korea has started boycotting all seafood products from Japan’s Fukushima region, following reports of radiation contamination from the crippled nuclear plant.

South Korea’s Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries said Friday that Seoul has now banned all fishery products from Fukushima and seven other nearby prefectures.

South Korean Prime Minister Office Spokesman Shin Joong-don said, “The government has decided to take a special measure, which is banning imports of all seafood from eight Japanese prefectures around Fukushima, after having a ministerial-level meeting presided by Prime Minister Chung Hong-won on September 5, and a government-ruling party consultation on 6th.”

The ministry said Tokyo had failed to release sufficient information regarding the damaged nuclear plant and its continuous stream of contaminated water leaking into the Pacific.

Japanese officials say the level of radioactive water leaking from the site has reached its highest point ever.

Scientists also tested high rates of radioactive cesium in fish near the plant.

“The measures are due to the sharp increase in concern from the public about the flow of hundreds of tons of contaminated water into the ocean at the site of the Fukushima nuclear accident in Japan. Our government made the decision as it is unclear how the Japanese crisis will progress and it will be difficult to precisely predict the future risk with the Japanese government data only,” Shin Joong-don stated.

One of the only two active reactors at the Oi plant, in the Fukui Prefecture in western Japan, went offline on September 3, with the other one being halted later this month.

Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant was damaged in a mega-earthquake followed by a tsunami on March 11, 2011.

VIDEO — 9/4/2013 — Global Earthquake Overview — Major unrest over past week

The old saying applies now more than ever , “don’t be scared, be prepared.” Most people in areas already earthquake prone know to have a plan ready in the case of possible earthquake activity. In already prone areas, now is the time to be aware.

However, several areas around the ring of fire have not experienced large scale movement in a fairly long time. Add in the possibility of movement in Europe, South America, Canada, and along the edge of the North American Craton (plate)… this leads me to urge YOU to develop an earthquake plan, make sure you , your loved ones, family, and even employees / coworkers know it.

Food, water, transportation, communications, shelter, and self defense. Cover the basics, and you’ll be 10 times better off than 99% of those around you.

US and Allied Warships off the Syrian Coastline: Naval Deployment Was Decided “Before” the August 21 Chemical Weapons Attack

by Prof Michel Chossudovsky

September 2, 2013

A massive US and allied naval deployment is occurring in the Eastern Mediterranean off Syria’s coastline as well as in the Red Sea and the Persian Gulf.

While this display of military might may not be part of an immediate attack plan on Syria, it is creating an atmosphere of fear and panic within Syria.

The US Navy has deployed the USS San Antonio, an amphibious transport ship to the Eastern Mediterranean. The San Antonio is joining five US destroyers which “are already in place for possible missile strikes on Syria, a defense official said Sunday.”

The USS San Antonio, with several helicopters and hundreds of Marines on board, is “on station in the Eastern Mediterranean” but “has received no specific tasking,” said the defense official, who spoke on condition of anonymity. US Navy deploys five warships, one amphibious ship to Mediterranean for Syria

While the USS San Antonio has amphibious landing equipment, which can be used to land some six thousand sailors and marines, “no boots on the ground”, however, remains the official motto.

So why then has the US deployed its most advanced amphibious landing ship? The reports suggest that this is routine and there are no attack plans:

“No amphibious landing is in the works, however, as President Barack Obama has ruled out any “boots on the ground” (Ibid)

USS San Antonio

There are currently five destroyers off the coast of Syria: the USS Stout, Mahan, Ramage, Barry and Graveley, not to mention the San Antonio amphibious landing vessel.

The destroyers are equipped with Tomahawk cruise missiles which “are ready to fire … if Obama gives the order.”

On 28 August the U.S. Navy announced the deployment of  the Arleigh Burke-class destroyer USS Stout en route to join four other destroyers “amid allegations that the regime of Syrian president Bashar al-Assad used chemical weapons against civilians on August 21″.

In a not unusual twist, this deployment of US and allied naval forces preceded the chemical weapons attack which is being blamed on president Bashar al Assad.

According to Naval records, the guided missile destroyer USS Stout (DDG 55) departed Naval Station Norfolk, Va. on August 18, 2013, “for deployment to the U.S. 6th Fleet area of responsibility” (see image below upon its departure in Norfolk on August 18).

The USS Ramage destroyer left Naval Station Norfolk on August 13 for the Eastern Mediterranean, “to relieve the Mahan”.

Yet in fact what was decided was to deploy all five destroyers along the Syrian coastline. This decision was taken by the Pentagon well in advance of the chemical attacks of August 21, which constitute Obama’s pretext to intervene on humanitarian grounds.

Chamomile Shown to Battle Anxiety, Depression

by Elizabeth Renter

September 5, 2013

When you think of chamomile, you likely think of the tea that can help you fall asleep. Relaxation is certainly the most commonly known benefit of this plant. But, there are many other benefits, and scientists have found this power to relax could extend to even fight anxiety and depression.

A study from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, initially undertaken in 2009, indicated chamomile to have remarkable benefits in the treatment of anxiety. For that randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study, researchers gathered a group of individuals including 19 who were diagnosed with anxiety and depression, 16 who were diagnosed as having a history of anxiety and depression, and 22 people who had no anxiety or depression either in the past or the present.

Half of the group was treated with chamomile capsules and the other half was given a placebo. Over a period of eight weeks, their anxiety was scored using the Hamilton Anxiety Rating (HAR) to determine any changes. Three other tests were also used to confirm their findings.
