The conference objective is to expose the covert war against citizens around the world perpetrated by torturing the population by non-consensually implanting them with nanotechnology with the intent of human robotization and attacking them by directed energy weapons for illegal radiation experiments.

They also discuss COINTELPRO-like psychological warfare programs used not only against activists, but also and above all against defenseless citizens in illegally entering their homes, randsacking their property, vandalising cars etc.

These war crimes are primarily directed against women (often single parents with small children), but concern hundreds of thousands of ordinary citizens around the world and are, to a large part, financed by the tax payers’ money without the consent of the population inadvertently financing these covert wars committed against them.
